Hello! I bought a vacuum cleaner and a refrigerator. The vacuum cleaner is fine, I liked it, but I got a loan from the refrigerator, paid for the delivery, and the most interesting thing happened. They called and said that there was a small defect, a dent. Why do I need a new refrigerator with a marriage? So, here I ran, for a month, no one picks up the phone, there is no manager, then all the refrigerators in the city are defective. In the end, the bank helped, I wanted to cancel the loan, but they told me to wait and brought me a refrigerator from the factory. I don't go to this store anymore. Thank you. The comment will not be processed. The refrigerator is good.

Very poor delivery!!! The online store is not working! If the management reads the reviews, take action against your employees! There may be no questions about the technique, but you need to arrange delivery!!! I picked up the pickup for a day due to your fault, since the manager did not notify when calling, but simply asked me to abandon the product and buy in another store. I had a very bad opinion about this hardware store and would not advise others to take off the same way, but it is better to buy in another hardware store much more quickly!!!
