The choice of food is not bad, we did not stay hungry. There are no seafood, as I read somewhere in the reviews. They put us in a standard room as they had booked. They came to clean every day, but the cleaning was far from perfect, the garbage from the room was simply swept onto the balcony, the toilet and shower floors were not even swept or washed, and this is basically normal.
It is difficult to find a free sunbed by the pool in the morning, usually the smartest take a sunbed with a towel and go about their business, just like on the beach. The road to the beach is through the most real slops, the stench is terrible, this garbage flows from the tanks on the road, sneakers are wet, feet are wet, you come to the room or to the sea and immediately go to wash your feet.

In general , it 's not bad .The room itself was nice and clean.They cleaned every day.There is a lot of food and it is delicious .I don't know, they didn't drink alcohol (I think it's not very good).I would not like to wallow with poisoning later .The staff is friendly.We left in the morning and arrived at the hotel in the evening , we didn't really notice the disadvantages because of this.People throw towels on the deck chairs , it 's kind of busy .But they themselves may not lie down on them all day .Well, this is Russia, you can see it right away!!!People are like from a collective farm .Towels are also thrown on the beach and deck chairs can stand empty all day long!!!The beach from the hotel is poor , of course , but the transparent sea pleases .

The rooms are very tired, what is on the map of the tour operators, this is the 1st building, there is approx. At first they settled in the 3rd building: the door to the balcony did not close, and the room on the 1st floor near the walkway, come in who you want, lamps on snot (in the photo), stains. They asked to replace the room, they gave it in the 4th building, also on the 1st floor, a view of the pool, we agreed, because the flight was night, we waited for check-in until 2 (they check in only from 14 o'clock), we were tired. The next day, we tried to solve the issue with the room through the guide, they showed us the economy (we have a standard), so that we could supposedly see the differences. I must say right away, we didn't see it))) this is the sediment, which seems to be OK, but there is a feeling that we were deceived)) there are a lot of scandals at the reception with rooms, a lot of people are unhappy. They cleaned every day (change of towels and trash can in the toilet, all cleaning). Wi-Fi is only for a fee, and at the same time it slows down, people also swear), we bought a SIM card right at the hotel on the right. Safe deposit box, towels for deposit.Queues for food (hot), that's something. The first 2 days were not taken, because queues discouraged the desire to stand in them in the heat (a hot shop on the street). In the end, I got fed up with the food, because it was monotonous. Pilaf, fried chicken, French fries.. The desserts are delicious, but it's the same thing. There are few fruits: watermelon (not wow), green plums, grapes, apricots and cherries a couple of times. Snacks are all sour, generously poured with lemon and also always the same, they did not take it, it is impossible to eat because of the acid. There are no juices, one cola and a juppie dispenser, that's it. There is animation, in the evening there are different shows at 21:00, also not wow, but not bad either. The beach is small, the people are wild - they occupy the place and do not come. The road to the beach is a path past the technical passage of 5-star hotels, a garbage dump. But the sea is great. The pools seem to be ok. Cocktails are weird, mojitos are like a blue lagoon)))))))))) there is no alcohol in them. Elena, who invites you to the hammam, is not very pleasant. As soon as he receives a refusal, it immediately begins oh fuuu, yes, you don't know anything at all, and so on and so on. You can't do that with clients. As a result, she does not greet those who did not go to her))))))
In general, if you come to rest, then we abstract and rest)

A normal hotel. We really liked the food-a lot of suzma, eggplant, bulgur. The room was nice. Cleaning daily. The beach is very close-across the street. But this beach is a misunderstanding. The road to it through the backyards of hotels, the stench from hoods, wet dirty, fetid puddles. There are few sun beds, the beach is a microbe, sandwiched between two 5-star beaches. Wi-Fi is paid, expensive and doesn't really work. It crashes all the time. It is impossible to see something. This is our first trip to Turkey. The sea is excellent-warm and affectionate, and nature is very scarce. Get ready for the fact that when you go to the mountains, you will be covered with dust even inside. The views are so-so. There is no comparison with the Crimean landscapes.

