The hotel looks beautiful, but there are no normal conditions in the rooms, especially in the bathroom : (in several rooms, we checked, similar problems)the showers are broken, the toilets can't hold, the sinks are leaking, in general, the bathrooms "suffer", in terms of cleanliness, tolerable, if you observe it yourself, then it's perfect 🙆🏼♀️ But for those who don't plan to stay long and spend more time in the mosque, then it's not a problem. 😉 By the way, the mosque at the hotel is beautiful and large 🥰

I was on the Hajj when I was 23 , and we were put up in a hotel ! We were on the 1st floor! The baking was good and we cleaned up, we immediately solved the problem, especially thanks to our Said, who looked after the cleanliness of our floor! If the management reads this, please award Said!!!! My father settled on the 2nd floor, of course, there was a difference. The toilet was always open until you asked for towels (well, we did it, Alhamdulillah, no one bothered us, we didn't like the food, we cooked ourselves, some of us even had kitchen fittings! Yes, I agree that the TV and refrigerators need to be changed !!! The location is excellent , we are close to Haram . After Tawaf , when transportation is not available , we came on foot through the tunnel . Prosperity to your hotel !!!
