I was on vacation with my mother, I arranged a vacation for her.
It's her first time abroad. The hotel is a good 4, sometimes the stated 5 are worse.
The staff is friendly, always smiling, answer all questions, well done in one word. The managers were also present every day, the men greeted new guests personally every day, it's nice, a beautiful sign of respect.
The kitchen is good, there are different grilled dinners and various breakfasts every day, omelets, pancakes with peanut paste, etc.
The beach is not far away, free sunbeds and used drinks on the beach.

We really liked the hotel. We had a rest in September 2022. It's a good idea. We arrived at night around 01:00. The manager met me. There was a little confusion when checking in. The manager did not understand that he was waiting for us.))) but fortunately everything was quickly resolved. The room was clean, everything worked. Cleaning every day with a change of linen, towels and floor cleaning. They left thanks for the staff. There is a lot of food. Greens too. They cook something on the grill every evening. The staff at the restaurant promptly cleans everything. There was enough space for everyone and it was even free. There are a lot of foreigners. Everything was quiet and peaceful. I also liked the beach, there is coffee, water and juices for free. Umbrellas, sun beds and mattresses are free of charge. There are no towels, we took our own to leave them there.) in general, I recommend this hotel. We had a very good rest in it for 10 nights.

Boarding house for those over 50.
There are no young people, there are no mothers with children.

The sea is close-it takes 5 minutes to walk, the pool is cold on the territory, there are a lot of sunbeds.

The sea is excellent, the approach is pebbly, but smooth and short-lived.
If you do not sit in the hotel all the time, then in principle you can go, if you count on all inclusive and entertainment on the territory, then this is not here.

The food is varied, I left a tip for the chef, the rooms are cleaned every day, I left 10 lira a couple of times, the reception is just the name. The beach is 350 meters, there are enough sun beds. I didn't drink, but the people gathered well, so the swill wasn't bad. I won't go a second time, but the hotel is not bad.

Food in principle, it is possible to choose what you eat. We don't have a lot of food, so we ate enough: the chicken is cooked passably. The fish is cheap and bony, I didn't like it. The rice is delicious, it was taken often. We love eggplants, we took them. However, they overdo it often. There are several types of desserts, we liked the classic one and with purple blueberries. Soaked in sugar strongly, those who like sweets, I think they will like it.

The hotel is small, it would be possible to take it to a higher level. (Throw away chipped cups and plates, replace furniture, curtains partially). To diversify desserts. It would be close to 5 stars.

During the New Year holidays, there is nothing even from the three-star category - room cleaning every four days. I had to beg for toilet paper at the reception - we received it only after the second request. Declared for “booking.com ”there are no slippers, it's uncomfortable in January, but I didn't take them from home, they didn't respond to the request to staff them. We took off the shower head ourselves, because there was no water going through it at all. Can you imagine the amount of garbage in the room for four days? You count on the hotel, but as a result, you are underappreciated. For breakfast, an omelet had to be begged and ... not received: a queue of 7 people lined up behind it, and only three servings were provided. At least there was not enough yogurt for breakfast (despite the fact that I saw it for the first time in local stores in a volume of more than 3000 ml :). The cost of wi-fi is 1 € per night for EACH device. To sum up, the lies in the description are annoying. The low cost of the hotel is not accidental.

Terrible hotel! Do not expect to be welcomed here and placed without any problems! On the contrary, if you want to be constantly nervous, be deceived and receive insults for your own money, then you should go to this hotel! Unwillingness to clean your rooms, lies and insults of the manager (who even refused to introduce himself), rudeness and mats of the Nurse (women at the reception) addressed to the guests are the specialty of this hotel! I regret that I contacted them at all, because I have never been able to persuade the hotel staff to issue documents on payment for rooms together with the police! A hotel without a host!!! Employees calmly double the bill at their discretion, refuse to issue an invoice for non-cash payment and take only cash, without passing it through the cashier, in order to avoid tax and just "pocket" this money. Having paid in cash for TWO rooms, only on the third day (after a scandal and a request to call the police) we were given the keys to the second room. This is unacceptable!!! This has not been seen even in the cheapest hotels. I also advise tour operators and travel agencies not to sign contracts with this hotel, because here all the hotel staff calmly "poke their noses" at the guests in the payment that the tour operator made for me (this is confidential/internal information!!! I shouldn't know how much my travel agency paid for me!).

