The hotel corresponds to the "four". The rooms are small but cozy, everything is clean, cleaned well, generously supplied with shampoos, toilet paper, etc.

The unobtrusive staff, the Russian-speaking administrator, turns off the music at 22.30 and blessed silence ensues.

But there is also something to do with children. - The food is excellent, there is plenty of everything and even a night soup, chicken, turkey, fish. Stewed vegetables and evening grill. A large selection of greens and fruits. Chefs will always tell you what is what and with what, if it is a national option. Even sauerkraut is available) ice cream and drinks at the bar are included in the "all inclusive".
-The rooms are cleaned daily, the watering can and drain in the shower work perfectly, the filtration in the pool was cleaned when we were there. The air conditioner is plowing, there is Wi-Fi throughout the hotel (paid)
- Chef Isa speaks Russian well, helps staff and guests, an excellent leader and organizer, order and a comfortable atmosphere are his merit!
- The administrator Irina is Russian-speaking, also a plus.
-The geographical location is ideal, 5 minutes to the center, the same distance to the beach. There are shops and nightclubs nearby, but there is no noise.
- The hotel has its own beach, there are sun beds, umbrellas, awnings and a bar, there was enough space for everyone during our check-in.
In general, a solid 4 * ka, as stated. There is everything for a comfortable stay and corresponds to the cost.
If you look for something to get to, you can always find it, but if you need a rest with a reboot, this hotel is exactly what you need, there is something to compare it with.
The only negative is the obsessive masseur Murat, based at the reception, but he is the only one in the entire hotel and can be bypassed through the pool, his job is like this, but the lack of "hearing" is very annoying.

Well, such a thing.. the building is tired, although it is clear that they take care, the air conditioners do not work on the territory, the windows are open, at +42 it was a test. Especially in the dining room. In the room, the AC is turned off along with the key card, and it is given only one per room. Accordingly, you left and there is a stove in the room.

-chefs cook everything deliciously, from side dishes to lamb cutlets, they always put it on if something ends up on the baking sheets, all the pieces lie beautifully
-very polite staff, from the bartender to the reception, will not refuse small things, by the third day the bartender already knows what to pour and how, and the cleaner will make the bed, also walking with fragrant water on the pillows
- I can only say about alcohol about beer - fresh kegs, it doesn't hit my head, they are served cold, it's nice to drink a couple of glasses. From non-alcoholic drinks - gorgeous cherry juice, no Yuppie.
- cleaning was done every day, linen was changed every other day, towels daily
-really great location - 5 minutes to the beach, 3 minutes to the center, shops nearby, currency exchange
- silence after 23! You sleep and nothing bothers you))
- your own beach, small, but free sun beds, umbrellas and a small bar
- polite cats, they don't beg for food, but they can persistently ask for a pet)
Minuses:
- the pool is not heated, it's sad
- of the fruits on the buffet there were only oranges and apples
- strong alcohol is not very tasty, but it's different for everyone

We stayed at this hotel at the end of July 2023.
Positive:
-the cook is well and deliciously cooked, you will definitely not be hungry.
- rooms were cleaned every day, linen was changed after 2 days, towels every day
- the location of the hotel is good. 5-7 min to the sea, 5 min to the center
- alcohol is not a variety, but it's okay. The beer is fresh. Juice is not a Yuppie. Delicious coffee.
That's where the advantages ended.
The ratio of employees is "3" out of "5".
Our flight was delayed and we got to the hotel late at night. At the reception, the male receptionist yelled at us, mixed up the documents and accused us of this. He gave me the keys, saying that you will get there yourself at night in a strange place. The light in the corridors turns on automatically until you find where and what. In the room, too, it was not the first time that I managed to navigate in the dark.
The senior at the bar is a special attitude to vacationers, in particular to us. During our stay, he got into an altercation with us 3 times, shouted, trying to prove something.
The area around the pool is not cleaned. A diaper thrown near the tables!!! (to the one who did it, a special "thank you") I've been lying for 3 days!!! days. Only after talking with the owner of the hotel, the territory was more or less cleaned. I didn't like the wooden tables near the pool. Dirt, cigarette butts between the slats.
The Internet is paid. Be prepared for this.
The hotel's beach is sublet. There are not enough places. There are few canopies and umbrellas. The sun beds and mattresses are worn out. The hotel rents towels for 5 euros. There is only water from free drinks on the beach!!!
There is no declared animation.
Air conditioning is only available in the rooms. The air conditioner does not turn on either at the table or at the reception. On 37-43 street . It's very uncomfortable.
Another disadvantage is that only unripe plums and watermelon are among the fruits.
I don't want to go back to this hotel. There was a residue left. 2 stars were awarded only for the kitchen and for the attitude of the bartenders.

