I bought a jacket for my teenage son. We ordered on the website, bonuses for registration, for pickup, on a day off there was a queue at the checkout in the store, without any queue, they just took the order, measured it and that's it. Excellent store, good assortment and quality.

I have always liked the Sportmaster store, as I had a chance to work here as a student. I know a little about the service, the attitude towards customers and the inner life of the store. Living in the Malinovka area, I often go to the joint venture store, buy clothes for myself, outerwear and sneakers for the child, my husband buys shoes. In general, everything is fine, but the last trip to the joint venture store on August 15, 2020 surprised me very much: there were few customers in the afternoon, you can freely walk and choose, but there were too many managers in the hall and that's good. We chose sneakers for the child, a manager girl came up to us and began to work with us, as it was in my years: she politely communicated, brought the right size, suggested an alternative option, told me about promotions and discounts, informed me about my card, made a purchase in her name and took it to the cashier, wished me a good day and she invited me to visit our store again. I really liked this service, I did not observe this half a year ago: you can spend 20 minutes in the store hall and no one from the managers will approach you, you had to take the goods in your hands and do a few laps around the store so that someone would notice you or ask yourself a question. Now everything has changed and it pleases!!!

Security functions are assigned to sellers, people who have not undergone any special training, confirmed by documents. This applies to the entire network. Therefore, in order to avoid problems in the future, it would be nice to hire a qualified security guard who would be on duty at the entrance and solve relevant issues. And sellers would be engaged in consulting clients, and not running after customers, after which the alarm went off.

All the stores in this chain are the same, but there are nuances: for some unknown reason, not all models are available in every store, i.e. the assortment varies, you need to look on the website (if available) and then go to a specific store, there are 5 or 6 of them in Minsk. This is very inconvenient, since the same sneakers need to be seen, felt, measured, and only then bought. Staff by 3, since there is often no one to turn to (either busy or it is not clear where to look), it is apparently necessary to increase the number of staff for peak periods! I did not find on the site on which floor the shops in the shopping center are located (only the address) It's inconvenient. Something like that.
