Великолепная кухня и атмосфера. Открытый и отзывчивый персонал. Специализируются на мясе и рыбе, но драники и самодельные настойки тоже потрясающие. А ещё борщ-отдельный вид кулинарного искусства как в плане приготовления, так и подачи. Расписывать не буду. Лучше самим попробовать

Очень понравилось это заведение. Приятный интерьер,вежливый официант, вкусно готовят. Съели тар тар с удовольствием под красное вино,с которым помог определиться парень-официант( к сожалению,не запомнила имени). Но обязательно туда вернусь и это исправлю. Однозначно рекомендую Витебский трактир! Цены средние,на вино мне кажется,что даже дешевле,чем рядом в кафе и ресторанах.

Искали с мужем где поужинать, выбирали между рестораном Васильки и Трактиров, остановили свой выбор на последнем и ни разу не пожалели. Еда- очень вкусно и красивая подача, сервис- быстрое обслуживание и приятные доброжелательные официанты, интерьер - красиво, чистенько и аккуратно, на что я особо обращаю внимание - это уборные, но и здесь всё отлично. В общем твёрдая 5, если ещё приедем обязательно к вам зайдём. Рекомендую однозначно 👍🏻

Прекрасный трактир, в центре Витебска, с отличной кухней! Профессиональное обслуживание, ненавязчивое, с правильными подсказками, что и как заказать, чтобы гости наелись, были довольны, отведав блюда по своему вкусу. Меню разнообразное, удовлетворит и любителей мяса, и любителей рыбы, и ценителей овощных вкусов. Приятная обстановка трактира-подвальчика, уютного, с камерной обстановкой. Есть застекленная веранда для любителей свежего воздуха. Рекомендую!

Хорошее заведение! Вкусная еда, достойные напитки! Особенно понравился "Оливье "Обслуживание на хорошем уровне!
Есть один небольшой минус, это зал в подвальном помещении. На мой взгляд немного мрачновато. На веранде все столики были заняты, к сожалению. Но, это совсем не испортило нам вечер! Рекомендую к посещению и ставлю 5 баллов!

Salad with fish is straight, well, not at all. With shrimp and meat - delicious, but not compatible, in our opinion. Herring under a fur coat is very tasty. Draniki with mushrooms were just tasted, they could not eat further, there was a taste of dirty rags (they were removed from the bill for us). Discovered a very delicious sherry. The leg of lamb was incomparable, thank you!!! But the dessert let me down, I got the impression that it was store-bought.
Beautiful interior. I was surprised that the restaurant is large, and there are one cubicles in the toilet for M and for Zh.

Пошли втроём по рекомендациям в данное заведение. Осталось довольны! Сидели внизу в атмосферном погребе😁 обслуживание приятное, сервис на уровне. В меню есть что побробовать, единственное что ребёнок не нашёл, так это любимые блинчики. В целом есть и салаты, и закуски, и роллы, и драники, и авторские блюда! Цены приличные, но это и не кафе! Пробовали драники с лисичками , драники со свининой, борщик для ребёнка. Все понравилось! Желаем дальшейшего процветания.

More than 1000rubles for a serving of potatoes with chanterelles!!! Moreover, I did not find the meat declared in the menu among the chanterelles. I found out that they should be there only when I wrote a review. I wanted to know the exact price.
The hodgepodge is just terrible! Sweet , even the lemon didn't interrupt. The main ingredient is a cheap boiled sausage made of g.. and sticks, something boiled and smoked floated, but there was definitely no beef.
5800₽ for two without alcohol. 2 soups, 2 potatoes (one with chanterelles, the other with meat), and pancakes.
I do not advise gourmets. I am very disappointed
Honestly, if you want potatoes, then baby potatoes are better)

An amazing meal! I got the highest pleasure from eating. I ordered a beef tartare and a burger. My friends ordered other dishes and were also delighted. Девушка нас обслуживала( не высокая темненькая)просто нет слов насколько это было интеллигентно, грамотно, с душой ! Все по блюдам подсказала, рассказала, закуски предложила ) Настоящий официант - продажник с большой буквы! Премию или повышение зарплаты абсолютно заслуживает!)