We had a rest from June 24 to July 12. The impressions are very good.
Cuisine: always high-quality, fresh food. Delicious! special thanks to the chefs for that. Not once in 18 days have I come across a tasteless dish. There is enough food for everyone and still remains (there is no need to get in line for the very opening)))
There is always meat, fish, several types of side dishes, fresh vegetables, greens. Grilled wings on Saturdays is something!!! (in a good way).
I can't appreciate the sweets - I haven't eaten.
The food dishes are neatly and beautifully decorated, there is always a chef in the dining room who makes sure that the food is replenished on time, well, and generally cleanliness and order.
Tea, coffee, soft drinks are available in the vending machine in the dining room, as well as a cooler with drinking water. In the bar you can take white or red wine, beer, whiskey, cocktails are made on request. Maybe something else, I only drank beer and sometimes wine.
Numbers: there is nothing to complain about. They cleaned efficiently every day, every other day there was a change of bed linen. Everything in the room was functioning normally as it should, furniture, plumbing in very good condition, not old, comfortable mattress on the bed. The bed linen and towels are also in good condition, clean.
Beach: walk for 7 minutes, if you waddle. The beach is pebbly. The water is clean and warm, and that's why we returned to this place. The beach itself is small, with sun beds and umbrellas. There is a shower, a toilet, a bar with Yuppie drinks, drinking water.
The availability of places on the sun beds is a variable value. We caught two arrivals of citizens. The first batch of vacationers occupied the sunbeds with towels from 6 a.m., some of them did not even clean them. Therefore, it was problematic to find a place in the shade (the first row, which was in the sun, was free). In the second check-in, the vacationers were different: they did not gather in the queue in the dining room, they almost did not leave towels on the sun beds, so at 8 a.m. they could also choose a sunbed to their liking. So here's how lucky you are. Those who like to sleep longer have nothing to catch, even in the sun.
Pool: I can't appreciate, I'm going to the sea not for swimming in the pool. Clean, the water is 28 degrees, according to the information on the stand. The children liked him very much. There are sun beds around the pool and on the mezzanine (very cozy in the greenery). There is a lot of music by the pool, in the evening there is music until 23 and this is good, because many are already relaxing.
Staff: sincere!!! Last year we had a rest in a 5-star hotel, where the staff was indifferent and cold. Very friendly people work here, to whom you get attached during your vacation.
The location of the hotel is great for my taste - in the evening you can walk around the city center, take a walk or shop for anyone who is interested. The center is a 5-minute walk away.
We are very grateful to all the staff of the hotel for a wonderful stay!!!

We were on May holidays, the hotel is 30% full. The food is common as in all hotels, alcohol is both local and well-known brands. There is no pool. It is better to take a room in the center of the hotel, on either side. Kitchen on the right, air conditioning on the left. Both have hoods and motors running around the clock. Far from 5 stars, 4 is a stretch. The lack of tourists saved the situation, I imagine what will happen with 100% load. The beach is nice.

I do not know and do not understand who can give this hotel a 5-star rating in reviews😬 the hotel does not reach the stated 4 stars:
- it is disgusting to sit at tables in restaurants, tables are constantly dirty, glasses (if any) are dirty, appliances are greasy and sticky;
- the food is average, it doesn't change much;
- the whole hotel itself is dead, everything that could fall apart and fall off - fell apart and fell off, the ubiquitous feeling of dirt everywhere;
- you will never sleep normally if the windows overlook the pool, the music screams until 23h, and after 23h an alcoholic screams and smokes under the windows;
- the absence of any shower, just a hole in the toilet floor, there are no curtains, no pallet, No hangers in the bathroom for anything at all;

The food is delicious, a lot, you will not stay hungry, the staff is Russian-speaking, the rooms are cleaned daily, 6-7 minutes to the sea slowly, the beach is pebbly, there were enough places for everyone. Drinks at the bar for "three", beer, and local vodka, gin, crayfish. The advice is not to drink a lot of cocktails, "it will demolish the tower." Russians, Germans, Turks, Moldovans mostly rested. I recommend the hotel for a calm and measured rest, there are a lot of people of advanced age, so it feels like you got into a boarding house... It will be boring for young people. Personally, I did not like the wooden tables near the pool under the canopy, they cannot be washed and all the dirt and grease settles on the wooden slats of the table.

