Большой номер, все есть. Своевременная уборка. Отличный завтрак. Рядом торговый центр. Из минусов: ресторан, если брать по меню, очень дорогой. И еще одна странность: если приезжаете семьей с маленьким ребенком и берете номер 2+1, то детской кровати в нем не будет - подразумевается, что ребенок спит с родителями в одной кровати. За отдельную кровать придется доплатить. Порядка 3500 руб.РФ за весь период. Я перед поездкой сделал запрос с уточнением на почту отеля. Но мое письмо проигнорировали. Пожалуй, это единственный минус. В стоимость номера еще входит бесплатное неограниченное посещение спортзала, и такое же, но только по утрам, посещение СПА зоны: хамам, джакузи и купель. Финская парная уже за отдельную плату.

The doors of the room close only with a strong kick, the set of accessories is as cheap as possible, there is no hair conditioner, the toothbrush breaks up into bristles right in the mouth. Шикарная гостиница – очень комфортная для проживания, с хорошими условиями и шумоизоляцией! Номера очень уютные, кровати удобные и широкие, бельё чистейшее.
Завтрак просто замечательный – очень вкусный и разнообразный! Курица, рыба, блинчики, яичница, омлет, каша, выпечка – есть выбор на любой вкус!
Расположена гостиница очень удачно, рядом есть магазины, аптеки, до центра довольно близко. Напротив отеля находится зелёная прогулочная зона. Есть охраняемая парковка.

But, the air conditioner and extractor hood do not work in the hotel, it is not possible to breathe at night, we could not solve the problem in 3 days. The noise from the road is due to broken windows. The refrigerator does not work and when asked to turn on / repair, with the desire to preserve the sanctioned cheese, the staff said it does not work everywhere🤷🏼♀️There is no sound insulation at all. In the bathroom, the water spills further than the toilet. Disgusting breakfasts. I rarely leave bad reviews, I'm looking for a combination of price / quality, positive, comfort, but after staying in this hotel, there was a bad aftertaste. Maybe it will be useful for someone. To make it look like I'm a nasty grumpy woman, it's worth noting that the rooms are very spacious and beautiful (if you ignore the stuffiness).

Все просто великолепно, очень уютный номер, очень удобная кровать. Приятно удивили дополнительные маленькие подушечки, очень люблю обнимать во сне что-то)) В холле круглосуточный бар. Соседей за стенами не слышно от слова вообще. Не обошлось и без придирок-нет возможности зажечь яркий свет с потолка, там тупо нет ламп, приходится довольствоваться прикроватными светильниками и рассеянным светом от светодиодных лент за столом, что, впрочем мелочь.
Отель просто супер, очень рекомендую.

Отличный отель. Удобные подъезд и парковка. Просторный холл. Большие, светлые номера с видом либо на город и парк, либо во внутренний двор. Думаю при желании всегда можно решить вопрос с администратором, куда будут выходить окна. В часы заезда администраторы слегка перегружены, в остальное время вопросы решаются мгновенно. Это радует. Завтраки как и везде несколько однообразны, но при этом вкусны и балуют обширностью выбора. Ищ минусов -отсутствие в номере халатов и тапочек, болтаюшийся смеситель в ванной комнате. Есть чайник но нет чая и кофе в номере. Только заказ из ресторана. Для меня это сюрприз. И тем не менее с удовольствием остановился бы здесь повторно, т.к. все мои жалобы были решены моментально! Рекомендую к посещению.

If you need a bathrobe and slippers, then ask at the reception, they will bring it. I was surprised that there is no mini fridge (mini bar) in the rooms.
Breakfast buffet - for every taste. A varied menu, very tasty!! Breakfast is until 11-00, so those who do not like to get up early will perfectly replace lunch!!!! I recommend it!!!

The rooms are not really cleaned, the air conditioner works strangely, you can say in no way and the administration did not respond to our requests, then turn it, then set it to 0, but it is not set (jumps from A to 1), parking is in front of the hotel, but we were told that there is only a paid one and it is located to the side of the hotel,behind the barrier. There is no refrigerator in the room, so if you want to buy something on the road, then either take it or store it in the refrigerator at the reception before leaving. Tea and coffee were also provided in the room only at the entrance, only water was put on and garbage was thrown out, everything that was included in the room service. We didn't go to the spa and didn't take breakfast. Location 10 minutes to the center of Minsk by car.

