We rested at this hotel in February 2023. Great hotel! The location, the interior, the hotel staff - all pleased! All the furniture in the rooms has been updated, everything is very modern! I had a rest in this hotel on the tour from Anex from April 15 to 23. I really liked the hotel - it turns out that it was opened literally by Dima after renovation - everything is new, neat and clean. My meals were half-board - varied both at breakfast and at dinner (this is purely my opinion). There is a palm grove near the hotel - you can walk there, however, there are a lot of visiting workers from other countries who look at you as a Martian, not a particularly pleasant feeling ((
The hotel has a swimming pool with sun loungers, after lunch you can lie there, as the transfer to the beach is only in the morning.
In the evening, it's nice to sit with a cup of tea in the lounge area by the pool. The hotel left a pleasant impression. The staff is attentive and friendly)

I liked the hotel. Family friendly, quiet and peaceful. For those who came to relax and get some sleep. There is a place to walk along the lagoon, there is a park with palm trees, singing fountains. Nearby there are shops and the "steam trains" market. It is better to choose rooms on the lagoon right away. Pretty, pleasing to the eye. For an earlier check-in, $ 60. But there are a lot of disadvantages. Transfer to the beach only in the morning. If you want to take a taxi in the evening. I liked the breakfasts, but the dinners leave much to be desired. I can recommend this hotel. Of course, it is not on line 1, but buses to Al Khan beach (10 min) in the morning there and from 13:00 back to the hotel. In addition, there is always a line of taxis (15 dirhams to the beach, also back). The most pleasant thing about this hotel is a 5-star view of the lagoon, if you are lucky or you are strongly, but kindly, ask to be accommodated on this side of the hotel (attention, an additional fee will be required, but not much). It's quiet there (a slight hum of cars from the road on the opposite side of the lagoon 1.5 km away from you). It doesn't tire you out. And what sunsets are visible from there! We took full board. Everything is edible. Of course, there were not many delicacies in the food, but everything was sound, satisfying and delicious. There is a swimming pool in the courtyard, there is also a steam room and a Jacuzzi (by appointment, women and men separately). The Dubai Mall is 45-50 minutes away, depending on traffic (longer in the evening). You can save money on excursions to Miracle Garden and Global Village (great places to spend time after lunch). They are offered for $ 70/person. There were three of us and we just bought tickets there via the Internet (about 100 dirhams per person to one and another place) and took a taxi for 100 dirhams to the Garden. Closer to 17:00, we went to the Global Village, where many pavilions from different countries and continents are represented. We also took a sightseeing bus tour of Dubai places with a guide. It is inexpensive, but informative. By the way, you won't have to walk much. At the end of the tour, a delightful yacht trip to the bay and the city. The night city is magical.

We rested in this nice hotel for 6 days, there were only breakfasts from the food, so I can objectively say only-only them, there is a lot of food, everything is fresh, there is plenty to choose from. The hotel after renovation, fresh renovation, everything is neat, but renovation is not a new building, apparently some problems still remain. Personally, in our room in the shower, water pours all over the San node, which is not very pleasant and aesthetically pleasing. Also, there were no more problems in the pool, namely, sand at the bottom and a strip of dirt and Fats on the water surface along the water line, when a child in a white jacket touched the edge of the pool, it became very unpleasant ((( and smoothed out all the positive emotions about the hotel. In general, the hotel is not bad, and the location is convenient, and the embankment and markets with shops are very close. But still, the hotel is 4 stars and you should not expect a fifth from it.

I really liked the hotel. Fresh, cozy rooms with a cool view. The breakfasts are varied (buffet). There is a pool with different depths, a football field, basketball, tennis, ping pong - everything is already included.
There are excellent parks nearby.

Location: 1.5 hours walk to the sea.
To get to Dubai by bus from 1 hour and to ... it depends on the traffic. It took three hours to get back from the Union Metro by bus. I think it will be the same by taxi (there is one road), but the price is different.
The decoration of the hotel is very good, but everything is worn and greasy. The floors in the room are not washed at all.
There is a big problem with towels. The cleaner takes them away, but does not leave clean ones. We have to go to the reception. And so it is every time.
The breakfasts correspond to 4.
In general, the hotel is a three-star hotel.

