as in any place, there are pros and cons. one of the advantages is a good location -the metro and tram are close, good beds - my moody back never reminded me of itself, excellent breakfasts (coffee machine, dry crunches, cheeses, sausage, rolls, juice, soup is excellent, juices are apple good, where cherry is only water, there is a choice from what), we checked in right away -there were no surprises with extra charges, the staff was good, they told us if you needed help, the Internet in the room was good -we watched videos all 6 nights, there were no problems with water, the pressure was good, only once it was turned off for about half an hour, there is a water cooler on the minus ground floor -you can dial at any time. upon arrival, there were 2 bottles of water in the room, 0.5 each. the kettle was working -but they couldn't get to the outlet behind the refrigerator -they just moved the kettle to another place, across the street there is a pharmacy where unionpay is accepted and the girl speaks Russian, there is a catalog with excursions at the reception - we took a boat ride in the evening - the tour itself is not very, but the guide didn't really tell us anything, and what she told me was half the facts she lied about, there was a commotion at the end of the tour, everyone was sitting on their transfers and the main man didn't know which car to go to - many thanks to the driver for not abandoning us with the child and finding us, bringing us to the car. There is an elevator, it worked all the time. If it's important to anyone, the room was not cleaned for 6 nights, but on request, the sheets and towels were replaced when the child became unwell -for me, this is more a plus than a minus that no one went and did not bother with the cons - the first thing that caught my eye on arrival was a dirty toilet - if it was washed -it wasn't with my hands a hundred years ago, the audibility is good from the street -any beeping from cars is heard well, after a short shower -water flowed to the floor from the shower stall to make the hair dryer work -you need to turn on the second switch in the bathroom -they didn't figure it out right away, the TV didn't work -they answered at the reception that Tomorrow they will come and take a look, but no one has come. In general, for such a sum and with such breakfasts, it's a sin to complain, I understood that I was not eating in 5 stars, the price-quality ratio is good, and if we visit this city again, I will gladly choose this hotel again.

We stayed in this hotel for 6 days in September 2025. Perhaps its only advantage is its location. A 6-minute walk to the terminal station of the M2 metro, a little more than 20 minutes to the Galata Bridge and Eminomu pier, about half an hour to the Blue Mosque. However, there are many more disadvantages. The corridors are very dirty, the carpet from the elevator is stained, the switch and socket at the door were removed from the room, the manager told us that the electrician had started to change them throughout the hotel, but nothing had changed in our room. The furniture and plumbing are all tired, the shower is leaking, the bathroom is not tightly closed. If you don't ask for it yourself, no one will come to change the towels and pick up the trash, you need to ask the staff for a kettle, initially it is in the room only in the photo. The TV is sewn into a wooden frame, and the flash drive with the series is not available for the evening. Breakfast is a separate song. On the first day, it seems diverse, but then it resembles Groundhog Day- the same 5 salads, one of two soup-puree options, tangerines were only on the first day, two or three types of pastries every other day, diluted juices, sausages, French fries, hard-boiled eggs, if you're lucky. The refrigerator in the room is tin, with a glass door, barely freezes, a cockroach was killed in the room a couple of times. The bed linen has not been changed all the time. The Wi-Fi in the room is quite cheerful. There are many retail outlets and places where you can eat around the hotel, but in Turkey everything has become very expensive, you need to be prepared for this. Anyway, we haven't set foot in this hotel for the second time. And Istanbul itself is beautiful at any time of the year, this is my 4th time here.

An excellent hotel attracts all five stars. The staff and staff are excellent, especially thanks to my new friend from the hotel, Yilmaz. I advise you to stop here. It is convenient from this hotel to the entire bazaar and other places. The staff is excellent, there are all the amenities and there is no road.
