Well, I know where such a high rating comes from, a typical institution in the center, where it is expensive and not tasty. Respect for the client is about zero. The prices do not match the quality of the dishes. We waited for drinks for 25 minutes and then we were reminded of ourselves. The receptionist said that potato pancakes are a rather complicated dish and are cooked slowly. Perhaps, but as a result, they brought an overcooked dish. Pancakes with sour cream were also brought after 50 minutes, cold and not tasty. They gave us a 10% discount for the long wait. In general, my friends and I agreed that the institution is the worst where we were in Vitebsk.

Our choice for this restaurant fell according to the reviews of people on the web, they knew that it was expensive, but there were too many positive reviews. DISAPPOINTED. We ordered a takeaway, as we were traveling very late from another city, and we had to have a quick dinner.
For 40 rubles, there should be enough meat in the dish, but in the frying pan, meat was practically not found, only an onion. The potatoes are not finished. The solyanka for 17 rubles is empty, there are more onions than anything else. A family of 4 people for 135 bel. I'M STILL HUNGRY. I LIKED the FRIED POTATOES WITH BACON, but the volume does not correspond to 17 rubles. There is something to compare it with. We drove all over Belarus. In the center of Minsk, for this money, they ate too much in a restaurant near the Town Hall, and they were happy.

Local prices are slightly above average, but the cuisine is really worth it)

Всегда бываю в этом месте, очень интерьерное, обладает особенной атмосферой "изысканного города", вкусно готовят, прекрасные напитки уникального производства! Обязательно попробуйте "Крамбамбулю"- это не повторимо!!! Одну звезду сняла, так как: сало к напиткам стали нарезать не тоненькой стружечкой как раньше, а как придётся и хлеб к салу теперь не подсушивают- возможно нужно приобрести тостер, было вкуснее и приятнее! А вот цены значительно поднялись, по сравнению с 2022г. В любом случае, если придёте не пожалеете, здесь каждый найдёт блюдо по вкусу!)

The place is not cheap, but the price tag is fully justified. It is very tasty, the cuisine is excellent, the service is excellent. The attentive staff, regardless of whether it's your waiter or not, seeing that the customer needs something, will instantly help. When visiting our veranda, all the tables were in reserve, we wanted to have lunch (we were kindly allowed), warning that time was limited. I thought we'd make it (lunch is not a long thing), but the kitchen turned out to be so beautiful that lunch turned into a pleasant feast with whiskey and liqueurs. 2 hours was not enough. And when they arrived, those who reserved the table kindly and instantly transferred us to the hall, where everything continued. I liked everything, I definitely recommend it.

The biggest disadvantage is the speed of serving dishes! Draniki were expected for an hour , and then another 20 minutes for 2 cappuccinos! The problem of waiting for dishes was not only ours, the next table was tired of waiting and asking the waiter when the food would be brought and just everyone got up and left. The taste qualities of the dishes are also 4 with a minus. Pancakes are very fatty. The waiters are constantly all in the lower hall, customer focus is below the baseboard.

We went in for the second time and if everything was good and tasty for the first time (about two years ago), then the second one was undercooked potatoes in slices, an average dessert - well, we were disappointed. At the same time, prices have doubled.
The salad with shrimp and beef is not bad, tea too. The waiter was obviously inexperienced, hurried, always disappearing somewhere.
Waiting for the dishes to be ready is fast.

We were in the tavern twice and both times with a full landing, but this did not affect the quality and speed of the feed at all.
