For the first time in all my trips abroad, I was so unlucky with a room!! We have vacationed in Sharjah many times and when we were in Marbella, I noted a well-located hotel with balconies and a good view. He was under repair at the time. They were brought to the hotel at 9 a.m., but check-in was only at 14.20. The administrator Yusra was at the reception at that moment. At 13.30, she began to approach and ask: Why is it taking so long? Cleaning room madam, 10 minutes, then another 10 minutes, and another 10 minutes. Have you forgotten about us? At 14.20 we went into the room, condensation on the floor, it smells very good. The shower switch button works very poorly in the bathroom. There is water in the sink and starts to flow from somewhere from under it to the floor. At the same time, the smell of sewage appears. We tried to use the shower, not the sink (to brush our teeth). There is high humidity in the room, but at first I attributed it to the peculiarities of the climate. On the second day, small blackouts appeared on the wall. They weren't there when we checked in, the walls must have been washed. On the third day in the morning, oh horror, three walls are covered. We slept with a conder, because even the floor was covered with moisture when turned off. In the morning, I showed a photo to Yusra with a request for a change of number. The lady suggested cleaning and deodorizing the room. There are no available rooms, she told me. It's dangerous for my health, I need another room. If something gets loose, come up after 15.00. Wonderful customer orientation of the Usra administrator!!! In the evening, after returning from the tour, our room was changed in 3 minutes. There were other administrators. Just by looking at the photo and I didn't have to explain or prove anything. It is a pity that guests are accommodated in such defective rooms. Is this a personal decision of the administrators or an order from the management? As a result, the other room was in good condition with a hood, everything was OK, Even we slept at night without air conditioning.

We had a rest during spring break, only 5 days. it was the end of March, the weather was great, the sea was warm. I really liked the hotel and the location. We paid extra to have 3 meals a day., the food was delicious. there is a shop next to the hotel opposite, we went there to buy water in cans and various fruits, juices. The guys from Samara worked in the store -they took excursions from them. We visited the Dubai Mall, the Burj Khalifa Tower, the Sheikh Zayed Mosque and the Ferrari Museum. I am absolutely delighted with the excursions, at a price 2 times cheaper than at the hotel, the guide is Russian-speaking. I really hope to visit here again)))

This is not the first time in Sharjah.
We are delighted with this hotel, I recommend it to Everyone, we will definitely come back. We arrived at about 16:00, we were checked in instantly, but some guests who had an early arrival were upset that they did not check in early. Well, sorry, it says check-in at 14:00, there should be no complaints). The staff is polite, the cleaning is daily, the breakfasts are great.
The room has an ironing board, iron, refrigerator, kettle, mugs, glasses. Toothbrushes/toothpaste are available on request. The bed is unrealistic in size and comfortable... You sleep like on a cloud.
The pool is cool, there is a sauna (female and male time) there is a schedule of visits. There is table tennis, a children's room. Beach towels are provided until 9:00. There are also towels for the pool. The transfer to the beach is normal, only 1 time was trash, so there are no complaints. We understood that the bus broke down.
You mean the beach is public, sun beds and umbrellas are paid. I advise you to go to the far beach, there is a locker room, shower, toilet. The sea is gorgeous. The sand is white. Back to the hotel) there is a Madfoon restaurant nearby , the portions are gigantic. You can take it with you) . The fountains turn on at 18:30 and then at 21:00.
There is also a supermarket near the hotel Lu Lu, Nesto. There is an exchange in Lu Lu. There is a nice promenade near the hotel. We had a great view of the city and the bay.
Don't forget to buy a charging adapter/adapter.
In the bathroom there is a hole for our chargers in 1 place where the hair dryer is)

Great hotel. Nice staff. Delicious cuisine. Fully justifies its stardom. Well-cleaned rooms. Nice view from the rooms. On the downside, the bus goes to the beach only before lunch. If you are looking for a beach holiday, then an umbrella and a sunbed will be available for an additional fee. This is 40 dirhams.

I recommend it!
The hotel was chosen independently, our choice was helped by the convenient location from the airport, the cost, a chic walking area, a large number of shops, cafes, an organized shuttle service to the beach.
There are problems with cleaning the room, plumbing-it didn't bother much, we rested and didn't pay attention to it.
Breakfasts are like breakfasts. Everything is fresh and delicious!
There was an opportunity to visit the sauna and hammam, separate visit: men / women.
The hotel is good in its category!
We were given a room with a view of the embankment and a balcony, which was very surprising!

