We didn't like it: slow service, a huge number of people and the most mediocre food (the chicken kebab was generally half-cooked). The place is overrated, perhaps our expectations were overestimated. Locals say that the place used to be great, but after the tourists chose the restaurant, it deteriorated greatly.

This cafe has been a favorite place for a long time. We were frequent customers and recommended this place to everyone. Only delicious food and the work of the chefs made me come back.
We turned a blind eye to the neglect of the waiters, the lack of any service, since in Georgia such an attitude of catering workers is considered the norm. But after the last two cases, which occurred with a break of a week, forced us to make the decision not to visit this institution.
The waiters bring what you did not order - after you explain that you did not order this dish / drink, and are not going to eat / drink it, the administrator explains that the dish is already cooked, the products are spent and you will have to pay because "they will throw it away." For an hour we proved that we did not order what was brought to us.
And what we ordered was not brought to us. We ordered khachapuri - it was not there for an hour. The receipt included sauces that we didn't even order. So an inattentive person can easily pay for something they didn't order and not notice.
You explain to the administrator that the wrong dish was brought, but what you ordered was not brought - he replies that "the human factor, the waiter may make a mistake and forget to bring", and the fact that the waiter brings other dishes is no longer the waiter's problem, but the person who ordered. This human factor works in one direction, apparently. Towards the waiters and the restaurant. We informed the administrator that we would not pay for what we did not order (the dish was untouched), we dealt with it in raised tones for about 30 minutes.
In general, the human factor in the work of this cafe has ruined everything. I don't recommend it.

Avoid it and don't even think about it! A disgusting place with boorish and unprofessional waiters. We waited an hour (!) for the child to have French fries. As a result, it turned out that there was some kind of "mistake", the order was not transferred to the kitchen, and the kitchen was already closed. There is no manager in the restaurant, he has "already left". There is no book of reviews. No one is going to make a discount or at least just apologize for their own mistake. On the contrary, the waiter accused us that we were somehow talking to him the wrong way. The child is hungry and in tears, the mood is spoiled.

We came according to reviews - the best khinkali in the city, but it didn't seem that way to me, they were not bad, but like everywhere else they were delicious, for some reason there were no fried ones.

Delicious khachapuri on a spit, I advise you. I read reviews about the service and unpleasant waiters. I can say that we noticed some irritation from the restaurant staff, but we were very lucky with the waiter. The girl spoke Russian and was generally quite friendly.

The place is very top among the locals. It's about like the "Old Barn" we have. We have to wait for a place. The dishes are very tasty, especially khinkali. At the end of the meal, a bill for GEL 111 was brought to us. We wanted to leave a tip, but we saw that it turns out they are already included in the total. They gave the waiter 120 GEL, but they did not wait for the change. It was kind of creepy to go begging. As a result, they left. So, when you pay, take these points into account. But it's still a great place, I advise you to visit it.