The territory is cozy, but there is little infrastructure for such a number of guests as the number of rooms.
On the penultimate day there was a big check-in - queues in the dining room everywhere...There are not enough plates, cutlery and seating. I even had to have dinner at the bar once, because there were not enough places either in the dining room or near the pool. This is a big minus.
The lack of Internet is also strange...at least in the lobby they could do it for free. We got by, but those who bought the Internet-$ 3 a day, and then constantly complained that these paid dollars were flying out and not enough for the day.
The food is normal, I don't eat meat and I always had something to eat. Although, of course, everything gets better over time. Very often there is a lot of fried and sour, but these are the features of Turkish cuisine, it seems to me. The work of the intestines has lost its way out of habit anyway.
On Thursdays there is a fish day - seafood, rolls and big tuna were made. With fruits, as luck would have it - always watermelons, apples, often grapes, pears, melons. They give ice cream in the snack bar, not bad - I liked it more than the dondurma on the street.
Tea, coffee and hot chocolate from the vending machine. Local bottled drinks are free until 11 pm. I do not recommend white wine!spongillidae... Red is more or less drinkable. The gin is not bad either.
Cleaning is daily, water is left at 400ml per person per day, but towels were changed only 2 times - 1 time when she asked the cleaner, the 2nd time when they were thrown on the floor in front of the door in the morning.
The hair dryer and air conditioning in the room worked, the refrigerator was an imitation, it was 20 degrees.
The staff is very polite.
The rooms are "tired", but it seems like repairs are underway now, they promise to update.
And so in general, I enjoyed my stay at the hotel. But I would rate it as a good three-piece, it seems to me it does not reach 4 stars ...
We do not need entertainment at the hotel, but if we talk about it, there is no animation during the day, maximum music. There is a showtime in the evening.
The beach is small and the passage to it is past the backyard of 5-star hotels - and garbage cans and slop are poured out...It's terrible! That's why we didn't go there. Thank God there is a transfer from the hotel to a normal beach, which can be reached on foot in 15-20 minutes.
Sun beds, umbrellas are free, and you need your own towels. The bar is paid on the far beach, we haven't been to the nearest one.
The sea is gorgeous, clean, transparent!
There are also 2 swimming pools in the hotel, but they are only open until 18.00
The location of the hotel itself is excellent, a 15-minute walk to the center. There are many chain stores nearby where you can stock up on high-quality clothes

The hotel is not new, but clean, the territory is very green (oranges, pomegranates, berries, limes grow). The rooms are small, we got a normal view from the very beginning. Cleaning was done every day (change of bed linen, towels, mopped floors, reported soap and soap accessories). Cleaning is very mediocre, mopping consists in pouring detergent from a cup with water and smearing this liquid on the floor. The air conditioner is perfectly positioned, blowing along the top of the room. The beds are comfortable, the TV was working, but the hair dryer was not.
The food is normal, you can always find something for yourself, however, it is better to come to the beginning of the meal, there is almost no food at the end. The biggest queues are at the snack bar and at dinner for hot freshly prepared dishes. In my opinion, there was little meat in the diet.
We went out to local events a couple of times in the evening: when there was live music and karaoke. I liked the live music, the speaker came with his own equipment, but the hotel turned on its equipment for karaoke, the sound is just terrible.
The road to the beach is located between two hotels, which either accept food or take out garbage. The beach furniture needs to be repaired, the beach bar is open on a free schedule. The sea is clear and most often there were no waves.
The hotel is not suitable for families with children, no activities for children were seen during the holiday.

The sun beds by the pool are already occupied before breakfast. The beach at the hotel is small, there is a free beach bar. Next to the water sports, the equipment smokes naturally. If the wind is towards the beach, you will have to breathe exhaust fumes (but this was rarely the case). The road to the beach passes through the backyards of the hotels, trucks are unloaded there, garbage is taken out, etc. but this is not critical. Massages will be imposed on the first day at the hotel, do not agree immediately. Take a look around for a couple of days, find out the prices. It's the same story with excursions. There is a Panorama beach, 10 minutes on foot. There is no free bar there. The room is very so-so ... it seems to be tolerable, but it clearly does not pull at four stars. The linen has never been changed in four days, the floors were wiped a couple of times and water was put on. The towels were replaced once. Let's wait and see. UPD: on the seventh day, we went to the reception to find out when we still have to change the linen. We were told that every two days. They wrote down our number and promised to change it. After the walk, we returned and saw that the linen was changed for us, but one towel was given with a hole 😄
Among the advantages: the food is varied and delicious. I really liked the Turkish tea and desserts. The juices are not diluted. Water polo was played in the pool every day. The staff is friendly, many people speak Russian and very well. Every evening at 9:30 some kind of entertainment until 11 o'clock. There was Bingo Bingo, karaoke, belly dancing, Turkish night. There are chain supermarkets Migros and Kerefur. Clothes and shoes can be bought cheaply in Waikiki, Defakto, Flo. Cheaper than in Russia.
In general, there is not much place to walk, the city is small. Eat, sleep, sunbathe and swim only.

