We rested from May 21 to May 28. I liked everything. The room had a mountain view. The absence of a balcony did not bother, they dried things in the bathroom, everything dried out. The beach is clean, sun beds with umbrellas have always been free in principle, if you come at 7.30-8.00. Towels are given to the beach. We took breakfast and dinner. If desired, dinner can be changed to lunch. There is enough food, they never left hungry. Room cleaning on request, the maid was always on the floor at a certain time. Water, tea, coffee, bathroom accessories can be requested. There were no problems with hot water, the pressure was good. The furniture is a bit old, but everything is working fine. The Internet is weak, especially during the day and in the evening. Works well only at the reception. In the evening we walked along the embankment. We went to the fish market in the port, where you can buy fresh shrimp and fish and ask them to cook right away. For families with children and for those who like a quiet, relaxing holiday, the place is suitable.

I arrived yesterday and I want to go back!!! The hotel is cool! The service is on top! Cleanliness! We took half board, the food is very high quality, in the assortment, they constantly inform everything. The beach is a separate story - it's just gorgeous, there was enough space for everyone, the sea is beautiful!

It is better not to take a view of the mountains, because at the bottom of the room where the air conditioners are assembled and they buzz a lot 24/7, but this can only be for me. The view from the sea to the mountains is very beautiful. In general, we had a good rest, everyone is happy.If you buy a room one for a family, it is better to take separate beds, because the extra one was very rigid and the husband of 175 had to bend his legs otherwise they hung down. The beach bar is open from 9:00 to 21:00, juices, tea and coffee are always available. We rested in this hotel from 12.05 to 20.052023. I will join those tourists who write positive reviews about this hotel. The food is excellent, there don't seem to be many dishes, but every time something new, always fresh, juices and even sausages at breakfast are natural , live music in the restaurant in the evening, fish, meat salads and fruits every day.The rooms are clean, cleaning on demand every day, cleaned well.The beach is nearby, we saw turtles from small to very large every day, very large shoals of fish swam, once I saw a barracuda.There are plenty of sun beds, beach towels are given out by the pool, no one watches them in the evening, the staff collects them and that's it..The only thing I would like to note is the habit of a truly Russian person, to take everything in reserve; in the afternoon you come to the beach, there are towels on most of the sunbeds, but there is no one.This does us no honor, gentlemen, I have seen this only in the USSR on vacation, and in the Crimea when it was still Ukrainian.On the seventh floor there is a small gym, and a hammam, everything is free.The staff is amazing, it is almost invisible, no one begs for money like in Turkey and Egypt, all the tizos do their job.Within walking distance of a supermarket, prices are about the same as in Russia, if translated into rubles,we visited fish and fruit markets (shrimp for 400 rubles are immediately cooked, mango-200 rubles, dates are very tasty to choose from),took photos at a beautiful waterfall.I recommend the hotel as a family, there is no animation here, only mostly a quiet beach holiday.There will be an opportunity, once again I will choose this hotel for a holiday, I liked everything.

We rested at this hotel on 1.09.2022-08.09.2022 and we will go again in September this year.
This is the first time in my life that I return to the same hotel.
I don't understand why some people scold him.
I have been to many countries of the world, I have always rested in expensive chain hotels, I was also in Miramar on ultra ol on Fujairah, but I wanted to return to Oceanic.
First of all, nature attracts. Stunning light, almost white sand, a wide coastal strip, azure-colored water, a natural bay framed by mountains - in Fujairah, in my opinion, there are no such beautiful beaches anywhere.
A rich underwater world (yes, it's cooler in the Red Sea and the Maldives, but it's also very decent here). Even without a mask, I saw a turtle, a stingray, beautiful fish, crabs of the most diverse, and if you swim to the rocks with a mask, you can see a lot of interesting things.
The warmest clean ocean (Gulf of Oman), we never got on fuel oil. There are no algae, as in the same Dominican Republic. Of the minuses, two were very strong waves, almost the same as in Bali, it was impossible to swim with a child, I had to sit by the pool.
Excellent climate - the heat is tolerated perfectly, I like it much more than in Europe in summer.
We were on the beach from 8 to 12 and from 16 to 19 hours.
You can smoke on the street near the restaurant and on the beach in specially designated places (suddenly for whom it is important). You can't drink anywhere at all.
A huge plus - there are no insects and other living creatures!! In the same Miramar, the territory of the hotel is very green and some flying cockroaches live there (one of them bit my child, the bite then passed a month), lizards.
And the most important thing for me is that there are very few people on the beach. Not like in the Maldives, more, but less than in most other places. The hotel is small and the beach is big.
But at the same time, the best sunbeds should be occupied at 7 am. There are always free ones, but they will no longer be on the first line :-) It was unprincipled for us.
And yes, this is really the first line - it's a minute walk to the beach from the hotel building :-)
Another of the advantages of the beach is that in the evening you can watch crabs on the sand, they run all over the sand - from small to giant, and also plankton shines beautifully near the water.
Now about the hotel itself. The food is very ordinary, without frills, not diverse, but it is cooked quite tasty, high-quality, there are always not spicy dishes. Very good desserts (much better than in Turkey). A 4.5-year-old child always had something to feed. But I have a child who eats normal adult food, and not solid nuggets and pasta with rolls :-)
For lunch, mild soups are served, which is rare for eastern countries.
The coffee for breakfast is just awful, the juices are delicious, especially mango. Breakfast is very typical, does not differ much from other hotels - scrambled eggs, croissants, porridge, cheeses, sausages, etc.
The restaurant has a large beautiful aquarium with marine life, the child really liked to watch them.
The rooms are a little tired, but clean. The quality of cleaning, the number of towels, cosmetics, the number of bottles of water left directly depended on the tips left. We had no problems :-)
But I met this practice in almost all European countries, we exchanged money for small ones at the airport.
The beds are comfortable, pillows too.
One of the disadvantages is the lack of a balcony. We got used to drying things on the windowsill, as well as on a rope over the bathroom (yes, there is a rope, it is hidden on the wall under the silver button). Everything dried perfectly overnight. The window in our room opened (a window pane), but we did not open it. Excellent sound insulation.
The pool is small, but quite cozy and clean.
The staff at the hotel is pleasant, not boorish, everything is clear, they speak good English.
there is a good children's room, a trampoline, a mini playground.
Behind the hotel there is a gas station with a wonderful mini-shop, where there is almost everything and at pleasant prices.
There is a Safir supermarket a few km away, I didn't appreciate it at all, I don't understand what you can buy there that is not available in Russia.
Near the hotel there is an embankment, an artificial waterfall, an amphitheater, cafes, that is, there is at least some infrastructure unlike Fujairah hotels.
Why did you want to come back? Because of the closeness of the hotel (the staff is trying), the small number of guests (I really want to take a break from people) and the magnificent nature, the warm ocean.
And I also highlight the complete lack of animation for myself (this is a place for complete relaxation) and the completely non-alcoholic concept of the hotel (there are no drunken guests and parties).

