A great hotel with a good location, near a metro station, as well as bus stops, shops, cafes, an exchange office. The rooms are spacious and clean, cleaning was carried out daily. The rooms had everything you needed. Our room was located on the 25th floor and partially had a little view of the Persian Gulf. The staff is very smiling and friendly. There is a shuttle to the mall and the beach, which we used only for 1 day. Because the shuttle for the beach is designed not only for this hotel, but also for another one, in connection with which it was necessary to come 20-25 minutes before departure, because by this time a queue was already forming, and not everyone could leave (sometimes only 10-15 people), but there is a bus stop nearby and there is a bus number 84, on which we reached the same beach for 3 dirhams, where the shuttle goes, it was not a problem for us. The breakfasts are delicious and quite varied (you should not count on a choice like in Turkey and Egypt with their ultra systems). We definitely recommend the hotel!

I liked everything. We checked in when there were a lot of people and as soon as we entered the room, it seemed that it was not very well cleaned, dusty shelves, stained furniture, etc. but on the second day after cleaning it became cleaner. And all the following days were also relatively clean. I really liked the soft and cozy bed.
Breakfasts: the breakfasts are hearty, although it may seem to someone that they are not very diverse. It is quite possible to eat. Yoghurts, cereals, muesli, fruit, scrambled eggs, omelet, sausages, tea, coffee, delicious pastries and much more.
The staff is very responsive, all requests and questions were resolved quickly enough.
The pool is shallow, but you can swim and relax.

The location of the hotel is quite good, since everything is moderately close to it (by taxi). There are buses from the hotel in several directions, I can't estimate the quality and speed. The metro is a 10-15 minute walk away. Barsha Heights district (formerly Techom), 15-20 minutes by taxi to the Mall of Emirates. At a price of 25-30 dirhams one way. There is a supermarket and a cafe near the hotel. The hotel itself seems to have 3 establishments with different cuisines.
We tried breakfast and lunch, we liked everything. Nothing superfluous, everything looks fresh. Lunch was taken for 85 dirhams at the reception, it was more interesting than breakfast.
Our room was standard. Spacious enough, no one stumbled over anything. There are enough disadvantages: 1) as always, there is little light, which is typical for hotels of this format. 2) the lack of a balcony (it was so hard to dry things). 3) there was no or did not work hood in the toilet. 4) dirty mirrors in the room at check-in, white cabinets are all stained, which, if desired, can be brought to a normal appearance. 5) the cleaning is mediocre, or rather it needs to be knocked out at the reception; they can pick up towels and bring clean ones only in the evening. 6) The socket was only on one side of the bed, the second person had to charge the phone on the table. The European plug can be safely plugged into the British one, somewhere it may take something narrow to "open the curtains" and plug it in.
There are good staff at the reception, and in general the staff at the hotel is hospitable. In general, it's worth the money. Everything is beautiful and attractive from the outside.

The hotel is nice, beautiful, everything is delicious for breakfast, but 4 because there were problems during check-in, because of which one day of vacation was lost. Namely, we arrived at 20:00, came to check in at 21:00 in the end it turned out that the room was not ready, we stood for 2 hours at the reception, there was no Russian-speaking staff. As a result, we were settled for 1 day in a room for the disabled in which it smelled very bad for some reason, they told us to come the next day after 12. They came after 12 , they say they are still not ready , they said to come at 14 , they came at the appointed time , they say again that they are not ready and come at 16 ... and after all, you can't go anywhere or go and all this time was wasted , it's a shame, there are no questions in everything else.

A good hotel with good rooms and quality staff. I liked everything in general, there is a supermarket and cafes with adequate prices nearby, especially if you take one dish for two, because their portions are huge. We went to the royal gate, which is opposite the hotel if you exit from the back entrance where the sports fields are.
To the metro 10 minutes maximum.
The only negative that I have singled out for myself is the location of the hotel. In general, the area is very nice, beautiful, but there is nothing much to do there, you have to go to the beach, Marina or the center by metro or taxi. Another time, perhaps, I would consider hotels that are within walking distance to the beach.
Yes, there are free shuttles from the hotel to the sea and to the malls, but only 15 people are allowed on the bus, you have to come in advance and take a queue, well, the time may not be very convenient, now (April 2023) the earliest departure to the jbr beach is at 10.45, as for me, it could be done and early. In fact, the transfer to jbr went only 1 time in 10 days, the other times they got there on their own. You will have to get to other beaches on your own.

I didn't like the hotel, the breakfasts get boring already on the 2nd day,the watering can was broken in the shower, the first time they cleaned only after 3 days, respectively, they also received water on the 3rd day, later they explained to us that there was a button for cleaning the room that we had to press, there were no bathrobes.I was pleased with the presence of an ironing board, a hair dryer in the room.The location is average, although the metro is not far away, up to 5 minutes.I would not recommend this hotel for accommodation.

Nice hotel. There were excellent breakfasts in early October 2022! Excellent room cleaning, but we must not forget to hang out a sign, we forgot once - and were left without cleaning that day. I really liked the presence of an ironing board with an iron in the room👍 You won't always find it. Parking in the underground floor, there was always a place for our rented car. The reception staff is friendly.
