Thanks to Anex, they picked up another hotel and moved us. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone. We rested at this hotel from 07/24/2023 to 30.07.2023, the tour operator advised. The hotel is terrible. They gave me an old tired room. The bathroom was always damp, the refrigerator did not work. Only the kitchen worked in the hotel-they tried to prepare a varied menu. The sea is gorgeous, then they just didn't pay attention to all the flaws. We will not go to this hotel anymore.

There are few sunbeds. What's on the beach, what's by the pool. The railings on the balconies are rusty. There is no place to hang wet clothes. Someone is given towels for the beach, someone is not - maybe it depends on the room - but the rooms are all standard ....4 stars and there is no iron, at least on the floor. The shower has not been repaired for a long time . It looks clean , but there is black mold on the doors . The towels were changed once . A cleaner with a mop brought hair to our room.... 3. Staff. Especially women . Harmful ones . Besides the reception, the girl there is very nice. The others are not . Men will forgive the number persistently . The ice cream bar was really amazing . Three minutes before closing time, we two girls were left without ice cream. Although we were waiting . There were even chicken stomachs, instead of fillets (scribe)..... There is no meat, no fruit, no sauces, no bread, no lemon. The cakes all taste the same (not delicious). Coffee from the vending machine - 3in1. The most terrible thing is breakfast. There are not even ordinary fried eggs, only boiled eggs and an omelette from a baking sheet. The dishes, by the way, are always dirty and broken. Glasses with someone's fingerprints on them. There is no bar on the beach, just a rusty stall. Apparently, he stands there only to indicate in the description of the service that "there is a bar on the beach." The beach itself also sucks - the sun beds are practically on top of each other, there are never any places. Even a piece of the sea at the hotel beach was captured by water activities in the neighborhood! Honestly, I don't understand how this hotel has so many good reviews. Tu casa Gelidonya does not match the stated 4*, it is a SUPER-ECONOMY hotel, but the price is wow! I don't think anything will change by the next tourist season. I really regret choosing this hotel.

We purchased a ticket for 80,000 rubles lasting 7 nights for 2 people in October through the tour operator PEGASUS-TURISTIK. I travel often, but this is the first time I see this... We went every day with a request for relocation, but it was unsuccessful. We managed to move only 3 days later, after making a collective complaint directly to PEGASUS, after which we were moved to a normal clean room on the top floor of another building. The photos on the site did not correspond to reality, I wanted to cry from such a vacation... The food was mostly very sour and salty, and it was only possible to eat normally at lunch. The queue for distribution was constantly in the evening, despite the fact that different buildings went at different times. After mass complaints to the tour operator, a check came to the hotel, clean, beautiful tablecloths appeared, all the staff were dressed in uniform - as it should be, a normal variety of food appeared. In the reception building, the toilet even replaced the sink, which was wrapped in a plastic bag. The road to the beach stretches between the hotels, where garbage cans are unloaded, car wheels are washed. We rested with friends from 09.10.2019 to 18.10.2019, arrived at 20.00, settled on the 3rd floor under the roof in a family room... cozy, clean... mountain and sea views... the reception is polite and friendly, everyone will prompt and help... the restaurant is clean, the food is for every taste, dairy products are only yoghurts in the morning... we tried to come 30 minutes after the opening so as not to jostle... the staff speaks Russian, everyone is polite... animation every evening, the pool is good... it takes 3-4 minutes to walk to the sea, the beach is small, but we didn't even need sun beds, we lay right by the shore, enjoying the surf waves on small pebbles... Many thanks to all the staff for the reception and their work!!! A decent 4!!! Everything in the shopping malls is designed for tourists - it is very expensive, the grocery market arrives on Monday, the clothing market on Tuesday, it is better to buy everything there, much cheaper....

