The location is great. Right in the middle. The rooms are normal for 4*. It's not bad. There is no restaurant or cafe, as well as breakfasts, but eating nearby is not a problem. There is a parking lot. There is no hair dryer in the room.

The staff is excellent. And the hotel itself is in great need of repair and reconstruction. The furniture is old, the sofa in the room where the child was sleeping had a feeling that it was about to fall apart, the mattress was uncomfortable and falling through. The shower stall is wobbly. They charged us a decent amount per day. There is no air conditioning. In general, anyone who wants to visit the atmosphere of the Soviet Union can check in here.

It is definitely cool in the room in winter (on the thermometer in the room 19.5-20.5), you will not freeze in your sleep-there is a blanket, but still it is slightly uncomfortable to stay in the room without a T-shirt.
The hot water appears in the shower after half a minute, so there is no problem.
The refrigerator is noisy, which, in addition to the external noise from the street heavy urban traffic, does not allow you to achieve silence in the room.
The furniture is nice, but shabby and damaged by previous guests, the mattress is not hard.
The location of the hotel is the most advantageous (theaters, historical sites and museums are no more than 7 minutes away), even the Central Market can be reached in 10-12 minutes. Although the city is small, it is enough for only 7-9 hours of walking, but it is very convenient to choose this hotel as the center of routes or the starting point. The canteens in the city are very simple, the quality of the food is like in the Soviet years. I really liked it. For the first time in Gomel . The administrator on Instagram helped to navigate the price and book a room for the desired date. We arrived in the evening at almost 22. We checked in quickly. They brought another set for the children. The room is clean and fresh. Lots of towels, which is very important! We were satisfied !

The bathroom drain didn't work well.
And in general, there was a shower cabin in the description of the room, and in fact a bathtub with a curtain.
And as a result, in the middle of the combined bathroom, after taking a shower, there was a puddle right above the drain hole!!!!

The service is disgusting, the interiors are completely tasteless. No additional services or entertainment. There is no cafe, no bar, no cooler with drinking water, not even a microwave.
I was very impressed with the offer to buy breakfast in a cafe on another street.
The rooms have uncomfortable furniture and plumbing, cheapness and minimalism in everything.
The only advantage of the hotel is that everything is clean and tidy, like in an officer's dormitory.
