The kitchen turned out to be very mediocre, it was before 8 years ago – I would like to note that it was much better, despite the fact that the dishes on the menu remained the same by 90%, and in general, in my opinion, nothing has changed. Prices are not cheap, although Donetsk has its own price level)). The service is also not up to par, a very long wait, despite the fact that 3 tables were occupied for the entire establishment! Separately, I would like to note the inconvenience of sofas on the veranda.

They asked for an invoice, but there was an amount of 1700+ This is the first time I've had cheese counted separately for breakfast. 🧀 It's rather funny. But I was more surprised that they counted 3 zilch of syrup in the coffee, and the coffee itself separately :) 🥲 The mood is to relax and get high on vacation, so they missed this event and left. To be honest, it's a weird place. I was there three times, the first time I was with a friend on his recommendation, I didn't pay much attention to the institution, we talked. I've already looked at it for the second time: the prices are restaurant prices, the service is better in any eatery on the highway. You call the waiters ten times, the receptionist snaps, while the place is half empty. I had to run to get more coffee, because the waiter just forgot. The wind blew strongly from the window. Another time, in front of my eyes, a visitor was refused to bring boiling water, although she offered to pay the price for it as for tea, the reason in the service sector is unthinkable: "it's not supposed to." It's funny that I wanted to ask for boiling water myself, because the tea is very strong, but I didn't, after looking at this situation. At the same time, the food is not particularly tasty. I don't want to go to this place anymore. Sun City has a better look at Pushkin, but the shadow is cast on them, because it is a network.

We have visited this institution many times. It was passable. Yes, very slow, yes, quite expensive. But passable. However, an extraordinary situation has occurred today. We sat and ate. The place was half empty. First, we took a small pot of tea with ginger. Then they asked for another big one. Both times the tea was very strong. This is not a minus. But the thing is, I needed to dissolve the medicine. And in a tea as strong as a brew, it would be simply impossible to drink. In order to explain that you need boiling water (even for the cost of tea), there are problems. Therefore, we first asked to top up the kettle and bring another, third kettle of the same tea, explaining that the tea is strong and we would like to dilute it. (That is, it was clear that we did not feel sorry for the money, yes, since we have been taking the kettle for 3 years). The waitress left to "find out if it's possible to do this" – that's strange in itself. But ok. She did not return with an answer. We repeated the request to at least repeat the tea for us! I even had to turn to the other waiter. OK, the tea has finally arrived. Next, I will rephrase the request: I ask you to bring me just ginger without black tea, brewed with water. Please note: the price of ginger is on the menu. That is, I tried to get into their logic and figure out how they could understand my request more easily. She offered to pay at least for black tea with ginger, but they don't pour the tea leaves. As a result , I get a refusal again (after a whole consultation with the administration). Please call the administrator. Smiling, she explains to me that no, they can't pour boiling water with ginger and they can't even sell a kettle of boiling water for the price of tea – well, in any way!!! Because they have regulations! That is, I explain that I need to pour some weak tea or water over the medicine. And I get this answer with a SMILE. I'm sorry, but this is the BOTTOM. Just a bottom, and absolutely ugly behavior, like I said. And I repeat it here. You were not asked for free, you were just asked not to pour tea leaves into the kettle! Despite the fact that we did not come for this alone, but sat and ate at your place. The place is half empty, the service is just like in a dream. Politeness is limited to fake smiles at an inappropriate moment. Otherwise, it is missing! The attitude towards people who came to the institution is at best indifferent, in my case it is like garbage. By the way, Happy calmly topped up the kettle and even OFFERED to top it up for us. In short, SunSity is a bottomless institution, I will not go to it anymore, even if there is nowhere to go at all. It's just disgusting. Happy Victory Day to everyone.

I ordered Catering and hot dishes from Sunset to Artyom for the children's Birthday. 1) Snacks were supposed to arrive at 16:00, hot at 17:00, as a result, everything arrived at 18:00-all together! We sat at a half-empty table for 2 hours. 2) Lyulya asked for Kebab and potatoes in 2-3 common boxes, they brought everything in portions, a million small boxes-not convenient. If I order this way, it means that I need it, and not as it is convenient for you! After all, I am a customer and I pay a lot of money! 3) The cradle was dry and not particularly tasty. Pizza too, in some places the sides are burnt black. I ask the management to pay attention to the quality of delivery in the first place! With this attitude, you spoil people's holiday!
