Very cozy, nice waitresses, fast service, but most importantly - very tasty! Pork ears are bliss - but by that time I was already too full, so I asked to wrap it up with me! And in the morning, when I took them out of the refrigerator, a jelly turned out, which became even tastier! Thanks!

Excellent cuisine with a low level of service.
Immediately upon entering, the waitress warned us that the waiting time for hot dishes was 1.5 hours (despite the fact that the boarding in the restaurant was only half full and there were many empty tables). Of course, this surprised us, but we decided to stay, as we came specifically because of the reviews and recommendations.
The kitchen turned out to be really great, everything was delicious and very satisfying. At the same time, all dishes (salads, appetizers and hot dishes for three people) it was cooked for us in about 30-40 minutes. Why it was necessary to scare away other guests by waiting for an hour and a half is not clear.

I got to lunch. I took the lunch menu and the main one in half
I recommend ordering according to the menu:))
Lunch soup was flavored with croutons, poured right on top of the plate
It turned out to be a softened bread porridge in soup, brr....
The service is polite, businesslike, but not friendly
The hall is dim

I highly recommend it! My husband said that he had never eaten the best meat anywhere, and I enjoyed the mushroom soup-puree, the salad "darkie" has an amazing dressing and a combination of greens, my husband liked a very hearty delicious salad, either Syabrovsky, or Dniester. Draniki with a gently crispy crust were no longer mastered, even under the "horseradish" tincture, we had to pack for takeaway. Everything is fast and delicious!!!

I like everything! I recommend a set of tinctures to everyone, mushroom soup is just a bomb! Be sure to try the big dranik "Merchant"! Everything is insanely delicious! Excellent location. Parking is right in front of the restaurant. A pleasant, calm, even homely atmosphere. Comfortable sofas. Very clean. The staff is polite but unobtrusive. I'm not a big connoisseur of restaurant cuisine, but I really liked the serving of dishes. Literally everything was intricately decorated. The portions are large. We obviously overestimated our strength, so we packed some of the dishes with us. The menu is very diverse. I was with my wife and children. Everyone liked it. But the pancakes seemed slightly salty. By the way, the institution is very popular with visitors of different ages. Apparently everyone finds something of their own here.

I have a tradition of getting out of Minsk to other cities to stop for lunch in such places. I mean, the atmosphere and cuisine are necessarily Belarusian.
I highly recommend it.
Sorcerers delight (the edge is crunchy, the middle with meat is juicy and delicious on the contrary)
The meat salad is also very tasty and satisfying.
