But one waiter is trash.. He did everything with a brick face, he was always unhappy, it was clear that people infuriated him! It's a pity they didn't remember his name, tall with a very short haircut.. When we went outside, we said "thank you" to him, to which the answer was: "You won't put it in your pocket") and why should I leave a tip?) the next day we went back to Cornflowers for breakfast, because we were visitors and there was simply no time to look for another place. As a result, there was another waiter-just lovely, pleasant, polite, and brought pencils to the child to draw!
In general, the place is good, but some waiters need to learn how to communicate with visitors, otherwise they have no desire to visit it again.

If you are in Minsk and in Belarus in general, Cornflowers are the best place to sit and eat. Great atmosphere, very friendly staff and low prices.

I put one star, only for waiting for dishes for more than an hour. In order not to be unfounded, they are cooking. The order included borscht, cherry pie, and mors. At the time of the visit, the loading of the restaurant was half of the hall. The day before, in the evening, we stood in line a little on the street!!!! We waited. We went in and sat down (by the way, there were places, it's unclear why we should keep them outside when we could sit indoors at a table). They served very quickly, while there was cold soup and zeppelins, draniki, and this is not a daily borscht, which was poured and carried into the hall.
I was very pleased with the cuisine and the quality of the dishes, respect for the cook, but the service!!!! All the best emotions from delicious dishes were crossed out by the service. After all, the main thing in the restaurant is not only the quality of the dishes, but also the timely, competent presentation of these dishes. You can not bring compote with a bun first, the second, salad, and finally borscht. The restaurant differs from the dining room in that customer service takes place in the restaurant, and self-service takes place in the dining room. On this day, the restaurant, thanks to the staff, turned into an ordinary dining room.
But in general, I recommend it, they cook very well and tasty. The main thing is to be lucky with the service and you get into the period of the restaurant, not the dining room :-)

We had a rest in Minsk. We chose this restaurant to taste the national cuisine. There are a lot of people, but there was a place. Well, what can I say?. I'm not thrilled. We were not very warmly welcomed at the restaurant. (But in Belarus it is not customary to be polite (such are the conclusions)....'Thank you/please' is rarely said here, but being rude is always welcome🤣). Waiting for 1 hour, 20 minutes. (But the waiter warned us right away, thanks for that). We stayed because we were with the children and very hungry and no longer had the strength to look for another institution. The food is normal, something is even very tasty. But the draniki were not impressed. Firstly, in terms of time....It feels like the cook goes to get potatoes in the field, digs them up and comes to the restaurant to cook these very pancakes. Well, how can you cook pancakes for an hour and a half???. In general, not only for a long time, but also draniki are not particularly draniki....so, potato pancakes, which contain 90% flour.

We celebrated our birthday in this restaurant. Unfortunately, the body kit on meat cuts is simply unacceptable. It was even visually clear. Outweighed, yes. Even on the sauce, they managed to steal 15 percent. The order included pork ribs, which we always take. Unfortunately, this time it was just a piece of greasy pork smeared with ketchup. Not even baked, the cook decided not to bother. And the cherry on the cake is a very low quality coffee. Advice to everyone who visits the institution. Do not be fascinated by the pictures on the menu, read the composition and ask the waiter how the dish is prepared. They may bring you something completely different from what you saw. There are no complaints about the service, the guys work with dignity.

The kitchen is a bomb. I gave 3 stars for the waiter's service. On January 1, a family of 6 people came, when paying the bill, the amount was rounded up to a "round" amount and given to the waiter, she brought 60 kopecks in change, they said that without change, to which the waiter replied that we keep them for ourselves. These words made our company uneasy, and the evening was ruined. Apparently the waiter didn't have enough for "tea". We won't go to this place anymore, regardless of the fact that it's a restaurant chain.
P.S. the average check of 10-10 rubles is all lies, we got 50 rubles per person for 6 people (along with tinctures).

I can't say anything bad about the place. The location is good, close to the metro and Chelyuskintsev Park, Botanical Garden.
The order is delivered quickly enough, there is a lunch menu. I like the colorful interior. I love the place near the windows, there is on the avenue, there is on Tolbukhin.
