Good afternoon. We just got back from this clinic. The recording was on November 9 at 12.50 a.m. for Aleksanyan A.M. the child is 1.5 years old. I needed a scheduled consultation. The day before, the administrator calls me to clarify the recording, as well as with a request to postpone the time to 12.20. The negative turned out at this stage already, since the administrator talks in such a voice as if she was very tired of her work. I agreed to reschedule the time. They also asked only one parent to come. We also went for it, although with a hyperactive child at that age it is very inconvenient to do so. As a result, we received a consultation about nothing. The doctor was different, no one even warned about it. This moment was extremely unpleasant, since another surname was announced to me at the initial stage and I think that the administrator should have clarified this point and asked if it would be convenient for me! The examination of the child took 2 seconds. I didn't really look at it, I said, "that's it, do you have any questions?" From such a "super consultation" I even got confused and forgot all the questions I wanted to ask. There was no proper inspection, and there was no identification of the client's needs either. After I asked which paste cleans better, I got recommendations in a nutshell. Conclusion: FREE consultation in a state polyclinic is many levels higher than here. After the visit, there were many questions, a negative aftertaste, and wasted money. Personally, I'm not sure that everything is really fine with the child. And in the end, we also received a recommendation to visit the dentist once every three months so that the child gets used to the doctor and is not afraid of dentists. Apparently with a hint to your center, so that once every three months we leave 12 rubles for nothing! With such success, it means that we should go to all other doctors once every 3 months so that the child is not afraid of them, right? The consultation is about nothing, the administrators are terrible, they talk on the phone during working hours for personal questions. Don't set foot there anymore!

My daughter is 4 years old. I found 1 tooth decay in her, and we ran faster to the dentist in one of the well-known paid medical centers. What was my surprise when the dentist told me that my daughter had not 1 caries, but 6!!!! And one can be deep. How is it? After all, I was watching her teeth. It turns out that her caries developed between her teeth, and damaged 2 teeth at once. They started treatment, but my daughter did not allow even 1 tooth to be treated. She cried, refused to open her mouth. So we left without healing a single tooth. Then I only remotely heard something about the fact that there is a method of dental treatment in a dream. But there was nothing to do. Let's go. I admit that it was very exciting. But my mother was sitting next to me, completely calm. She had brought her child 3 times already and was not worried at all. As a result, my daughter was cured 7!!!!!! teeth, while a nerve was removed in one of them. I can't even imagine how we could cure all this, much less remove a nerve from a 4-year-old child. All the staff is very friendly and helpful. Thank you very much! Everything went smoothly with us. The child received a toy as a gift. And in the evening she agreed with me to go to the dentist tomorrow.))))

If your baby has caries and you or he is afraid of treatment, I recommend this particular clinic. Especially if it's a difficult case.