I am the same tourist as everyone here, but please believe my review.

Unless, of course, the following is not essential for anyone, then it's good.
I chose Fujairah (the farthest Emirate) because I just wanted silence.
The number of rooms is normal, I will skip cleaning, etc. I don't even comment🙈 already wrote below.
The beach! the main reason why we are flying on vacation: unfortunately, there is a construction of a new hotel noise and grunts all day!!! Nearby the port is also noisy and smells of oil, the bay is dirty.
There is no Internet on the beach, in the room too! THE 21ST CENTURY IS A SHAME! I'm not asking to watch tik tok, music, but I'm working, it's important to me!!!
Sorry for the money spent! This hotel is not worth it.

After reading a number of reviews on this hotel, you are at least surprised at the dissatisfaction of our tourists regarding the quality of service, food, beach, etc. I would like to share my impressions of visiting this hotel.
In this hotel we rested from 01.06.2023 to 06.06.2023. The first thing that can be said is a significant distance from the airports, we traveled from Abu Dhabi airport for more than 3 hours, and this should be taken into account when planning a trip to the hotel. We purchased a tour to a hotel with a mountain view room, upon check-in we received a room with a view of the room, I want to note that the hotel staff at check-in in no way hinted that it was necessary to pay extra for a room with a sea view or somehow thank them (employees). By the way, the entire hotel staff is very friendly and always listens to requests and tries to fulfill them in a reasonably quick time, by the way, no one requires a tip. The hotel is clean, the hotel has a pleasant smell, the elevators are clean, as is the toilet in the lobby. The room is clean, there is a refrigerator, a TV (there are four Russian channels, including news ones), an ironing board with an iron, a hairdryer, a kettle, cleaning every day (towels are always changed daily, a set of shampoo, hair conditioner, toothpaste, etc. is replenished). I repeat, the room is cleaned daily and efficiently, there is no need to run after anyone and beg, the only inconvenience is the time of room cleaning, they can start cleaning both at 12:00 and at 16:00, which of course is not very convenient. Now about the local food, breakfast, lunch and dinner are at a good level. There is always fish, beef, chicken, different soup, pastries, etc. every day. The food is at a decent level, varied, delicious and always fresh.
The beach is clean, the water has not been muddy much in the last two days (apparently it was stormy somewhere), there is a port with cranes in the bay (these are not oil rigs!, as they say in some reviews), by the way, sea turtles can be seen in the bay, including on the beach. Some object is being built to the left of the hotel and cranes are really working there, but they do not cause any discomfort (there is no noise from the construction site). By the way, the hotel has a swimming pool and a pool for small children. There is also a small feature on the beach - this is the lack of sun beds, but this is solely due to the love of our compatriots to occupy sun beds early in the morning and actually do not use them most of the time.
In short, the hotel made a good impression. A quiet holiday.
P.S. If someone is used to Kempinski hotels, then it's not worth going to Oceanic.

