The hotel is located in a good location. The metro is close on foot. Near Carrefour, there is a place to walk. Nearby there are places with delicious and not expensive food. The hotel is rated 3- or 4+.
I'll start with checking in, we arrived at the hotel by 9:00 and had to pay 150aed for early check-in. They offered to increase the room rate, but I did not agree. OK, let's go see the room..
The room came across smelly, as if damp linen had been laid in it and the smell had stagnated, and the window did not open. We changed the room to another one without any problems (by the way, the windows don't open anywhere at all), it has a better view and there were no questions with the room itself.
We only had breakfast, it was more or less 7 days, then we got tired. It's the same thing every day, the choice is normal, but all the dishes are for your lover.
Cleaning… It seems to be fine, but absolutely every day we call the reception, because: either they took all the towels (this item is every day) and did not put new ones, or toilet paper, sometimes they did not replenish the water.
The pool is small in the hotel, but it will do to sunbathe and cool off.
There is a free beach on the Palm of Jumeirah to which the bus takes you, I noticed that people have eternal problems with it, there are no places. We took the bracelets after the fact, called Yandex.taxi and left. The beach and pool are cool, but the sun loungers by the pool are paid, 250aed (haha) are free only on the beach, but it's not scary.
Among the advantages:

A wonderful hotel for your money, nice interior, cleaning every day. The room has everything you need, including an iron and ironing board. For the first time in all my travels, there was a decent hair dryer in the hotel. Room cleaning every day, snow-white bed linen, slippers, bathrobes, hygiene products, lots of pillows, clean well, unobtrusive service, leave a bottle of drinking water every day after cleaning, air conditioning is working properly, curtains are black out. The noise insulation is sufficient – the Azan is almost inaudible, it does not interfere with sleep. The breakfasts are good, but monotonous, there are no frills, but you will not stay hungry, in 10 days, of course, the food for breakfast is boring, there are always sausages, potatoes, pastries, omelets, yogurt, juice and fruits, coffee is also not bad. The hotel has a lot of residents, but not crowded. Some of the staff speaks Russian, and everyone speaks English. By the way, we booked a hotel at a booking with on-site payment, we managed to pay with Gazprombank's UnionPay card on the spot, however, they paid it everywhere in Dubai, sometimes only contactless payment takes place, sometimes we had to insert the card into the terminal (each time in different ways – you need to try). There are many markets near the hotel, where you can buy ready-made food (sandwiches, various dishes) and fruits, there are fermented dairy products made in Russia (sour cream, cottage cheese), prices are affordable. It takes 10-15 minutes to walk to the metro, and 5 minutes to get to the trains by metro, it is better to buy a card and replenish it at the vending machine (by the way, UnionPay did not work in the metro, they replenished it with cash in dirhams) if you plan to travel by metro. Careem taxi earned upon arrival in Dubai with a Russian SIM card (while in Russia, it was not possible to register), cash payment. The price included a visit to Soluna beach on Palm Jumeirah, the beach is very decent, the sea is beautiful, the sand is clean, towels, sun beds and umbrellas are good, everything is included in the price, there is a scheduled transfer from the hotel, you need to make an appointment in advance, at least one day in advance. There is a toilet on the beach, with comfortable changing rooms, a full-fledged shower with shampoo, shower gel and lotion, there is a hairdryer. But you can get bracelets to visit the beach and go by taxi yourself, it takes no more than 30 minutes to get to this beach. It is not allowed to bring food and drinks with you, for a fee you can eat and drink on the spot. You can buy merch in the form of a branded bottle and replenish it with unlimited water from the cooler for free. The hotel has its own microscopic pool with cooling water, about 1.2 meters deep, there are few people only in the evening, during the day almost all the sun beds by the pool are occupied, towels are also provided there. The room is compact, but not to say that it is cramped. There is a gym. The Burj Khalifa and Dubai Mall are no more than 30 minutes away by metro (not counting the road through the air-conditioned subway crossings). I recommend the hotel to stay.

A wonderful hotel, service, staff, availability of everything necessary in the room (kettle and everything for tea and coffee, iron, ironing board, dryer, all sorts of gadgets for hygiene and everyday life). Daily cleaning, replenishment of drinking water, replacement of towels. The only thing is that the windows in the hotel do not open due to security reasons, because of this it is very humid in the room, things do not dry, there is not enough fresh air circulation from outside. We wrote a review about this to the hotel administration, the hotel did not ignore it, answered in detail and promised to fix this problem at the engineering level. Breakfasts and lunches are excellent, varied - chicken, lamb, beef, fish - daily, sausages are delicious (compared to similar products somewhere in Turkey or Egypt), fruits.
There is a gym, a swimming pool (but the pool is too small, which is in principle typical for city hotels, but there is enough to refresh in the alley, sun loungers, umbrellas - everything is available. The location is convenient - walking distance to the metro Internet City, many different supermarkets, also very close to the shop with Alco. We advise you! We would have returned here a second time.

