I always came and really wanted a "Festive" salad. It 's just great... I was there before.
We stopped by a week ago, we haven't been there for less than a year. The salad is not the same at all, they just set up a large amount of everything that is listed in the ingredients... mix it up and get about nothing. We celebrated the New Year 2024 in December 2023. In the hall where our table was, there was an additional exit to the street. Through this exit (in addition to the main one), the guests went to smoke. All the women were in revealing outfits. When we asked the receptionist to close the door and ask the guests to smoke through the main entrance, we were refused. We spent the evening in a constant draft. This is how the attitude towards the client is determined. The sound of the music was disgusting. The food is good. We will definitely not come here a second time.

I want to leave a review about the cafe “At Puntus” in Primorye. I called this cafe starting from Saturday (02.03), I talked with the administrators several times about booking a table for 03/07/2024. I asked for a place in the fireplace room, but they told me that you can book a table only by bringing a deposit and making up a menu, or call an hour before arrival and if there are places, they will put us at a table. Having already waited for Monday, I called again to clarify the conditions and the time before which you can arrive and bring a deposit, to which I was told that it turns out that you need to sign up at the beginning and only after that you need to come and place an order and make an advance payment. To the question where are the rules placed and how can I see this information if administrators only talk about them when making the third call? A lot of negativity was thrown at me, they talked in raised tones, and in the end they also hung up the phone and did not even try to apologize for the incorrectly provided information. In addition, I was brazenly deceived, saying that all the tables in the fireplace room were booked for a month, but at the same time there were empty seats on Saturday (02.03.) when I called. There were very negative impressions of communication, incompetence of employees and lies.
