Hello everyone. A good store. I often shop there. A large selection of vegetables and fruits, many varieties of black and white bread. There are meat and fish departments. The store has a bank branch (currency exchange) and a pharmacy. I recommend.

It's very dirty. Several times I got the impression that the cashier smelled of alcohol. The seller in the meat department has dirty work clothes. Constant re-sorting of fruits: you go in the evening small oranges, the next day the same small oranges are mixed with large ones and the price for everything is as for large ones. The store is located in an apartment building and it is impossible to pass through the courtyard before lunch, everything is crowded with trucks waiting for unloading. Trucks enter the green area of the playground, standing right next to the children's sandbox. The unloading area of the store is littered with empty boxes. The trash is overflowing with rotting vegetables and fruits, the trash is leaking from the heat and smells very bad, flies are flying. There are many shops in residential buildings in the area, but nowhere is there such dirt as near Santa. A very bad store.

Неплохой магазин. Бойкое место. Хорошая кулинария. Отличная, разнообразная выпечка. Хотелось бы больше изделий из несладкого теста и продуктов кулинарии, ориентированных на здоровое питание. Торговый зал чистый, расположение товаров логичное, легко находить то, что нужно.

Санта - это звучное название, за оболочкой внутри все намного хуже. Персонал разный, оправдываем тем, что людей не хватает, вопрос почему, ответ - потому что плохие условия труда. Антисанитария полная во всех магазинах - в одном продавец тупо перекладывает булочки голыми руками, в другом по мясу ползают мухи, в третьем "не могут" отрезать 600 гр колбасы от нового батона. Все рассчитано на то, что все равно купят, покупателей ни во что не ставят, жалоб не боятся, могут небрежно швырнуть жалобную книгу в лицо - норма. Рублевский и Виталюр были намного лучше!!! Две звезды за хороший ассортимент, хотя очень часто молочка по срокам старая...

В целом, все необходимое купить можно. Конечно не дискаунтер, но цены вполне приемлемы. Напрягают постоянные очереди на кассу и в отделы. Один работник на 2-3 отдела, конечно хорошая экономия для работодателя, но когда продавец мечется между готовыми к употреблению продуктами и сырым мясом или рыбой, то это ни куда не годится.

Начинается поход в Санту с выбора корзины. Иногда это может занять 5 минут. Все грязные, в крошках, что-то разлито, что-то рассыпано. Их никто не моет и их можно долго перебирать. Далее переходим в отдел с булочками, где можно посчитать, сколько мух летает над выпечкой сегодня. Также очень напрягают огромные очереди в кассы, из-за чего всегда приходится пользоваться кассой самообслуживания. На кассе самообслуживания своя песня. Никогда нет на месте помощника ! Она даже может появиться, проигнорировать тебя и опять куда-то убежать. Если мне и удается дождаться помощи, то подается она в хамоватом виде. Сегодня пыталась пробить бананы в кассе самообслуживания, коих в электронном каталоге не нашла вообще. Когда дождалась помощи, мне просто недовольно выкрикнули какие-то 5 чисел, мол набирай и не выделывайся.

Намного лучше, чем было раньше. Живу недалеко, когда лень ехать в Гиппо - иду сюда. Ассортимент прекрасный, цены нормальные, с появлением касс самообслуживания вообще стал моим любимым магазином. Единственный минус - в кулинарии иногда попадаются косяки. Хотелось бы, чтоб это исправили.

Из всех магазинов микрорайона в этом самые низкие цены. Обычно я раз в несколько месяцев прохожу магазины-конкуренты, покупаю привычный мне ассортимент, убеждаюсь в том, что в этой «Санте» дешевле, и возвращаюсь обратно. Минусы в постоянных очередях на кассах и в не самом большом ассортименте. Т.е. сто сортов колбасы там не будет, будет пятьдесят, но все пятьдесят по приемлемой цене. Хожу в этот магазин без малого сорок лет, с тех пор, когда он назывался «Универсам Серебрянка» и покуда что по соотношению «цены/выбор» ничего лучше в районе не появилось.

Большой выбор колбасных, молочных, кисло-молочных продуктов, неплохо по мясу и п/ф (на продукцию собственного произ-ва скидка 20% в последние 2 часа работы). Не очень продукция кулинарии, хотя, может, это нам не везло. Есть кассы самообслуживания.

Выбор товаров - на любой вкус и цвет. Очереди к сожалению есть. Персонал приветливый. Качество товара очень хорошее . Сам стараюсь там закупаться. Касс хватает, но работают почему то 2 и терминалы самообслуживания. Выпечка супер.