We had a rest in Astoria on August 21, despite the negative reviews, we decided to come here and did not regret it). The hotel is small and cozy, the rooms are quite decent, cleaning every day) and without any additional charges! The manager promptly solves all issues) the air conditioner was repaired as soon as it broke). The staff is friendly, the waiters are very helpful, mostly English-speaking.
Good quality drinks...not diluted sprite, cola, fanta, excellent beer! Tea, coffee, juices, varied and fresh food, grilled every evening...fish, meat, kebab, cutlets) from fruits...watermelon, melon, grapes, apples)
The pool is clean, cleaned, the area is washed regularly. No extraneous insects were noticed) In the evening, the music at the bar is strictly until 22.30, you can dance and relax culturally.
The beach is not far away...walk for 5 minutes...not big, we went to the sea in the morning, there were always enough sun beds...one disadvantage is that after lunch the beach is filled with outsiders, including locals, who apparently pay for the entrance and sun beds to the beach manager.
In general, the impressions from the rest are only positive...we love Kemer) and the hotels where we rested leave only great emotions and memories. I recommend the hotel for a family holiday, they love children very much) although there is no animation for children...solid 4. Cooks serve the food themselves) which is very convenient and complies with sanitary standards.

Now I'll tell you about the beach, for which I basically flew to Turkey, it's just terrible, narrow, dirty deck chairs and mattresses are arranged in a chaotic manner, you can't move the umbrellas bulky metal not removable in a word, the mess on the beach must take place"at the crack of dawn", I also take my local deck chairs, staff on the beach there are no vacationers up to us, they sit playing cards with the locals, in short, they rest. We were met by the grandfather of the local administrator at the hotel (sells a hammam), we did not go, but according to reviews there is no hammam in the hotel and the price of $ 20 is not worth it. We were offered to go and spend the night at the Miramore hotel for a day, (we did not regret everything) the next day we returned to Astoria room 317 with a view of the pool on the 3rd floor. Minus room one, the hotel smokes and if the window is open there is an unpleasant smell and for dinner the cook often roasts something on the grill, and the grill stands exactly under the balcony all the smells in the room:(safe for a fee , Wi-Fi for a fee of $ 2 per day) The hotel is located in the center of Kemer, 5 minutes walk to the beach, about the beach - it is very small, very large pebbles, but there is enough space for everyone and the sea is very clean. Terrible hotel 🏨 I do not recommend vacationing in September, disappointed. One plus was cleaning the room every day, probably because they gave 1 dollar each time! We had a vacation with a friend (we are 33 and 40 years old) from May 4 to 11, 2019. The ticket price is about 27 thousand per person. We are from St. Petersburg.
The territory of the hotel is small, a swimming pool, several sun beds, a tennis table. That's all there is. There is no animation of its own. For me, this is a plus, since I'm going for beauty and the sea, and not for "tut-tut-tut". But they take you to the club for free several times a week. There's a disco and various parties. The club is very close to the hotel. The rooms are small, in principle, cozy, everything you need to eat. The balcony is small. Safe and fi are charged $ 2 per day. The FI is weak, but it's enough to post a couple of photos on Instagram. The safe was not taken. The refrigerator is tiny, it works fine. There are conduits, they were not used. There is a hair dryer, soap, shampoo, shower gel are poured into the dispensers. But I didn't use it-I brought everything with me. There are interruptions with hot water. When it's cool outside, as we've had for a couple of days, the water is practically cold. But I think this problem will not be in the hot season. The linen has not been changed once in 6 days. Towels-once.The floor was washed every day. Very strange blankets, more like towels. The normal one was found later in the closet. The cleaning lady does not understand any language except Turkish. But at the reception, everyone speaks and understands Russian perfectly. The tourists at the hotel were almost all Russian speakers. I met 1 couple from Italy and 2 English-speaking families. That's all. At the time of our arrival, the hotel was half empty. But on May 10, a lot of people came by. There is an iron and ironing board on the ground floor. Is free.
Nutrition: a solid four. From meat chicken in different types every day, fish was three times a week. It's delicious, but there are a lot of bones. There were mutton cutlets, offal (delicious). Sausage and ham are peculiar. I didn't like them. 2 times there was a stunningly delicious shawarma. The side dish is rice with various additives and sauces, potatoes are very tasty-both fries and idaho type, stewed, mashed potatoes, pasta, pasta. On the last day there was a delicious layer cake with potatoes. There's a lot of greenery!!! There are a lot of types of salads, tomatoes, cucumbers. I really liked the local adjika. There were soups every day. I didn't eat, my friend liked them. Desserts are all of the same type. Biscuits and puddings heavily soaked in syrup. There was halva for breakfast-it was delicious. There are many types of cheeses, but all are very salty. Boiled eggs, several times there was a fried egg, an omelet. Once there were pancakes-delicious! From fruits-apples (not so much) and oranges-fire!!! But this is just the season. Strawberries and cherries have just begun. We bought it at the market. Strawberries are $ 2 per kg, cherries are $ 5 Delicious. The market, by the way, comes once a week on Mondays. It is located near the Mosque. Fruits are more expensive in other places.
The beach from the hotel is very narrow, very rocky. I had to buy slippers for $3. But they are very cool. They can be worn just like that. There are few sun beds. We went for a swim to the beach of the Moonlight Park, a 15-minute walk from the hotel. There's sand there. Sun beds are paid, but no one bothers to lie down just on a towel.
A cute cocker spaniel lives on site. A common favorite. He's clean, he doesn't bother anyone. Affectionate and not aggressive.
I recommend buying souvenirs and sweets at the shop near the port. (not far from Moonlight Park).Nice prices, there is an exclusive that ordinary merchants on the main street do not have. A very nice guy, the owner, speaks excellent Russian.
In general, a fairly positive impression of the hotel was spoiled by the "dry ration", which we were provided with due to early check-out. A kind of mess of a couple of pieces of ham, cheese, one tiny piece of bread, 4 olives, a small apple (I have a rotten one) and an orange...Honestly, it was a shame, I felt like a homeless man in a bespoke canteen...At the same time, I saw what "rations" others had. Salads, chicken, side dishes...The sediment, however.
Summarizing all that has been said, I note that if you want a red carpet on arrival, silk sheets, paradise gardens on the territory and royal treats, then you are not here. There is nothing for children in the hotel either. I recommend the hotel to those who are actively resting, and not sitting in a hotel. I ate, washed, slept well and went for a walk around the city, to the sea, on excursions.

