I fell for the active advertising of this place (( as a result , spoiled , completely bleached hair . I'm shocked. I 've been crying for several days now . The feeling that coloring techniques are used , without much understanding of who will do what . At the same time , without even warning about the final result . The money is lost, the hair is ruined , now I can imagine how much more I will spend on restoration. In the end, they offered to resonate, as if this could fix the situation. The money was naturally not returned and did not respond to my message . I don 't recommend this place . Beware - "a cat in a poke" I plan to appeal to the Consumer Protection Society.

I visited the salon on Ratomskaya. Terribly upset. Expensive and substandard. Disfigured, made dark chestnut instead of light brown, adding 10 years to me. Of course, the client was wrong. Supposedly, it wouldn't have worked out any other way on my hair. But I've had better results, even when I painted myself. Be very careful if you want to make your hair darker here. Master Maya made an unnatural shade of brunette instead of a natural blonde. Tears and disappointment. They offered to make a flush to make it lighter. What I refused because of another aggressive effect on the hair. And it was impossible to make it lighter right away? I don't know what kind of paint was used, but my head burned like fire. Also, after coloring, I already saw at home that the paint on the temples, on the forehead, in the ears was not washed off. Just a nightmare. This created even more negativity. My stupidity was that I didn't look at at least the number of reviews. I fell for the fact that "the largest salon in coloristics in the Republic of Belarus", they sent a bunch of photos. As a result, it didn't come close to what was expected.

I suggest making the sign more noticeable. For some reason, the masters are wearing clothes with stains.. I understand, this is probably some kind of work clothes, the salon administration, think about branded clothes.. this is your image. There are also STEPS inside the cabin. I didn't notice them, tripped over them and fell.. my leg has been hurting for 3 days ( it is necessary to mark them somehow brighter.. I hope they will take note

Administrators and the master are rude, I won't even write in another way. When I entered the salon, three pairs of eyes stared at me appraisingly from behind the counter, as it turned out later, there was also a master who was supposed to paint me. The master herself did not introduce herself, did not recognize my name, I am generally silent about water / tea - it was not even offered. When she showed me what I wanted to do, they didn't even pay attention to the reference. This was followed by comments like "horror", "yeah" and of a similar nature. The test strand was not even sustained in time, they said that my hair would not take anything. Attention! I painted with professional paint and I have high-quality and expensive care))) The master suggested just toning the root. I was upset, so I agreed to at least this (instead of the complicated coloring I was booked for). The root was tinted past my main color, the difference was exactly one tone! I haven't had time to pay yet, as the master ran home!!!! As I understood it, she just wanted to finish her day and get out of here as soon as possible. There is also a question about payment: at that time, complex coloring cost 550 rubles with a discount. For tinting! the root is 2cm, I gave 300r!))) I was so angry that I didn't care anymore! By the time I came to the recording, the master was in the process of coloring the hair of another client. Then, after a pause with that client, I was offered to do a strand test, after which I decided not to do coloring. We just agreed on a haircut. Next, they made a hair mask for me and left it while the master went to finish work with another client. And now the question is, if I still agreed to the coloring, would I have to just sit and wait for another hour? Alas, but apparently they practice this there. I do not plan to return to this place and would not recommend it to anyone.

The only option that was offered to me was to grow my color completely and come for coloring in a couple of years))) I am well aware of all the nuances of blonde coloring and adequately understand that it is unrealistic to go blonde with damaged, dark hair at once, but I did not have damaged and dark hair. In addition, I want to say that I did not ask for pure blonde and ash shades. I just needed to lighten the tone a little. While the master was doing the strand test next to me, two more girls were refused, it turns out that three clients were denied the service in 40 minutes! As a result, I went to another salon and I was lightened without damaging my hair. Lightening the roots and a small percentage of the ends. The color turned out to be a pure blonde, which I didn't even count on) If you have natural hair or a well-grown root, then most likely you will get a beautiful coloring. The masters know only one coloring scheme and, when faced with the slightest difficulties, they no longer have any idea how to work. Are these good specialists???

I will never come to them again in my life. I don't want to tolerate such a service and attitude.
