They sold defective shoes, and when they brought an obvious defect to hand over, they flatly refused to accept it, they had to prove their case and return their money through an independent examination. In return for all the moral and material inconveniences, no compensation was offered (at least no apology was offered), even the store director could not resolve the issue. It turns out that I just donated money to the store for 3 weeks. The question is, why write on your website "The interests of customers have always been and remain in the first place", as it turned out, this is a beautiful phrase, but in fact quite the opposite.