In general, to sum up, the hotel is super economy. There are no complaints about one thing, it's the kitchen, the food is good, but the queue and the crowd of people spoil everything. Even hot dishes are often cold. 3) The beach is small, I advise you to take places early. The water entertainment area is also very close. Otherwise, I can't say anything bad… The hotel consists of several buildings, which vary greatly inside. The rooms themselves are pleasant, bright, well-maintained, the only thing is that the bathrooms are already old. The hotel has a very good location, although it is not the first line, but it is a minute walk to the sea. If a youth company is traveling, then this is also a winning option for you, since it takes no more than 10 minutes to get to all the clubs. You can go with the animators - it will cost $ 10, but you will be taken and brought. The hotel staff is very hospitable: nice girls at the reception. Very cool and funny animators, Anya, Alyona, Samad, who make hotel life bright: darts, water polo, bocce, aqua aerobics, evening show. In general, the hotel for a youth company is very cool, but families and the elderly should probably consider something else.

I understand that prices have increased since last year, but still this is unjustified in terms of price-quality ratio! Briefly from the cons: 1. Small beach (about 30 meters by 50 meters) Everyone comes at 7-8 in the morning and occupies the sun beds leaving a towel. there is not a single one available at 9, it is difficult to enter the sea during the day. 2. Food: Tables are dirty. if you come in the middle or at the end of breakfast/dinner time. Forks and spoons are also fun, you just won't find them, and the staff sets the table only at the very beginning. At breakfast, I could only eat boiled egg, fried eggs or pancakes with chocolate paste. Sausages and the like are essential soybeans. Greens/Salads/tomatoes are hard and tasteless. We lived in a family room. The room has air conditioning, a small balcony. The food in the restaurant is delicious, someone speaks sparingly and there is not enough... I don't know, we weren't hungry, there are various dishes for breakfast, lunch and dinner, there are always two types of fruits. Beer and alcoholic cocktails (well, very low-alcohol ones) are free all day at the bar. I liked the hotel, if possible we will return- budget and well. The most important thing we went to Turkey for was the sea! And it's gorgeous.

But we did not come to lie in the room, but to the sea) the room itself has a balcony, we had a view of the mountains and the sea! A small shower stall, the plumbing was all working. Two beds, a refrigerator, a closet - everything you need! The TV was working too. If cleaning is needed, then you can put up a sign with a request, the same if cleaning is not needed. Toiletries were always reported, towels were changed, bed linen is changed every few days. Floors are not washed, only swept, therefore dirt and dust remain. If there is some kind of breakdown or something needs to be brought to the room (we asked for chairs on the balcony, we brought only one)), then you need to contact the reception - they try to fix it quickly. Alcohol is not alcoholic- you drink and do not get drunk, so you can buy it yourself) but there is plenty of water and coffee from the vending machine))). The juices are powdered and not always normally diluted, it happens that water will pour instead of juice. Mostly watermelon is always made of fruits. There is a lot of food, but not everything is hungry - it is cooked in the Turkish manner. They could cook fish, but they have a problem with that. Chicken is mostly cooked. The cutlets are kind of strange- hard, as if they have been lying for a week)) there are a lot of vegetables and cakes. The side dish is often rice and pasta. Potatoes are also taken care of, they are not often cooked)) There are queues for food, because of restrictions, they put portions, you can not take food yourself. You will not stay hungry, but you will not get pleasure from food either. It is better to have dinner or lunch at some local cafe (it is cheaper in the center of Kemer than near hotels, there is a large selection of cafes). The beach is terribly small!!! There are not enough sun beds for everyone. People take sun beds in the evening, or come at 6 am. At 7 a.m., all the sun beds can already be occupied, but there will be no people on them))) they come, towels or something that is not a pity, throw it on the sunbed and go for a walk. A sunbed can stand all day without an owner. The road to the beach runs between two large hotels, which it would be better to take trips to))) on the way to the hotel's Helidonia beach, you will experience a lot of impressions - you will walk through the slops that pour out onto the road, walk through broken glass, taste the aroma of the same slops and something else)) But the beach is clean, the sea is clean! I do not recommend going to tu casa gelidonya! It is not worth the money that is charged for living in it. It pulls in 3 stars, but not 4 stars!
