After a stuffy street, I found myself in a cool room where I could calmly study the menu, which I did for 10 minutes...the variety of dishes of Uzbek and Uighur cuisine, ... there was no duck meat kebab, on the advice of the waiter guy, I ordered a beef steak (the degree of roasting is discussed immediately), a warm salad of crispy fried eggplant and tomatoes and coffee... The steak waited for about 30 minutes, enjoying the salad... during this time, I accidentally found out that they serve very tasty fried mantas here, but this is the next time... The steak turned out to be just huge, juicy... Very tasty ..., I overcame half, the second one was politely offered to take with me packed in a container.. It's a terrible queue. We stopped by for lunch with my wife. Not only did they wait 40 minutes in the lobby, then after they accepted the order, they waited 45 minutes for the food to be brought, although the dishes were not complicated, they seemed to have ordered: pilaf and salad at home. We've lost so much time. If someone is in no hurry and is ready to wait an hour just to sit down, then you will probably like it here without any problems. The kitchen is really delicious, but the service is zero, the waiting is endless: first to take a table, then waiting for an order. I didn't like it.

It turns out that we took an oversized table in a half-empty hall and 5 large empty tables. And tables for two don't suit me, I don't fit into their "comfortable" chairs. I don't know about the other pair of "waiters", We decided that the lack of service is worse than a bad kitchen. Waiters are loitering around the hall and you still have to run after them. Their cuisine is excellent, their attitude towards customers is shitty.
