Disgusting seats with poorly designed headrests. Designed for people + 180 height apparently. The screen is positioned so that the head needs to be held up, and the headrest does the opposite, and you sit with the letter Z for the entire session. There is absolutely no desire to visit the cinema after such seats. And for me, comfort is important when watching movies.
Otherwise, everything is fine. Sound, screen, location.

Everything is ruined by terribly uncomfortable seats! We went to the Master and Margarita (the film is almost 3 hours long), spun on these chairs as best we could, they constantly lean back and forth and these protruding pillows press on your head, you sit curled up. It's hard to enjoy a movie in such conditions. Nachos are in open containers, no one knows how many people touched them, why they can't be sold in closed containers is unclear. I don't advise anyone until the chairs are changed

We attended the session on 06/15/2024 at 14.10 in the 7th hall. All places, including the floor, are dirty in popcorn and chips, there is also garbage in places under bottles. On the right side, the speaker is cracking, it must have torn, it was very annoying. It used to be better.

Terrible seats. It is simply not possible to sit on them, let alone sit until the end of the film. There are no air conditioners in the hall or they simply do not work. Already after the beginning of the film (it lasted 2.5 hours), I began to think about leaving the hall simply because of the inability to breathe and the pain in my head from the stuffiness and accumulated smell in the hall.
To the unimportant, but cons: absolutely tasteless popcorn.
In general, the impressions of the film hardly outweighed the impressions of the cinema

There are two popcorn counters, a queue at one checkout, the second is empty, but no employee will redirect the queue. The popcorn is not bad salty, but we took caramel. Cola is a horror - tinted water, not even a taste. Don't waste your money. And there is no free parking!!! It is available, inexpensive, but not free. The reviews are hyped. Never here again

We came from Russia to the cinema with 3D. What a wonderful and long-forgotten feeling it is to watch a three-dimensional movie.

The chairs are soft, but the backrest must be kept under its weight so that it does not recline. The 48kg wife held her with her feet on the floor for all 2 hours of the movie - so much fun. The headrests are tilted slightly forward - the neck hurts after such seats.

I put 2 * not to the cinema, but to the ratio of the ticket price and quality.
The ticket for recliners is 22p, and 1/3 of the screen covers the seat backs.
If there are subtitles, then everything is past..
It is better to choose another cinema for this kind of place ..

In general, I let this shopping center out of my sight, and it was the first time I was there. I was very impressed. The one who has arrived or is leaving and there is time is the place where you can spend it. The cinema is on the top floor and the easiest way to get there is by a panoramic elevator. The shopping center has Kari, Neighbors and hundreds of shops, a shopaholic's paradise) A whole floor of cafes and restaurants, you definitely won't stay hungry) In general, it was nice, there were a lot of people, but no one bothers anyone.

Unlike all other cinemas in Minsk, for some reason it is impossible to go to this one with your own food. It was possible to find out about the location in the last minutes from the employees of the shopping center, because neither on the cinema's website nor on advertising banners this information could be found. The seats in the halls are uncomfortable: after 5 minutes, the neck was unbearably sore.
The location "in the city center" is also not a plus, there are better cinemas nearby

A good multiplex. I was disappointed by the lack of clear navigation, it is difficult to find the cinema itself in the shopping center (from the food court). It took 15 minutes to find the right exit, the right elevator. Exit the food court to the entrance to the shopping center And so on. The halls are also located without clear navigation. The seats are normal, the distance between the seats is sufficient.

The hall is wonderful, but the sound is very loud, especially the advertising. We spent a lot of time searching for the cinema itself, and not only us, we walked around the open parking lot of the 5th and 6th floors, there are no signs, only a diagram near the elevator, which does not clarify the situation, for people who are there for the first time or rarely, it would not hurt to place signs.

The recliners in the 3rd hall are full of hats. The lower part of the screen will be covered by the chairs in front (which means the subtitles are not visible).
On the left back, the exit sign glows so that it illuminates the last row with recliners and distracts from viewing.
Wireless charging on the chairs does not work (seat 9).