I liked the hotel. Breakfasts and dinners did not disappoint. Even our eternally hungry teenage son ate too much. The room is small, but the cot bed fits. However, we had to connect a local guide from the host company, as they wanted to add a cot to the payment, although 3 people were paid for in the voucher. The territory itself is conveniently located on the shore of the bay, near a park with palm trees and lawns, on the other side there is a market, everything is nearby!

I do not recommend the hotel!I didn't like the hotel!!! It's not 4* for Dubai, probably 2*.
1. At sea, the transfer is tinny, people don't care, there is only one bus, everyone climbs into it like victims. He drives alone, those who did not get in stand in the sun for 30 minutes waiting for him to return and the same from the sea.. I didn't like it at all!
2. The food for me is so-so, you won't stay hungry, but for 4 * it's not about anything at all, fruits don't replenish at all, if you came at 18:30 (the beginning of dinner) you ate, later nothing will happen. Why is there no coffee and tea in the evening? Sweet with water and juice like yuppie. And it's 4*!!! Again, there are few tables, they are poorly cleaned, sometimes there is a queue in the dining room.
3. The pool is normal. I liked the sauna, the Jacuzzi is old, semi-working. All the rooms are for pensioners, there is not even music..
4. The rooms are tin. They don't clean at all. In 8 days, 1 time was removed!! There is no toilet paper, only 2 towels. There are 2 waters. Although 2 vz + reb lived in our room. The shower is broken, water is flowing everywhere.. the ashtray was brought for the 4th day of stay, they do not wash the dishes in the rooms, they washed everything themselves. Upon arrival, they refused to check in!!!, They were sent to a nearby hotel. I probably should have gone, since it turned out to be such a tin. Although people complained from that hotel too that he had nothing to talk about. The hotel is not conveniently located. There is no free transfer to Dubai mall. Just a taxi.
This is not my first time in Dubai, there is something to compare it with. I do not recommend this hotel 100%. I'm a fan of flying abroad and have been to a lot of places, and I've just decided to write a review for the first time in my life. Because I'm really outraged! And I did not meet such a person at 4*. And it's a pity that the first review is like this. I hope the hotel management will take action.
P.S. in general, I am not very annoying, I have been to similar 3* hotels in Turkey, but at least I would have expected it there. But here Dubai is not cheap and 4 * is still ... tin of course. The vacation was not a success this time....

We had a rest with our family from October 22 to October 30, arrived at the hotel at 9 o'clock, we had to wait for the room (they were not allowed to go for breakfast, explaining that we had check-in today only from 14 o'clock - I immediately remembered Turkey, where the hotel staff do not even look at the clock, what time did you arrive, and they immediately send them to the restaurant, because tourists are only from the road, it's clear that you won't be full with a sandwich and a bottle of water that was given on the plane, well, I understand myself that such rules, but from the fact that we went to the restaurant and took a cup of tea and a plate of omelet, I think that the hotel would not be impoverished).
When checking in, they gave room 303 - it was overlooking the road, it would be nothing, but there is a construction site in front of the hotel, the whole balcony was dusty - after the shower I decided to hang towels on the balcony (yes, there are no dryers there, only two chairs and a table), they immediately became dirty 😰 in the evening, Ahmet called from the reception (he speaks Russian) and offered to change the room with a view of the lagoon (to the hunter and the beast runs, because we also wanted to ask about it), the next day we were offered two rooms: 414 and 519, we chose the first one, those there are two beds, and in the second one there is a large one (King size). The view, of course, is magnificent! By number: I can't say anything about cleaning, because when we left, we always left a "do not disturb" sign so that no one would come in without us, if water was needed, then I called the reception (0.5 per person is given).
In the restaurant: the food is monotonous, vegetables, chicken, rice, pasta, meat (beef, lamb was given on one day), sweets, juices (apple, orange, pineapple), tea and coffee appeared for dinner only in the last two days - before that these drinks were offered only for breakfast. There are good girls working at the reception in the restaurant itself, very friendly, one of them is from Kyrgyzstan, she speaks Russian very well.
We had an HB breakfast and you can choose either lunch or dinner, more often we took the second option.
Beach:
Be ready to queue for the bus (it picks up from the hotel at 9, back at 13.30), we took a taxi - 16 dirhams.
It's not far to go, the beach is free for our hotel guests, umbrellas and deck chairs are paid (30 and 10 dirhams, respectively), there are cafes on the beach - smoothies 16 dirhams, very good, the child drank it every day, water for 2 dirhams. Toilets and showers away from the entrance.
A very unfriendly young man works on the beach, collects money for umbrellas and sun loungers, he talks rudely, has learned a couple of phrases in Russian and literally growls to everyone: "dAngi"!!! 😭 free there!
He can throw out your things from the chaise longue if you have already occupied it, but have not yet had time to pay - you have witnessed this situation more than once! So, taking a place under the sun, I recommend waiting for this unfriendly employee first, let him take the money first 💸 the beach itself with a long and gentle approach, with small children it will be fine, I think! Very, very warm water! And it is transparent, there are small fish)
We did not go to Deira from the hotel, on the first evening we got there ourselves by taxi (55 dirhams there, traffic jams -60 came out).
We took excursions from the hotel guide (Valery) to Oman and a sightseeing tour of Dubai. I don't recommend the first one at all, just waste your time and money (for three people 210 dollars, it's a long drive, plus an hour on the ship itself with views of bare rocks, nothing interesting, then they bring dirty water to the beach, where half-dead dogs run 😒 it was more interesting to go to Dubai, firstly, and the views impressed, secondly, the guide was very good 👌🏼