The hotel is small, with several buildings. We lived in the main building. The room is small, clean,
with a balcony, there is air conditioning in the room. The shower and toilet were clean, there were no cockroaches. The room is cleaned every day.
The hotel's beach is small, the sun beds were already all occupied by 8 a.m. We found a free beach near the Rox Royal Hotel, and actually went there.
The food is delicious and varied.
The hotel is located near the center, the bus stop is right at the exit of the hotel.

- alcohol... they only give it in one bar of the hotel from 10 to 23. During lunch and dinner, another bar opens near the restaurant. But there are strictly 2 drinks in one hand…Available: beer, white/red wine, crayfish, gin. Everything.
-the shower room in the room is very old-tiles, lighting, shower watering can (not removable) everything needs repair
-the beach of the hotel... the sea saves everything here (it's beautiful). The sun beds would also be updated, the metal racks for umbrellas would be painted. The beach bar is non-alcoholic and operates on a mysterious schedule.
There are 2 bottles of water in the refrigerator on the day of check-in. Then you can refill these bottles on the territory, so do not throw them away).
We chose a hotel 3 days before departure, as an option only to spend the night normally, but I definitely would not have gone any more. He didn't deserve 4 stars.

I will write my review, especially for those who are going to go there with children.
We were from July 19th to 26th. Room: small, there was just a bunch of ants on the table, even they got into the baby bottle through a tube, they crawled in from the street, although they always tried to close the balcony. Cleaning for 2, the floors were poorly washed, there was dust under the bed and cobwebs in places.
Food: there is absolutely no children's menu for children, my children did not know what to eat, I had to drive to a cafe and order food for them. There is no animation for children, they will dance a couple of songs and that's it. A playground is something, a small slide with a table and chairs, they never worked with children there, although other hotels had paid classes and something could be done. Aqua aerobics is just a laugh, the same thing every day, and the movements are clearly not for aqua aerobics, we always laughed)))
And so if it's normal for adults, the pool is not big, I saw it cleaned a couple of times. Wi-Fi is paid and flew all the time that it was shaking, it was possible to make it free in this scenario.. I was glad that the sea is close and the center is a 10-minute walk away.

The impression is twofold. On the one hand, the concept of the hotel leaves much to be desired, on the other -friendly, diligent staff (chefs, bartenders, waiters). The receptionists at the reception can't solve anything, they are irritable. Like most of the staff, they do not understand English, only Turkish.There is no animation! I want to cry! The beach bar is open on a free schedule! Mostly it's just closed.And it's hard to call it a bar-a dirty cabin. This makes it impossible to relax at sea, because in such heat you cannot survive without drinks. And if you sleep a little longer in the morning, then you won't find sunbeds on the sea either. The sun beds on the pool must be occupied from 7 a.m., otherwise there are no places. Towels are paid! I had to constantly beg for water in the room!
On the plus side: there is a lot of food and it is delicious. Lots of fish, meat, vegetables, delicious watermelons, cheeses, a bar with cakes, a snack bar! Only gin and vodka are made of alcohol, cocktails are poured into small glasses.

We had a vacation in June 2023, with a family of 5 people.
We took 3 rooms, only one was normal, the rest were not very good, they even slipped one economy room instead of the standard one.
Okay, let's take it in order:
1. There is no free Wi-Fi anywhere, neither in the lobby nor by the pool, there is only a paid Wi-Fi of $ 3 per day for one device, utter nonsense - they bought a SIM card for $ 35 and distributed Wi-Fi from it.

