The restaurant is great and the view is great, there is a terrace where you can take a walk after ordering. Definitely go here.
The best restaurant in Minsk! Gastronomic pleasure is guaranteed. Book at the window a couple of days in advance (you can use whatsapp, who is from Russia).
The kitchen is space , the service is excellent , the prices are budget by Russian standards , for two to sit 5 k with alcohol.
In Moscow or St. Petersburg, such a restaurant will cost 10-15k.

One star for the view of the city. But we came to eat. And in the salad there are vegetables with a label (sticker). And do they wash vegetables and other products in this institution before cooking? And as an apology, the receptionist said that she would remove this salad from the bill, which I did not eat. Funny. And thanks for that! And there's a price tag for unwashed food.

The waiters are prim, a pretension to haute cuisine. 10 dishes were taken for 4, except for the refrigerator, the rest is not edible, everything must be brought to taste. Mustard dishes will not please you for two reasons: what I wanted was not in the kitchen, although it is from the hot section of the menu (it would seem the main menu, but not), and the second reason is the taste of the dishes - mediocre. The desserts here are original, beautiful and delicious, by the way, if you go here for a view, then look at the weather forecast - not only because the view is poor in cloudy weather, but also because it blows from the windows. Just for the view and surroundings of the most popular restaurant in Minsk, 3 stars, but if you discard this, you will not want to return here, although it is worth visiting such a height once.

A great restaurant for a romantic evening 🙂
Firstly, there is a very beautiful view of the whole city, probably this is the coolest location with an open observation deck. Secondly, delicious food and good portions. We had steak, risotto with scallop and asparagus, salad with strachetella, eggplant and tomatoes (small, but very pleasant).
I do not recommend taking cocktails - they do not know how to make them there)

We recently celebrated an anniversary. Gourmet food, a compliment from the chef, everything was there. However, you need to go here for a gorgeous panoramic view of the city. On the 28th floor, you can go up in an open elevator, already there feeling what will open on the outdoor terrace of the restaurant. Everyone was impressed. And I fell in love with Minsk once again. The Ferris wheel is nothing compared to this. By the way, it was also visible below on the panorama of the city. They even found it with difficulty, because they were looking for something towering, and it merged with the landscape. I highly recommend it.

One chair!!! There are 4 tables occupied in the hall! For the first time I meet with such a person, in general, I insisted on a chair, the administrator compared my company with non-customers, said that the company's customers would come and they needed a CHAIR! 4 tables in this cafe with 4-6 chairs?!?! In general, having shown perseverance and conviction, the chair was. The food (there is something to compare it with) is 3, the dessert is delicious. About the arrogance of the staff is a fact, as if all the owners of something and can not cope with it. I say hello to the owner of this cafe, your staff does not earn you money. I won't come a second time, my wife had such a situation in March one-on-one. We had lunch for 500rubles, the waiter with a beard worked well

If you choose dishes before coming to the restaurant, be prepared that the price may rise by one and a half times, but even if this does not bother you, then a third of the fat in it will prevent you from enjoying a juicy steak. Plus, if you come in the evening hoping to hear your interlocutor, you may not be able to do this because of loud live music. I do not recommend visiting.