A wonderful hotel! The staff is very polite, some try to speak Russian. The check-in was quick. There is a swimming pool on site, suitable for both adults and children (a lifeguard watches all day). Three meals a day, but we only had breakfast. The buffet is very tasty, especially the toasts, pastries, juices and mini sausages (chicken/beef). The room is cleaned efficiently, the bed and towels are changed if asked. Shampoos, shower gels, soap, tea, coffee, and sugar are also left every time. There is a capsule coffee machine in the room. Hello, the hotel is great, everything is nearby, across the street Lulu, an exchanger and a grocery store, to the left of the hotel there is a fish market trailers, they bought fish, shrimp and squid there, they cooked them for us on the grill, very tasty! We were in May, the rooms themselves were good, we had breakfast and dinner, but we changed dinner for lunch, it's possible there, it's a plus, there's a pool too, but we didn't swim there, not when it was, the food is like everywhere, delicious menu, good lunches, dinners, more modest, next to the hotel a great promenade, a palm grove, and a large lake, there is a place to walk, we drove to Dubai by taxi according to the meter, 75-85 dirhams, to the Oscar liquor store, where you can buy different alcohol, 60 dirhams there and back in both directions! We stayed at the hotel in December 2024, it was the second check-in after 7 years.During this time, it has become even better, repairs have been made.I wanted to come back because of the positive previous impressions, the price ratio and the convenient location both to the sea and to visit the sights.Everything you need is in the room.Cleaning is regular.The staff was friendly and promptly responded to all requests.Especially many thanks to Ahmed from the reception, I extended my stay for a couple of hours for free on the day of departure, we managed to swim in the sea.The pool and hammam were not used this time, because we were lucky, the sea was practically not stormy.I recommend you to choose,it is convenient to get to any place, if by bus, near the bus station.

Clean and cozy hotel, there is a swimming pool, good cuisine, stylish interior. Cleaning every day, change of towels, 2 waters, tea, coffee.
At the reception, the Russian-speaking Ahmed helped us a lot, picked up the room according to our requests, bathrobe and slippers - please, late check-out. Loves Russian chocolate) In general, the entire staff is very customer-oriented. In addition to issuing beach towels, always with a dissatisfied face ... this is one of the significant disadvantages: towels are issued from 7 to 9. I saw how the guests came at 9.01, they did not give towels ... they need to be returned before 14.00, I did not have time - tomorrow you will go with dirty ones.
They take a bus to the beach: at 9 to the beach at 13 back. There are a lot of people, they don't have time for one flight, people have to wait until the first group is taken. In principle, this was not a surprise, because we specifically chose a city hotel, not a beach hotel. They didn't use the bus, rented a car and went to different beaches.
In general, the hotel was chosen because of the gorgeous view of the lagoon ... take the high floors, it's worth it! Nearby there are places to walk, restaurants, shops. I liked the hotel, I recommend it.

Wonderful hotel, fits the description. The room is clean, daily cleaning. Tea, coffee, water, and cosmetics are replenished daily. For breakfast, there are always fresh fruits, vegetables, porridges, omelets-scrambled eggs for every taste) A bus takes you to Al Khan beach, picks you up at lunch, but we left earlier by taxi because it is very hot in September. Very convenient location of the hotel near the lagoon and Flag Island, near the Steam train market, near various catering outlets and shops, supermarkets. I definitely recommend the hotel!

I liked everything very much, as most vacationers write, the room stock is new, the dining room is without complaints. There were different beaches, the one that Al Khan was taken to liked more than in Dubai Marina, ajaman and a couple more places. I liked Al Mamzar the most, but a taxi there costs 60 dirhams.
Lunches and dinners were in different places from unsightly and good, everywhere high-quality tasty and large portions.
On average, a good place is about 45 dirhams (lunch or dinner)for two people.
The most expensive meal was about 160 dirhams for two in a potbelly at the Burj Khalifa.
The water park that is visible from the window, at first glance it seems that it is not working, in fact it works and is not bad, there were very few people on Saturday, all the slides were held the first time without queues. It was interesting for a 14-year-old child. The entrance is 175 dirhams with a tourist discount, they do it right at the box office.

Nice hotel, stunning view from the balcony, the staff is very polite and courteous. The rooms are clean and bright. The guys do the cleaning (so-so for a C grade). There is a safe in the room, a TV set, a kettle. The hotel has been renovated in a hurry and it shows. The food is delicious. In the backyard there is a swimming pool with sun beds, a field, you can play football, a tennis court, a sauna, a hammam. A girl Svetlana is sitting in the lobby on the ground floor (she will tell you everything and help with excursions) I advise you!!!

The hotel is on 4 out of 5. The location is great!(for me) Everything is nearby except the sea.. shops, cafes, exchange office, transport, embankment, railway station.
The hotel itself is with a beautiful new renovation, you can also use the territory of neighboring Marbella, t to one owner. Total: 2 swimming pools and a large area that other city hotels do not have nearby.
Cleaning... we were unlucky. The first two days they forgot about us. We went to the reception, said 5 minutes and they will come. (It was only necessary to change the water and towels). They came, took away the towels, and did not bring new ones. As a result, we went for 2 days, begged. Terrible, of course. Even in 3 stars, I don't remember this ...
everything is fine in the room, except for the shower. Water flows all over the floor through the partition. After each wash, you need to wash the whole floor yourself, wring out towels. Very uncomfortable.
For 7 days, the floor was washed 1 time and then the guy sprayed with a means, like for glasses and wiped his hands with a rag ....
I hope this is just an accident.
After all, the whole hotel is clean, the floors are washed even on the street at the entrance with a mop.
Meals were taken for breakfast/dinner. The choice is sooooo small, very straight! But the food is delicious all over, and meat and fish, sweets are also 5 types in total. Dinners can be changed to lunches without any problems.
There are Russian-speaking staff, there were no problems in communication. The Internet is on fire, catches in the room and almost everywhere is great!