I'll start with the disadvantages that I noted:
- battered rooms (despite the recent renovation, everything in the rooms looks very worn, also on the floors, panels from the walls are falling off in some places, everything in general looks pretty sloppy)
- not all rooms have USB sockets, we did not have and had to buy an adapter
- the bathroom looks very bad ((( the constant smell of sewage, the extractor hood could not cope with it, although it worked constantly. a sink with cracks, hastily smeared, midges flew from humidity, when flushing in the toilet, water splashes all around, a meager set of accessories.
- the public toilets of the hotel (including near the pools) look bad too: there are always dirty floors, toilets and never any toilet paper (which is strange for the UAE)
- for some reason, we decided to fix the pool during the season, but we offered to use the pool from a nearby hotel (deep, heated, but it's a long way to go)
- there is no mini-bar in the rooms, only water is brought
- the transfer to the beach was also frustrating: you have to take a queue to get on a small bus, if you don't get on, wait for the next 25 minutes. there are much more people who want to go to the beach than there are seats on the bus((
- you will not find alcohol anywhere in Sharjah, and the one that you brought with you can only be drunk in the room (or in closed dishes such as thermal mugs by the pool).
There are few advantages, but they are quite fat:
- the beach to which they take you is beautiful and large, there is enough space for everyone (but sun beds and umbrellas are paid)
- the location of the hotel is TOP! 10 out of 10: there are a lot of cafes around, an exchange, a beautiful and large embankment, do not walk too far) there is a rental of bicycles, boats, kayaks, a beautiful area around, a beautiful view from any window! I recommend taking a room with a view of the lagoon!
- the food at the hotel is really delicious, although the choice is sooooo small (the smallest that we have met in hotels)

