The hotel is excellent for 3 stars.She returned on January 31. I read the reviews before the trip. Some are exaggerated and picky. The ocean is a fairy tale. The beach is clean, there are enough sun beds for everyone. The food for 3 stars is super. I won't want shrimp soon, I've been eating for 7 days. Great hotel. Three-piece, fully justifies itself. Large territory, clean beach. Surprisingly, a decent kitchen. I recommend it for holidays with children. We liked it. Before that, we had a rest in Puntarena Varadero, in the four, it was worse.

The hotel has gone terribly wrong! We arrived at the hotel for the second time as a family. From December 10th to 21st. On the last day of our vacation, a suitcase was stolen from our luggage room! The irresponsible staff did not make any attempts to find our luggage, did not apologize! They said that the hotel is not responsible for our luggage. The manager was hiding until we left the hotel. They waited for the police for 3 hours and 40 minutes, and as a result, they refused to accept a statement about the theft. Because they don't steal in their hotel and country, and they won't look for other people's things! They cover each other without hiding it. During our stay, there were complaints from hotel guests about the loss of personal belongings and two mobile phones! They cheat on the currency exchange. You demand to give you the entire amount at the exchange rate and a check, they refuse to exchange and return the money. It was dirty everywhere, there was no water in many buildings, cockroaches everywhere. It's very noisy. It's useless to complain, because managers immediately stop understanding Russian, English and probably Spanish. Avoid the Starfish Varadero Hotel!

I was on vacation with my wife and friends, I didn't like it. The service is not very good, everything seems to be packed on the buffet and there is nothing to choose what to eat, terrible cocktails, there is practically no animation, and what is exclusively in Spanish-English, provided that people speak Russian almost perfectly, I don't say anything about broken-down rooms, in Cuba this is as a rule. I strongly advise against young couples, it's boring!!!
