Opel Vectra Since 2007: I wanted to leave the car to fix the suspension in the summer - I was told to sign up for a month. I called a month in advance - they said it was too early, they say, call 2 weeks in advance - I called, signed up. And on the day of the recording, force majeure happened: the child had to be urgently taken to the hospital. I warned in the morning - and they told me in response that the car would be taken off the record and that, perhaps, they would put another car for repair on a "first-come, first-served basis"... So do you still have a "live queue" and don't need to sign up in a few weeks??? Puny... In addition, they had previously made a diagnosis on the suspension - they identified a pair of silent blocks for replacement and one thrust. And at another service station, where, of course, I went after such a "service", they painted the picture of the suspension in detail - even the bearing was shown how it crumbles... I was deeply disappointed in this service station, although lt 5 years ago I was pleased with their work done to replace the clutch box in the same car
