It is difficult to find a cinema inside the shopping center. When buying tickets online, there is no warning that 3D glasses need to be purchased separately before the session, so you still have to stand in line. The cinema occupies 3 floors, there are toilets only on one of them. Most of all, I was surprised that there is no numbering of rows in the hall: it is very interesting why such a decision was pleasant)) It is unclear whether sofas are considered as the first row or not? And why should visitors consider it at all? Printing tickets is optional, but if you print them in a self-service terminal, they are printed crookedly. The printout looks like a cash receipt. And at the beginning of this receipt there will be half of the ticket from the previous person, and your ticket will also be printed for only half) The other half of your ticket will go to the next person in the queue and so on. Perhaps it was in my terminal that the tape was crookedly inserted, but there are a lot of joints for one trip to the cinema. I do not recommend it.

3) the staff is as unfriendly as possible, as if I asked them for alms and did not buy a Coke)
4) there is no payment via Apple Pay, although the cinema has just opened, and it works on prehistoric equipment. Of the drinks in the fridge, one beer and champagne, why a bar with such a small menu is also unclear
But the most unpleasant of all above is the staff who looks down on you (although for a moment it's not me who works as a cashier), and the fact that there is no payment by phone
Among the advantages of discounts on tickets for pensioners and students, I will put one star for this
