We stopped by for a quick delicious meal. As if not so. Requests to bring the menu were ignored until they went and took it themselves. There was a couple sitting next to us, they came before us, looked at it and went and took the menu themselves. We are sitting waiting, a girl is running, we are thinking about ordering, but no... It turns out that we took an oversized table in a half-empty hall and 5 large empty tables. And tables for two don't suit me, I don't fit into their "comfortable" chairs. I don't know about the other pair of "waiters", We decided that the lack of service is worse than a bad kitchen. Waiters are loitering around the hall and you still have to run after them. Their cuisine is excellent, their attitude towards customers is shitty.

It's a terrible queue. We stopped by for lunch with my wife. Not only did they wait 40 minutes in the lobby, then after they accepted the order, they waited 45 minutes for the food to be brought, although the dishes were not complicated, they seemed to have ordered: pilaf and salad at home. We've lost so much time. If someone is in no hurry and is ready to wait an hour just to sit down, then you will probably like it here without any problems. The kitchen is really delicious, but the service is zero, the waiting is endless: first to take a table, then waiting for an order. I didn't like it.
