I liked everything here for the first time. We decided to visit the place again and ordered the same dishes, but everything seemed to be completely different. The grilled vegetables were not grilled at all, in a ton of oil, as if they were fried just in a frying pan. In the dumplings with ham and mushrooms, as it seemed to me on my first visit, there were not enough mushrooms. But this time it was even cooler: just one mushroom for the whole dish, odiiin, Carl! How is that even possible? Then why write that the dish is with mushrooms? Or if there is one, then it is already considered that the dish is with mushrooms?)))) There was hope for cheesecakes, but they turned out to have some kind of fishy flavor, as if they were stored frozen with fish or fried after a fish dish in the same pan. And my husband's soup was salty. It seems that everything happened on this day at once, I don't know how this is even possible. In general, there was a residue.. The only good thing was that the dishes were made as similar as possible to the picture and the service was very pleasant.
So far, 3, with the hope that the situation will improve next time, but, to be honest, I wanted to put 1, because the evening was spoiled.

Here you can taste many national Belarusian dishes - several types of pancakes, meat. Even salads like Caesar have their own special taste. Some dishes are complemented by different dressings to choose from, which make one dish very different. Responsive staff will help with both the selection of dishes and provide containers if you ordered too much (and this is a very common story).
Of the subtleties - tables are not booked in advance, sit down according to the situation, the larger the company, the more difficult it is. Optimally, up to 4 people, since with such a number you can sit on the veranda, more people will be put indoors.

I really liked the Vasilki restaurant, 89 Nezavisimosti Ave., Minsk, although I live in Gomel myself, I have never visited it in Gomel. very tasty! It's a very popular place, which is difficult to get into: there are always queues at the entrance. But that's not the worst part. And even a long wait for dishes is sometimes justified. But, you urgently need to change the recipe of pancakes, you sell ordinary pancakes with a lot of dough, thin, and without a characteristic taste. And there should be grated potatoes, there should be pomp, structure. Unintelligent people (most tourists) will come in at once.
We took a cold drink - it was great, but I would like a bigger portion.
Prices are higher than the average in Minsk, so there are no more than 3 stars for this quality of food.
There are places in Minsk that are no less atmospheric with real draniki and other incredibly delicious cuisine, while being 10-20% cheaper.

Great price, great service, great location, fast service, large portions and a chic homemade morse. A separate miracle is pork ribs.