We rested at the hotel for 8 days. In short , according to the points:
1. 4-star hotel. The location is good, the area is too, 9 minutes to the metro.
2. There are a lot of shops, supermarkets, a sports ground around (it was interesting to see how nigas play basket)
3. The hotel looks beautiful, expensive and interesting.
4. The staff is nice, friendly, the bags were delivered, hello sir was told in the morning that he asked to bring - everything was brought promptly. We compare the service with the Russian one, Dubai is certainly ahead.
5. I don't know what the hell is needed there, probably just to be) 1 meter deep, as if for children 5 years old.
6. Rooms are cleaned daily. But they often forget something. Then they didn't put a bag on the trash, then they didn't bring slippers, there was one bathrobe instead of two. Soap is over - not poured, only on request. But nothing criminal in general.
7. There is nothing to do in the hotel. We did not find entertainment in the hotel, there are no events. There is a gym around the clock. This pool is crippled. "Spa" (massage for money) and some kind of cafe. That seems to be it.
8. Breakfast. Nothing special at all. The choice is small, almost nothing has changed for 8 days.
9. The room is usually small, everything is normal in general. Also nothing special at all.
Result. Everything is learned in comparison, and we compare it with the Yalta Intourist Hotel. I always thought they sucked and didn't deserve their 4 stars. But now I understand that it is much better on all points (without exaggeration) than Tryp by Wyndham, except for the service of course. There is no one in Crimea. Well, for the price of XS hotels, we did not compare. We have enough money only for 1 day to go to Yalta)))
In general, we liked this hotel in Dubai, did not leave bad impressions.

I really liked the hotel .
Breakfasts in my opinion are very diverse , the choice of food is huge .
The service is excellent .
The pool area is small , sun beds must be occupied in advance ( sometimes there were difficulties with this )
The interior is very stylish ( especially the hotel lobby )
But it would be good to make repairs in the room itself , since traces of time are noticeable . Especially in the bathroom ( tile / plumbing needs restoration )

I can say that this hotel deserves not only a 5.0 rating, but also a higher one.
We were checked in on arrival before the scheduled time. The reception explained in detail which rooms are available, and even showed them. For an additional fee, we chose a non-smoking room with a balcony. I do not advise you to choose a smoking room: if it is impossible to open the windows in the room, the smell, which is in very high concentration both in the corridor and in the room, is too much) even for smokers.
In the room: large bed, armchair, local lighting sources, plasma, 2 closets, ironing board, iron, head/body wash, hair conditioner, soap, cream, napkins, towels, refrigerator, kettle, table, bedside tables.
Not all outlets pull electrical appliances taken from home, but you can definitely find one powerful one per room. I didn't have to buy additional adapters: there are usb, type c and conventional plug inputs.
They are cleaned perfectly every day. But we ourselves set the frequency of cleaning every 3-4 days.
The pool is located on the second floor. Free places are always in short supply, but if you don't sleep until the last, you can always accommodate.
The food is very decent, quite varied. They always left satisfied and well-fed. Dinners can be exchanged for lunches. You can also have dinner either in the restaurant or at the buffet (at your choice).
Shuttles run to the outlet, Emirates Mall, JBR city beach, Soluna Beach Club. You can always choose the optimal and convenient time (several options during the day).
Upon departure to the city's free beach, a towel is provided at the hotel.
You need to sign up for the beach club in advance. Admission is free, but you can only stay on the beach. We paid extra for more comfortable accommodation closer to the pools and on a double deck chair.

The location of the hotel is optimal - not far from the center. We had to spend a little on taxis, plus we saved a lot by using shuttles.

The whole family rested from March 29 to April 6, 2023 at your hotel. We really liked the hotel, the room is clean, the bed is big and chic, all the cosmetics are in the room. Cotton swabs, cotton pads, a nail file, a set of threads with a needle, a shower cap and especially liked the body cream, after the beach it is very pleasant to moisturize the skin. All the staff is very friendly, but no one speaks Russian. We only had breakfast, everything was really delicious. Room cleaning and change of towels every day. A bus from the hotel went to the beach for free, but it was necessary to book seats every evening. The bus schedule should be requested at the reception to know when the bus can take you back from the beach to the hotel. Many thanks to all the staff. Rested from 22 to 29 Sep! The hotel pulls on a solid 4+. The location is super : near the JBR beach, palm island , metro in 15 minutes, the Barsha area is sleeping and calm, grocery stores are within walking distance, if you want to go to the club, you can walk to the Millenium hotel in 5 minutes, there is an exchange behind the mosque, also in the hotel itself there is a shop with clothes, shoes and everyone else . About the hotel room: we had a standard without a balcony overlooking the mosque, clean, stylish, cleaned every day and changed towels, there are kit sets with cotton swabs, a disk and even a nail file)) the shower gel smells delicious, shampoo and body lotion were also there. water in glass bottles instead of plastic is a delight !🙏🙏🙏 it was brought every day by a call to the reception. We rested 03.01-08.01 2023: a nice room with shampoos/creams, the metro is not far away (which turned out to be very convenient, the red line), breakfasts / dinners are quite tasty, not very diverse, modest, but we were not hungry. The area itself has absolutely no tourist value, a typical residential area, everything interesting is only through the metro. Exchange offices are difficult to find, there is one at the Carrefour supermarket, which is next to the mosque, is about two hundred meters from the hotel. The breakfasts were extremely modest, there were only sausages of one kind from meat, from fruits: melon, watermelon and grapefruit. And the assortment did not change during the whole week of stay. Convenient breakfast time from 6 am to 11 am, buffet. They cleaned every other time, and they have a division of labor, someone makes the bed, someone changes the towels. As a result, this whole office with cleaning is stretched for the whole day. I came once, the bed was made, I think everything was done, I went to wash, there are no towels.. I had to wipe myself with a T-shirt, towels were brought only in the evening, it would be nice to leave the old ones at least... There is a gym and a swimming pool, free of charge, although they didn't say anything about it at the reception. Soap, shampoo, cotton swabs are there, there is no toothbrush, slippers and a bathrobe. There was a balcony, it was good to sit in the evening, eating ice cream.
