An incompetent orthodontist, unprofessional behavior in general as a doctor. The negligent attitude of the administrators confirmed one thing, but the doctor was not ready.
Also, upon request, to examine the option of continuing treatment, no doctor allegedly wants to engage, everyone just wants to make money on new patients.

Who is driving - keep in mind that there is nowhere to park a car, even a strip of 4 lanes in one is occupied, there is a parking lot in the yard under the barrier, the second one is not there yet. And you will carry your child in your arms if you are small before the car or if you need to stay there inside, because the baby will "slow down" and you need to pay special attention after he wakes up.

Good afternoon! I am writing a review to help ADULTS with phobia, since mostly children are treated here and the reviews are all about children. I am almost 30 and have been afraid of everything related to teeth since childhood. I'm scared to the point of shaking and jumping out of my heart + I roar as soon as I enter the office. On 8.01.2021, she was treated under sedation (canal cleaning + medicine was laid + temporary fillings). That's three teeth in total. I did not believe and was afraid until the last moment, until I fell asleep during a conversation with an anesthesiologist. You can't hear or feel anything at all. You just fall asleep, and very quickly, almost immediately after the sedative is administered. Then there are no dreams, no memories. After that, I woke up in a special room, where a person accompanying me was waiting for me. Sedation treatment is the way out for me. There will be several more such visits. This type of treatment will definitely save you from the analogy of "dentistry-pain-fear". I advise you! And thank you to the Family Dentistry Center for providing this opportunity!

Yes, sedation is scary and there is a withdrawal from it, half an hour for sure. The child is drunk and he doesn 't like it. But teeth, nerves, both parents and the child, cheeks are healthy. It is impossible to make an appointment with an orthodontist! And this is taking into account the fact that here the child was put on a plate to correct the bite and was told 10 times that he definitely needed an examination once every 3 months! When the consultation time began to approach, it turned out that the appointment was scheduled for 2 months in advance and there was absolutely no way to get to the doctor! They wrote it down on the waiting list, why do they even need it if no one has called back in a month? Why is there no separate entry!! for children who are now forced to go to this center (they refuse to even look at another one, and even here, they can only write to the attending physician)??? We paid 350 rubles for the plate, during this time it got loose, an adjustment is required, and you can't get to the doctor at the right time!
