A wonderful place with good, not expensive cuisine. The national cuisine is beyond praise. I recommend it to everyone. The staff is efficient and friendly. If there are large crowds, there may be minor delays in the delivery of meals. There are always a lot of people, it's better to book tables in advance or you'll have to wait a bit.

We were in Minsk, and decided to stop by for a snack…
Well, just a bomb :) a great assortment of dishes, famous draniki, Babka, sausages, beer desserts ... just a dump of the belly :)
We had a great time with five people and gave away 300 Belarusian rubles, which in terms of the Russian ruble is about 10,000 rubles, but I think it's very acceptable for 5 adults…
I recommend you to visit!

We came to the establishment to have a delicious and cozy time. The girl was well received at the entrance. Having settled down at a table, we were served a menu. We were very surprised by the large number of waiters and the small seating area at such a time and thought that we would be served quickly. The waiters huddled together and created the appearance of work. They often cast glances at us, but did not pass. Absolute disinterest. After another 5 minutes of waiting, we decided to leave. The mood is ruined for the whole evening.

I really liked the cafe! Cozy, delicious, a large selection of local dishes. We tried a lot: pancakes, baked dumplings, meat, zeppelins, cottage cheese dessert (well, very tasty!), cabbage soup. There is a queue, especially in the evening, but not long to wait, we were quickly seated at the table both times.
I highly recommend it! Although later the locals told us that the Cornflowers contain pancakes in frozen billets that are brought from somewhere. Maybe the restaurant itself will explain whether this is true or not?

No special frills, but delicious and high-quality! I've been there twice since the beginning of 2025, and twice both the kitchen and the service have caused only positive emotions. And last year I visited this place 5-6 times. And only once was there a delay with the salad... It doesn't hit the budget, there are no questions about the quality and taste, I really hope that this place will justify its trust in the future.

The order was accepted quickly, but it was completed within 30-40 minutes for hot dishes. Drinks were brought quickly, and in order not to sit without food, you need to order snacks or salads. They took draniki, of course, with various additions. I do not know what they should be in the original, but these are pancakes with potatoes added. There is a lot of flour, I would prefer more potatoes in the composition. Delicious, satisfying. It is possible to make your own impression only by personally visiting the cafe. And of course, for the tourist season, you need to increase the number of chefs.

Great place!
It was the first time I came to Minsk and for a long time I was looking for a decent place with national cuisine. It turned out that there are very few of them in the city center, and in this regard, "Vasilki" became a salvation. I liked the entourage of the restaurant from the doorway – it was about what I expected to see. The menu was pleased with the variety, and the dishes were beautifully served, and most importantly, the taste qualities. Be sure to try the draniki and potato babka!
Prices for all items, including alcohol, are very moderate. You can have a hearty snack within 50 bel. rubles (~ 1500rubles).

Yes. You can and should go here. Firstly, there are the best Draniki in Minsk and the surrounding area, and secondly, everything is very tasty here. The price-quality ratio is good. My daughter and I arrived in Minsk, according to reviews we found a coffee shop and stomped to it km from the train station. We just walked along Independence Avenue and noticed that in the morning the cafe was already filled with people (and this is a good sign). As a result, we didn't like the cafe we were going to at all, but we returned to Cornflowers for lunch with friends. There were a lot of us, and everyone was satisfied. By the way, then we went to another restaurant of this chain, and we liked it a little less. Apparently, there is a good chef here at the moment.

Excellent location, within walking distance from hiking trails, stylish interior, balanced menu, national cuisine, the dishes that we ate were quite successful and were eaten without a trace, several types of pancakes, potato dough, delicious local beer. The waiters are great - polite, helpful. The score was taken off during the waiting time, and I'm not even talking about the cooking time (about the fact that they might have been warned for a long time), I understand there was a full landing inside and almost full on the summer veranda. We were met and seated on the veranda, or rather we decided to sit there ourselves, but we sat with the menu for 20 minutes and did not pay attention to us until we caught a passing waiter who brought an order to a nearby table. After that, everything worked out.

Vasilki is a cafe of traditional Belarusian cuisine. I took mushroom pancakes, a Lazy dessert, Kiev-style cutlets and cherry kvass.
I'll start with the draniki: not impressed. They weren't very warm and there was too much sauce. Dessert "Lazy" is a chocolate sausage in the form of a piece of pie, but it is very interesting to serve it with a scoop of vanilla ice cream and strawberry sauce. Kvass with cherries is my love. It's dark kvass, there's cherry jam at the bottom of the mug, and it's served with a slice of lemon. I didn't think it would be delicious, but I was wrong. It's sooooo delicious! I paid about 1,700 Russian rubles for 4 dishes.
Be careful: the cafe is in great demand! And for good reason.