3. Beach and pool towels are charged $ 2.
4. The food is disgusting, all the meat is like paper, no salt, no spices.
5. Restaurant: eternal queues, at what time you will not enter, there are not enough tables, there are not enough appliances, you constantly need to run and look for them.
6. Bar: there are only 2 drinks in one hand, only one bartender works, because of this, again, there is always a queue.
7. They don't want to turn on the air conditioners in the lobby and restaurant until a lot of people complain.
8. Customer orientation, they haven't heard about it, they don't want to solve problems, they just turn away and leave.
9. Beach: there is a beach a minute from the hotel, there are few sun beds, few umbrellas, respectively, who woke up earlier is lying in the shade on a chaise longue) people specially leave towels for the whole day to take a place.
10. Swimming pool: the story with sun beds is the same as on the beach, there are few of them, they start to drive out of the water at 17.45.

Trucks were constantly parked there, bringing food, taking out garbage, etc. The beach is very small, there is water transport nearby, the smell of kerosene is constantly there.
There is also a public Panorama beach, there is a bus from the hotel 2 times a day.
The room is outdated, the balconies are small, the two of them could hardly fit together. The refrigerator does not freeze. The air conditioner worked well. There is good water pressure in the shower. Very high audibility.
Animation - in fact, there is none, boring loafers, the boss and his 1 ward. They follow each other, do not communicate with guests, do not announce the program, there is nothing for children. The shows themselves are boring, for example, at a karaoke evening, the animator simply calls the participants one after the other by name. They do everything "to fuck off".
Club - every day they persistently offer to go to the club from the hotel. Mostly girls go, they start a crowd like excortnits (even 1 tourist at the hotel asked the boss if it was an excort), hungry looks from Turks from all sides. Animators receive a percentage for such trips. Cocktails are very expensive, at least 1300 rubles. Aura, Inferno, Crystal - if there are no concerts, admission is free for girls. The music is the same everywhere. All clubs are open until 2 am.

The room has dirty walls, everything is dirty. That evening, at the reception, we were told that there were no available rooms and they could not help us in any way, they say we will figure it out in the morning.
In the morning, the same song that there are no numbers. They also said that nothing was indicated in the voucher, because if they had known that we were newlyweds, they would have decorated the room. In general, they did not notice it themselves, so they also tried to throw off the responsibility.
Only after we told the guide from the Pegasus tour operator (who is also a horror) that we would change the hotel, we were given another room.
The 4-star hotel does not pull. There are yellow spots on the bed linen, they are poorly cleaned and break into the room at 8 am with cleaning, opening the door on their own. There were no signs that cleaning was not needed in the room either. The hotel is dirty.
The food is good, the pool is cool. Only for this 2 stars, the rest is good. The expectations of reality did not match the word at all. I do not recommend it!!! I am attaching a photo

I'll start with the arrival, instead of the declared double bed, 2 single beds were moved to us, sometimes we fell through between them, it was terribly uncomfortable to sleep with a girl on them.
The rooms and the shower room are very cramped, it feels like they were saving space as much as possible. There are not even doors in the showers, there is no place to put them, so there is water all over the bathroom.
There are huge queues for fried meat and fish, and if you come to the dining room in the second half of the meal time, then you will not have enough fish or meat (here is a buffet where everything is included, but the trick is that there is not enough for everyone).
I was outraged once about this, the administration tried to solve the problems with meat, but did not solve it. I was outraged a second time, the answer is the same from the administrator now we will solve the mess. Then I told them that I would now beat your dishes so that you would carry out the decontamination and provide meat for the guests, the administrator's answer, do not worry, we will solve everything,,
And they decided, the next day, they forced me and my family out of the hotel.
The territory of the hotel is very small and cramped, the beach is also small and cramped.