We rested from 06.09-13.09.It's just terrible! You are greeted by a man who calls himself a "tourist relations manager." There are no blankets in the room, just sheets, but everything is clean. The food is terribly diluted juices, only apples are made from fruits, the soups are delicious, the potato was only 3 times a week, mostly pasta, chicken stomachs, cauliflower, chicken, always oatmeal in the morning. The beach is a narrow strip of huge stones, you can't go in with children without special slippers. If you come late, there won't be enough sun loungers, and there are 5 umbrellas! The sea is clean and warm, it takes 5-7 minutes to walk. I liked Kemer, a cozy, clean, carefree city.

We had a vacation in September 2020.Food is terrible!Meager and even stale. They save on everything. There is no buffet as such. Fruits and juices are missing. Salads are roughly chopped, melons and watermelons are rare guests of the table.Lots of pasta and fast food. The meat is only stale chicken, the fish is poorly fried and very cheap. The staff is of average courtesy. There are a lot of young and poorly trained people. The rooms are standard, cleaning is done every other day.The only big plus of the hotel is the proximity to the sea, a 5-minute walk.

The refrigerator is broken, the shower head is all clogged with lime, there are a lot of Turks from some villages in the hotel, they behave like animals, the pool after bathing these dirty people in clothes stupidly bloomed. I was on vacation with my grandson from 08/21/2019 to 09/03/2019.. The sea is beautiful, the crowding on the beach is terrible, the sunbed cannot be decomposed, half of the sun beds are broken and the mattresses are torn, the senior on the beach closed the beach at 18-30, blocked fresh water. The locker room on the beach is in terrible condition, it's hard to call it a locker room. Meals at lunch and dinner are normal, but there is nothing to have breakfast except coffee (cheese and cottage cheese are salted, soy butter, wooden sausage). Fruits, except watermelons, are not given out in this hotel, explaining the theft of tea bags by Russians. The room is clean, cozy, the change of linen and towels is excellent, the staff is polite. Nearby 4* hotels flooded tourists with fruits, we quietly envied their beaches. There were no natural juices, it's a pity. The 3* hotel.