Хороший отельчик. Были в 2023 году на Майские праздники. Отель недавно построен. Номера большие , чистые. Подушки удобные.
Завтраки стандартные!
Красивый лифт с панорамным видом.
Есть спа салон
Минусы - 1. не в центе Минска ( но это не большая проблема - такси и 15-20 мин в центр. )
2. Администраторы Не смоги вечером долго найти канстеляншу, чтобы дать нам дополнительный комплект постельного белья.

Гостиница расположена в нескольких автобусных остановках от центра Минска и метро. Рядом есть торговый центр с супермаркетом и кинотеатром, кафе и рестораны, спортивный комплекс. Номера просторные (мы останавливались в улучшенном), но очень душно. Система кондиционирования работает только летом. Зимой пришлось открывать окно с помощью горничной. Уборка номеров каждый день, есть халаты, тапочки, зачем то огромное количество маленьких полотенец, зубные щетки и паста, туалетные принадлежности, вода в бутылках, маленький чайник, чашки и стаканы, но почему то нет чайных ложек. Завтрак шведский стол, достаточно разнообразный. Персонал пытается оперативно решить все вопросы, хотя и не в восторге, когда обращаешься с просьбами. Парковка платная - 10 бел. руб. в сутки.

Расположение хорошее ,удобно по прямой добираться до центра через парковую зону.такси недорогое ,поэтому проблем с передвижением не возникало ,хорошая зона парковки ,на майские праздники всем хватало места(большой плюс)
Персонал не приветлив ,кроме одной девушки на ресепшен,к сожалению забыла её имя.
Номер просторный , мебель чистая и достаточно свежая, ковролин в том числе ,но в гостинице 4х звёзд кроме чайника должны находиться чай,кофе,сахар и как минимум две чашки, которые отсутствовали на протяжении всего отдыха. Дополнительная подушка была в наволочке ,а вот одеяло без пододеяльника ,при том что пришлось воспользоваться ночью ,а на следующий день при уборке номера не заправили в пододеяльник, а просто положили на кровать ,при этом на одеяле отчётливо видны были жёлтые пятна, и только после нашей просьбы застелили кровать как положено. За 4 дня проживания ни разу не сменили постельное белье. Уборка номеров проводилась до позднего вечера, что категорически неудобно. Но к качеству претензий нет.В номере один светильник работает на движение ,проживая вдвоём приходилось ночью изощряться,чтобы пройти по стенке и он не включился ,если хотите чтоб он не работал ,нужно вытащить карту при входе и тогда не работает ничего.
В лобби ночью и вечером сумка-экономия энергии. В городе отключили отопление поэтому в межсезонье холодно .
Нельзя сказать ,что отель плохой ,даже очень хороший ,но необходимо доработать сервис,который должен соответствовать 4 звёздам

Хороший новый отель, в моем номере была полноценная ванная, что редко бывает в недорогих путешествиях, обычно душевые кабины. хороший сытный завтрак (2-3 вида фруктов, соленая сельдь, блинов несколько видов, сосиски, ветчина, каши, сухие добавки к йогурту и тд). В номере свежий ремонт, новое постельное, но немного видавшие виды полотенца. Был мини холодильник, сейф, утюг, шампунь и жидкое мыло, фен. Халата и тапочек не было. Три лифта, просторное фойе с диванами. Из минусов - много спортсменов подростков, соответственно кому-то может мешать их игра с мячом/на нервах спящих снизу. Курилки на каждом этаже (балкон около лифта). Кондиционирование и вентиляция центральные.

As a result, in no condition, you need to go to the reception desk and prove to the employee that this is an abnormal situation and she is obliged to do something.
Customer orientation is minus 10, the management of a particular service that trains staff in this way is minus 10, the absence of working services at night is minus 10.
A hotel is a living organism that works 24/7 and a bottle of water should be in it in a couple of minutes.