1. There were goosebumps in the room, in the bathroom and on the balcony, from the very first day of arrival to the last. Judging by the cleaning, the girls just brushed them off with a rag and that's it.
In general, the room itself is not bad, but the quality of cleaning is low, the pastel was stained, as was the whole towel. The lock on the bathroom door was broken. The floors were not washed, only in the bathroom once every 2-3 days. The towel was changed only for the legs after 9 days of rest.
The pastel linen was already worn out, despite the stains, the duvet cover was torn, and therefore the blanket constantly slipped out, had to be sewn in 3 places.
For the entire rest period, 2 bottles of water are provided, which will have to be collected manually in the main restaurant, but the water is not the most delicious, with a taste of chlorine.
2. The food is varied, you will not stay hungry. There were days when the staff would arrange barbecue for dinner, a cradle and so on right in front of you. Unfortunately, the situation with drinks is tense, in the device in the last days of our vacation there were only pineapple and orange juices, at some points heavily diluted with water.
3. The restaurant staff is excellent, everyone is nimble, the tables always remained clean and set for new guests. This cannot be said about the reception staff, the guy who works most often in the evening shift was neutral to the requests of the guests, his disinterest was very upset.
4. Judging by the comments earlier, the animations in the hotels were better, at the same time very few events are being held. Most of the vacationers are elderly people.
5. The bar serves a limited number of drinks, but the taste is not bad. It works from 10:00 to 23:00.
6. It would be possible to work on the beach, in general it is clean, but the deck chairs are in a chaotic order, the pier was dismantled for the period when we rested, the sea view was spoiled. The beach bar did not understand whether it was working or not. In contrast, there was a Hilton hotel beach nearby, which makes it look even scantier.
7. The Internet costs € 2 per day per device, the quality leaves much to be desired. It was impossible to use it during the hours of the greatest load.
8. The location of the hotel is good, the center of Kemer is 15-20 minutes' walk away. There are bus stops to Antalya nearby. ATMs, shops and so on are within walking distance.

Nice hotel.
Very polite and friendly Russian-speaking staff.
The rooms are old, but clean. Cleaning, change of towels - every day. However, there were problems with the sockets, she was the only one in the room.
Wi-Fi is very weak even at the reception, especially in the morning and evening.
The hammam and spa services are at a good level. Nana is a wonderful person and a professional in her field.
Kitchen: there is always everything. Chicken, fish, vegetables, fruits (melon, watermelon, oranges and grapes), alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, Turkish sweets. There is plenty of food for everyone, in general, for every taste.
There is animation, yoga, aqua aerobics, water polo by the pool during the day. There are various shows and contests in the evenings.
The bar is open until 23.00 , there are no complaints.
The only big disadvantage is the beach. Walking 150 meters through the garbage is not particularly pleasant. The beach is small, although there are enough sun beds. There is no toilet on the beach, from the word at all. There is a Water Sport nearby, boats and jet skis are constantly racing, the smell of gasoline and their dangerous movement right next to people. We sailed to a nearby beach and settled there without any problems. Although they spent most of their time on yachts.
The hotel is located a 15-minute walk from the port and the center. 10 minutes to the market. All shops and clubs are within walking distance.
Beautiful view of the mountains from any side.
Of course, there are always dissatisfied people. But we really liked everything. A decent four.

We settled into a single economy room instead of a double standard. The safe is paid, Wi-Fi is also available, even in the lobby. They offered to pay extra, we were refused (there are no available rooms). Cleaning on the 4th! A day, and then only after the conversion.And cleaning, clean, wipe the floor. But there was a floor cleaner and a toilet bowl in the bedside table (is that a hint?) The view from the room... not to the courtyard, not to the pool... to the street! Moreover, it is limited by two walls. And under the number, apparently someone lives, steps down to some kind of institution, on the steps someone is constantly talking, swearing, communicating with loved ones in different languages (in principle, you can practice languages, or learn new ones ...)
There are constantly not enough sun beds by the pool, it's not far to the sea, but this is the road between the hotels, cars are unloaded there, issues are being resolved. In general, it's not romantic. The beach bar... didn't even notice right away. A stall. Little. When we tried to leave through another exit, the boy waved his hands when he saw our bracelets. Like lepers. I tried to find out where else I could get out, he just kept saying, as if fascinated: no! No!No!!! I was afraid that he would feel ill, we walked on in silence…
As for the food… I won't lie, you won't stay hungry. If you can find a place to sit. Delicious tomatoes, greens, cheese, olives,. Chicken, fish. Normal. Delicious tea, desserts.At the snack bar:nuggets, burgers, fries, vegetables. The drinks at the bar are not bad, gin, beer, wine (I didn't drink, I won't lie). They make cocktails, well done!
The staff is not bad. As I said, the guys at the pool bar are just bunnies.The problem is not solved at the reception. You start to find out something, like they don't understand…Although in ordinary communication they understand both Russian and English.
Result. Believe me, I am not a pretentious person, and certainly a husband. But this is how to take a vacation…One star is really for the staff, the guys are working and not bad. But not at the reception!
By the way, the hotel was advised by a tour agent, I was convinced that the reviews about the hotel were good. Honestly, I don't know if there are such Spartans and, to put it mildly, not spoiled… If you want to take a chance, it's up to you… But I would advise you not to do this!
