The hotel corresponds to my idea according to the criterion of price / quality. I warned in advance that I can't stand the smell of tobacco and smoke - as a result, a room with a great view of the Marina and no sun. The service is at a height - I drink a lot of water, (they put one bottle of 1l per person in the room.) They brought me 3-4 pcs. But I had to call every day. There are no complaints about the buffet. And the meat restaurant on the 2nd floor is also without complaints. Only I didn't find the menu in Russian

Great hotel. Breakfasts are just fire. Very tasty. About ate and dinner so I didn't like sebeb. For me, the islands are small. 3 sides of the hotel overlook the noisy highway and the prom zone. We lived with windows on the highway, we are used to it, since we live near the highway at home. It will cost about 300 ~ 400 euros to change the room, depending on the length of stay.

But the hotel itself was not particularly pleased, they met us as if we owed them, settled in for an additional payment, if you are not ready - there is a bench over there, sit on it for half a day, you got zero - half a day information on departure from the hotel. Food is acceptable, but monotonous, for some reason fruits that are out of season, and they are immature. In general, it's worth stopping just because of the location and a good price tag.

We were given a small room, with one double bed. This bed can't even be called a double bed, it's small. We were asked to change the room with 2 separate beds, we were refused, they said: you chose this room yourself. I called our tour manager, she said that she had noted in the order that it was necessary with two separate beds. But at the reception they say no. As a result, we spent half a day trying to get a room with two separate beds, we were given a room. But the impression of the service is already spoiled. Considering that a person has a birthday, we could help a little. At the reception, too, the managers seem to want to get rid of us as soon as possible, they respond with such disdain.