What exactly attracted this conclusion is reflected in the photo. The bar was practically empty and contained a meager amount of alcohol on offer, plus whiskey of the cheapest draft. The kitchen is monotonous, only the main dishes, the first and the hot, changed. The salads are the same. From fruits, it feels like they came with us from Moscow Time from Auchan. The pool was previously claimed to be heated, but it didn't seem to work or was broken, as was the TV in our room. The tables were wiped with a mop, which was just used to clean the floor next to the pool, but more often they were not wiped at all. But with all this, it cannot be denied that the hotel has a friendly staff.

Attention! VERY IMPORTANT INFORMATION Advantages: private beach, friendly staff, clean and warm sea, meals are clearly on schedule, room cleaning is almost daily. Perhaps that's all.
Cons: All dishes (forks, spoons, knives, plates, bowls, cups) with remnants of detergent solution. Shift managers listen but do nothing or cannot do anything. Everyone knows that the remnants of detergent (chemicals) on the dishes lead to negative consequences from indigestion (diarrhea) before oncology. At first we thought that everyone's stomach was aching from acclimatization or other water or other food until we carefully looked at the dishes.Senior shifts were told about this and shown (they washed supposedly clean plates under running water and the water bubbled from the remnants of detergent). The representative of the tour operator was told about this: they spread their hands and said that they could not do anything but say once again at the reception. Yes, and it's useless, they have been aware for a long time (according to them). At breakfast, they noticed mold on the sausage, and when they picked it up, it was all slimy (decomposing)They took it to the shift supervisor. Silently he took the sausage and went with it to the kitchen and that's all, they immediately stopped eating sausage and cheese. After talking with the neighbors at the hotel, it became clear. Most vacationers have stomach aches and diarrhea. Everyone escaped as best they could: we started eating in cafes in the city (VERY TASTY) and our stomachs immediately stopped hurting, some people washed dishes in the toilet, some people just left for a few days on excursions and ate there, etc. Everyone who did not want to consume this chemistry came up with something of their own. Such terribly dirty dishes negate all the good work of the staff and the overall impression of the Astoria Hotel.We would have closed it a long time ago, at least until the situation was corrected (restoring order). One man just didn't leave the bar-that's what he ate. The beach has not been cleaned for weeks. The food is poor, the taste range is very strange, to put it mildly. From fruits: watermelon, plum, grapefruit and once in 2 weeks they gave small peaches. There are no juices either, just yuppie. There is only yuppie or water on the beach itself. No all-inclusive juices or cocktails for you. For the Internet, you are asked to pay one dollar per day for one device.The reception is naturally only at the hotel. There is barely any water in the shower (women with long hair can hardly wash their heads), the watering can is very old. The black color is very similar to black mold. The penultimate time we visited this 4-star hotel was in 2015. Very dramatic changes for the worse. Now there are no animators or discos (children's, and after half an hour an adult), and the lights are turned off at the tables forcibly at 23 o'clock, referring to the fact that people communicating at tables by the pool prevent others from sleeping (bullshit).It's sad, you don't feel the old Astoria. It is a pity that we changed the previous management company to this one. I arrived at this hotel on 7.06.2023. but I could not relax there.The room had no balcony and the door wouldn't close. And the senior manager of the hotel offered me to move to another hotel Mir Amor Garden Resort in the village of Kirish.(the owner is alone)I was very happy with the move, good food,large territory,animation,clean room, silence, lived in a bungalow.Thanks!

The food is varied, I left a tip for the chef, the rooms are cleaned every day, I left 10 lira a couple of times, the reception is just the name. The beach is 350 meters, there are enough sun beds. I didn't drink, but the people gathered well, so the swill wasn't bad. I won't go a second time, but the hotel is not bad.