1. Transfer from the airport. The plane arrived at 15.40, and we were at the hotel at 22. Why is it taking so long? – Because the receiving party (Biblio-Globus) is waiting for the next plane from Moscow. The bus to the hotels in Dubai and Sharjah departs last, because the guide takes it home after work. First, they take vacationers to hotels in Dubai (we circle through traffic jams). Plus, there is a traffic jam between the emirates for an hour and a half (according to the guide himself - daily and around the clock). In Sharjah itself, we first take the guide home. But what have we got to lose?… Who wrote that the transfer to Fujairah is difficult, just did not go from Al Maktoum airport to Sharjah. The bus was one of the first to leave for Fujairah and it does not go through the center of Dubai, unlike the bus to Sharjah, it takes only 2 hours along the bypass road with almost no traffic jams.
2. Transfer to the beach. The owners of the hotel should be ashamed of him. Trying to cram such a crowd of people into one small bus is disrespectful not only to the hotel guests, but also to one's own reputation. At 13:00, a number of buses depart from the beach. There were 5-10 people in them on average. Some buses even left empty. There was such a crowd on the Holiday International bus that there was no chance not only to sit down, even standing, you could only fit tightly pressed against each other. It's not a long drive, but in such conditions, no thanks. Why can't we provide a large bus with so many vacationers? It is completely unclear.
3. The stink. We lived in room 1117 on the 11th floor. We paid an additional $ 60 for an improved room category for 4 days. At the same time, the smell in the bathtub is just terrible ... I was sure that it would pass after the first shower – you just need to spill the sewer. But nothing has changed in 4 days, despite complaints at the reception and independent attempts to solve the problem (they spilled the drain, poured shampoos, gels and flavorings there). And it's in the room for an extra charge!
4. There is a construction site next to the hotel. It is fenced off and the smell there is also very persistent on the approach (only urine already).
5. Towels. This is a whole problem. When checking in after the 6-hour transfer, instead of greeting you, you are offered to read the rules for using towels (in small print on A4 sheet)! Further - worse. There's a surprise every day. I read in the reviews about the problem with towels and of those that were in the room at check-in, I immediately put two clean ones aside in reserve. After the first cleaning, they were taken away (!), although it was clear that they were not used (at the same time, the towels that had already been used were left). On the second day, they took away the ones they used and added one (!!) small one. On the third day, they took everything and did not leave any (!!!). Coincidentally, that was the day we left for an excursion to Dubai. That is, there was more than enough time for cleaning. They left the room at 8 a.m. and returned at 24. At night I had to go and find out where the towels were. At the reception, no one even apologized!!!! But in the morning a friend came running “do you need cleaning” - we have a check-out at 12, why do I need your cleaning at 9??? Service, so service.
Conclusions: it is not suitable for a beach holiday due to the lack of a transfer (the one that is can only be called a mockery), it is not suitable for sightseeing in Dubai (due to traffic jams between the emirates). It is not clear why it is so promoted by tour operators that it is so crowded that there are not enough towels, and the transfer to the beach turns into a show.

My favorite hotel in Sharjah. I rested in it 3 times. In 2016, 2019 and 2023. The last visit was especially pleased with the fresh complete renovation of the rooms and the territory. However, in fairness, it should be noted that the renovation of the territory has not yet been completed before the hotel. The staff is English-speaking, very friendly and responsive. Very cool hotel, everything is on top. The vacation was great. I would like to mention the very friendly and polite staff. Especially thanks to the waiter Bayastan, he served very well, quickly and clearly. I enjoyed it, one of the best vacations in my life! Thanks to the management and staff of the hotel! Good afternoon 🌞 rested at the hotel from October 12-19! We stopped by at 10, waited for the room until 13. The hall is beautiful, freshly renovated. We went to the pool and were stunned, the corridor leading to it is all shabby, shabby! The heat is terrible, there is nowhere to hide, there are not enough umbrellas! Checked into the room (see photo) how the builders handed it over is not clear at all!!! Everything is dirty, there is only gel, shampoo and soap in the bathroom (and it turns out there is the whole set, and a comb and a razor and a toothbrush, but they didn't give it to us)) one pair of slippers! There is objectively little food in the salt, it is often tasteless, it is updated slowly, if only the chef went out into the hall!! Coffee is taken out in the morning in a saucepan and poured into a vat 😂 21st century and there is no coffee machine🤦🏼♀️ the juices are delicious! You can take towels to the beach or to the pool, but also the system, forgot to hand over - a fine😂 also a towel boss will scold you (he is the most important one in the hotel 😂) cleaning - every other time, the first time he came at lunch, when we rested after the beach, of course they only asked for water, and the cleaning was canceled! On the last day, this miracle boy took my phone, put a code in the kuar and left a good review about himself!!!!!! A trip to the beach: my God, it's terrible, queues from 8:30, otherwise you may not leave! Often the bus arrives already with people, apparently collects for a surcharge from other hotels!!!!!!! This is a nightmare! In general, the UAE disappointed me, I waited more.

I really liked the hotel. A magical view of the lagoon and palm park from the room. Nice swimming pool, sauna. Very tasty and varied cuisine. Delight!!!

I liked the food, the desserts are just a delight.

The hotel is good. A very tasty and varied breakfast. Good French cosmetics in the room . The staff is excellent . But there is one big disadvantage - it's AUDIBILITY...every sneeze and sigh could be heard in the next room. Also, the neighbor turned out to be very noisy and watched football every night until 3 am...Also, early in the morning every day they call from the reception or knock on the room and clarify whether we will be evicted or not. It is impossible to sleep in this hotel!