The hotel is urban! that is, it is intended for those who plan to lie on the beach around the clock. Moreover, the transfer to and from the beach is simply disgusting. The tours were bought in the lobby of the hotel from Svetlana, which I recommend you to do (do not try to buy from a tour operator). The food is decent, the selection is small, but everything is delicious. Well, the dominance of the Russian collective farm, which has raised money for this hotel, is simply impressive. Who fill up several empty bottles of juice and water in the dining room. It's just a shame about fierce. The beach is clean, the water is clear.

A wonderful hotel!!! It was from 5.10 to 13.10.2023. The hotel is located in a very green area, which is rare for the UAE. SHARJAH IS BEAUTIFUL!!! Near the hotel there is a beautiful palm grove, the KHALID lagoon. It's not far from the beach, and yes, it's COOL too!!! I really liked the hotel:modern, there is a good swimming pool and sauna, excellent food-THANKS to the cook!!!In the lobby there is Svetlana, who sells tours-a pro in her field (I advise everyone). It was my birthday on 6.10.-in the room in the evening I saw a delicious cake - a complement from the hotel! There are a lot of shops nearby:famous trains, markets (just super!), outlets, malls.From the hotel they take you to the beach and to Deira (Dubai area)In general, I recommend a wonderful stay at this hotel to everyone!!! Great hotel, good location (for us). About an hour's walk to the city's Al Khan beach (the beach is clean, good entrance to the sea, fine sand, sun beds and awnings for a fee).
The hotel has excellent breakfasts, I recommend it. The pool has heated water, there are towels for the beach and for the pool. Nice sauna and hammam with Jacuzzi.
There are two buses that take you to piyazh. Our room faced the city, it was quite noisy, the noise of the city is blocked when the doors are closed.
Pleasant rooms, comfortable mattress, good bed linen. The room was cleaned daily, water 0.5/person/day.
There is a market with adequate prices not far from the hotel (you can and should bargain). At the market, you can eat tasty and inexpensive (60 dirhams for both), the portions are huge.
There is also a bus station nearby, from which you can get cheap to Dubai by purchasing a card.

However, the service leaves much to be desired, our every day was adventurous: they forget to put towels in the room when cleaning, the room card was discharged several times, they periodically forget to update personal hygiene products, the dining room is not cleaned periodically, records are kept on paper and towels or an extra lunch can be recorded on your room, several times without warning the transfer to the city was canceled.
The food is also for three: a very small assortment. There is always only one soup, there is always one juice, there is no coffee or tea at lunch and dinner. Taste sensations for an amateur: almost the entire kitchen is filled with spicy oriental spices.

It is advisable to know English well for comfortable communication with the hotel staff. There is a free shuttle service to the beach, but sometimes not everyone fits on the bus and you have to wait for the next one. Keep in mind that in the Emirates they check into the hotel after 14:00, you will have to wait until that time.

I'll give you 5* for the overall impression. We had a rest in early March.
The staff is pleasant. The breakfasts are good. The football field - the son is delighted. The rooms are as shown in the photo.
The location is excellent - the bay. There are inexpensive Indian, Pakistani, Nepali cafes across the street. In the evening, you can walk to the cool laffah cafe. They take you to the beach, if you don't get on one bus, another bus is served. By taxi to the beach is inexpensive - 17 AED. The entrance to the beach is free with a hotel voucher. The beach is cool - the entrance is shallow, toilet, showers, stalls. We used the transfer to Deira (shopping center right at the metro station).
Of the minuses, there is something to wipe off in the bathroom: extractor hood, tile. The floors were washed only upon request.

We were at this hotel with children at 23, we didn't like it, firstly; the sea is far away, you can't walk, and it was impossible to get on buses (two in the morning and two in the evening) that take tourists from the hotel to the beach, especially with children, so we took a taxi for 15 dhs, which went out It's expensive.
Secondly, the food was mainly Rice, stewed beef, fries, cucumbers, tomatoes, fish and seafood for 10 days we did not see.
Thirdly, the representative of anex was only engaged in selling his excursions instead of helping to solve the problems of his tourists, even when our child was very ill

Nice hotel, lots of vacationers. Clean, cozy. There are Russian-speaking staff. Delicious food, great pool, there is a football field. A scheduled bus takes you to the beach. There is a beautiful promenade near the hotel where you can take a walk in the evening
