In the dranik burger, the draniki were a little raw, not cooked. This burger itself is very uncomfortable to eat. The delicious sauce in the burger that saved the whole structure. The cutlet is incomprehensible, most likely chicken schnitzel.

The waiting time for two dishes is 50 minutes. Upset and disappointed. They didn't warn me that this would happen. One star for the serving, one for the satiety of the machanka. Machanka, by the way, was not convenient to eat authentic (dipping), I had to use a fork. The prices for the restaurant are not bad, but unfortunately, the waiting moment was key for me, as a tourist with limited time. The atmosphere is pleasant, the Christmas tree is sad, the music is not exactly what you would expect in a national restaurant, rather from the 90s. Deserved two stars!

When asked to sit us down, the waitress, whom we had interrupted from a super important conversation with some guy, sighed and said: "well, you don't see any places," but I kind of didn't see them... There was no suggestion about the veranda.
The next day, at lunch. The veranda is half occupied, there are also 5-6 empty tables in the hall, and another lady said, "Of course I can seat you, but the wait is now 1-1.5 hours."

Today, the whole family visited the Syabry restaurant for the first time. The impression was not pleasant. Waitress Caroline's attitude is terrible. They placed an order, after 20 minutes they asked to add a glass of wine to the order, accepted the order with a dissatisfied face, threw the menu on the counter and demonstratively slammed the door (repeatedly). We waited for the dishes for about an hour, while when ordering two pizzas for the children, they brought two large pizza pancakes (no one warned about this). The tense atmosphere, accompanied by the officials' whispering behind their backs, ruined the whole vacation. We will definitely not return to this institution again.

I reset my positive review with 8.6 thousand views and give 1 star with a great stretch.
The hotel booked a table for us at the beginning of the week, we are not local ourselves.
And it was on Friday. On that very dank day (or rather evening) with a scorching wind, sleet and a car collapse.
Why am I writing all this?
To understand the further situation.
On Friday, the restaurant called the hotel and clarified our reservation. Everything was in force. We were delayed by a taxi for a few minutes due to bad weather. And at 19-02 we saw a girl sitting at our table and sipping a beer. The glass was full, even the foam did not have time to fall off, which meant that she was at our table before us.
Then everything is in a fog ....
For some reason, the administrator asked us to understand her and wait on the sofa (this is the one opposite the toilet) for literally 1 hour, when the nearest table is available. That's how guests are treated here.
And who will understand us? Our reservation is valid, we are in #place #without# place, the restaurant is sold out, however, as everywhere in the city (Friday evening), there is sleet and wind outside. It's a pretty good prospect.
Under other conditions and good weather, we would have left without hesitation. But...
Breathing in fresh air on the street, realizing that the situation is archaic, but I want to eat. They're back. For half an hour we were entertained at the bar with bonuses from the institution in the form of liqueurs and coffee. Fortunately, the next table was vacant, perhaps his guests heard our displeasure and hurried to finish their meal.
The kitchen worked quickly, but not efficiently. The pancakes with chicken in mushroom sauce had burnt sides. The taste of burnt oil haunted me the next day. Vereshchaka modestly fit on half of the pan. Previously, this dish was served to us on a high stand and it was 2 times larger. One of the pieces of meat was carbonate and difficult to reproduce. Syabrovsky salad, which the administrator recommended to us by the way, is generally difficult to call a salad. Just pieces of 3 types of meat, dry, a few mushrooms, they probably forgot to put onions in general, the dressing was not felt and did not combine the ingredients, the poached egg was overcooked, which did not even spread. The salad is full of dried meat. I didn't like the word at all. There was also a vegetable plate, they couldn't spoil it. We ordered a carrot cake for coffee. For some reason, it has black (and not orange) cakes, it tastes nice.
We ate in an hour. Without pleasure, just because it is necessary. There was no desire and strength to express dissatisfaction with what he saw and ate.
Neither apologies, bonuses, nor even a 20% discount have changed our opinion.
We were not greeted in a friendly way.
The Sabra restaurant is no longer a sabra for us.

Cons: unrealistically expensive!!! For the same money in Russia, in a restaurant of this type, we ate to excess and took it with us.

In fact, everything that was described in the negative reviews was confirmed. Of the three dishes we ordered, two were missing, and the most popular ones.
In general, we decided to leave, we didn't eat, because we didn't really like anything else from the menu.

A wonderful restaurant of Belarusian cuisine to eat deliciously with a small company. There is a separate room behind a curtain for a company of about 6-8 people. In summer there is a terrace, which is a little far from the road, so that the exhaust from cars is not felt. For a large company, they put tables in the common room, which is not very convenient. The music is background, you can't dance.
Of the minuses - during our visit there was a banquet for 15-20 people. We had to wait a very long time for a hot order (about an hour), which we were warned about. We ordered beer and ice cream for dessert. Ivo was brought right away, but they forgot about the ice cream, I had to remind them after 30 minutes.

We came with an assessment of as many as 5 stars!!!
My score is 3-4 and here's why:

There is a "Khachapuri" 350g item in the menu, like a regular khachapuri.We have already decided to order, but it turns out that we need to stop by 3 days before the visit, since the hotel chef comes to cook.Write this next to the menu in small print so that I don't fantasize about how delicious I will eat it.
2. Salad, I don't remember the name exactly, there will be a photo below.The lettuce leaves are bitter , just terrible, and the bacon in it seems to have been kept in salt for about a week , it 's hard to eat .
3. "Sponge with pancakes" the slurry itself is delicious, but the pancakes are also too salty, and the sausages give off some kind of dampness
4. When ordering, the waiter himself asked "to sell when ready or together"
We chose together, as a result, they brought me pancakes, and the girl waited for her dish for another 10 minutes, during which time my dish cooled down.
