I left a complaint about inappropriate communication with Alina's doctor on duty, and a week later the Head of the sector called me back saying, "Well, you could also communicate differently." THEY PROTECT their EMPLOYEES, thereby supporting their boorish behavior. THEY DON'T KNOW HOW to work with feedback.
