I signed up for a haircut based on reviews that Maria knows what it means to cut a few centimeters. Maria is a very sweet and pleasant woman and really knows what it means to cut a few centimeters. She asked me to cut my hair with scissors, as the hair from the machine would split. I got a haircut, the maximum difference between the right and left sides is 2 centimeters. I wrote to the salon, they called me to fix it. We tried to level it up, but the cut remained crooked anyway. They cut my hair for the second time, standing for 40 minutes, and I was already tired, since nothing had changed from trimming for the last 15 minutes. After the correction, I wrote to the salon to show that it had improved compared to the first cut, but it was still crooked. Of course, they told me that they didn't understand where the curve was, that they were probably watching the whole salon and no one noticed anything. I didn't demand any money back, nothing, you could just apologize for a low-quality service, and not try to convince me that I was wrong. In addition to the crooked cut, I got stumps when shifting my hair forward. NATURALLY, I was told that this was normal and that it was an anatomy. To which I replied twice that anatomy is a bevel, not a step, and sent photos of smooth sections from all sides, to which they did not answer me and continued to push everything to anatomy, EVEN though I sent photos of my hair before, where the anatomical bevel is perfectly visible and not a sharp step. Our "dispute" with the salon remained unresolved, as they stopped responding to me at one point. And we have nothing to say if people can't admit an elementary mistake. It is a pity that when it became fashionable to cut women's hair with a machine, most craftsmen forgot how to cut with scissors.