4.08.23 arrived at Dubai airport. The representative of the tour operator quickly gathered everyone into the bus and we set off. In general, the trip took 2.5-3 hours, taking into account the arrival at 2 or 3 more hotels.
They checked in at the reception at about 10 o'clock, offered to wait until 12.30 o'clock. As a result, they were settled at 12 o'clock. They lived on the 1st floor, room 123. Initially, we bought a room with a mountain view, got a room with a view of the sea and the pool (without surcharges).
The room is not bad, a large bed, TV, refrigerator, tea station, ironing board and iron (never used). But in the closet there are 1 hangers for clothes (((. But, there were shelves and drawers, so we were able to decompose things. The air conditioner is shared, worked well. They cleaned every day, gave out water, tea bags \ coffee \ cream \ sugar, shampoo, gel, balm, soap, toilet paper.
Clothes were dried on a dryer in the room and in the bathroom on a rope and a wall hanger.
All meals incl.: 3 meals a day in the restaurant + drinks (coffee, juice, water) at the pool bar. There is no alcohol! If necessary, stock up in advance!
We liked the food. Yes, not very diverse. But, you can always find something for yourself. You won't be hungry for sure!
Breakfast from 6.30 - one type of porridge, eggs, yoghurts, pastries, tea, coffee, etc.
Lunch 12.30\dinner-one type of soup, chicken, beef, fish, seafood dishes, rice, pasta, potatoes, greens, salads, desserts, watermelon, fruit salad.
The waiters are all good-natured, trying to quickly clean the tables and plant new vacationers.
The pool is one, small and warm.
Sea: the entrance is good, the water is warm. There are big waves.
The beach is clean and small, open up to 19 hours, the pool up to 21 hours.
The pool and the beach are closed for the night! They open at 7 in the morning and give out towels.
Spoils the view of the construction of new buildings on the left and right cranes of the port. Sometimes there is garbage in the sea.
Vacationers are probably 80-90% Russians, the rest: Kazakhs, Belarusians. It's strange that there are no Russian-speaking staff in the hotel!
The hotel has a gym and a sauna (but we didn't get there).
There is a children's club. I saw that the kids were happy to study there.
There is a Medusa diving center. I swam with a wonderful instructor Hassan to watch turtles. Pre-training in the pool. I strongly advise you to look at the seabed!
Not far from the embankment (but, there is a repair), a waterfall, an amphitheater. There are several local cafes and KFC across the street.
We went to the Safir supermarket by taxi (10 dhm). We bought home: mangoes, dates, candy dates in chocolate, local soap, etc.
We went on a Safari tour from a tour operator (camels, jeep, oriental dancing, fire show, dinner).
We didn't go to Dubai because we were there last year.
The rest was a success. We enjoyed the Indian Ocean and the sun.
I don't know if we'll come back here again, it was a little boring.

I didn't like the hotel at all! From the word at all. 1. It does not pull at 4 stars at all! Maximum 3 ! The rooms are shabby, the service is terrible: after cleaning the room in the morning, towels are brought only in the 2nd half of the day. How to dry off after the beach, pool, before this time is not clear. The kitchen is monotonous. It 's the same thing every day ! Of the fruits, only watermelon, grapefruit and diced apples.
And the "cherry on the cake" is a construction site that is 100 meters from the beach and it does not stop for 24 hours! That is, instead of the noise of the sea, you listen to the construction site and the view from the window in the rooms overlooking the mountains, the view of the construction site. We had a rest in early April 2023. The food was taken by HB. We went together with my husband for a week to relax from the dullness and slush of central Russia. A quiet, peaceful hotel right on the shore of its own sandy beach. Since the hotel is located in a bay, there are no strong waves or wind. Convenient entrance to the sea, suitable even for children. The food is varied for every taste. For 4 * is very good. The staff is polite, pleasant in communication (though speaking only English). In order to clean the room, you need to click on the button in the room on the wall. If you don't click, they may not get out. Special thanks to Olga. She is engaged in sending tourists shopping, but you can contact her for advice on any issue (sitting in the lobby of the hotel). The city and, accordingly, the shops are half an hour's walk from the hotel. So this is for hiking enthusiasts. Although to the right of the hotel there is a small shop at the gas station (juice, chocolates). The windows of our room faced the road, but there was absolutely no noise. By the way, the windows don't open, there are no balconies. Swimsuits need to be dried on the beach. We liked the hotel. The perfect price-quality ratio

We had a rest in November 2022! They settled right away - there was a Russian-speaking girl at the Reception - they took into account all our wishes! This hotel has no balconies! The air conditioner works well. The hair dryer is in the nightstand in the closet! Bath accessories are all there. We asked for bathrobes and they brought them to us right away. The weather in November is wonderful! The water in the bay is warm - one bliss! Garbage is collected on the beach . Sand is cleaned with a rake. There was no gasoline in the water! There was a construction site nearby! The water is clear! Cleaned every day! The food was delicious - we went for breakfast and dinner! We found out that people are coming again! Yes, it's a long drive..3.5 hours! We took a sightseeing tour of Dubai for $ 85! We are delighted👌I recommend the hotel!

A great hotel far from civilization. A gentle sea, a beautiful reef where millions of fish and many turtles swim. The hotel itself is outdated and much worn out, we were here in 19, it was gorgeous and at 22 it was just sad. The stable smell of dampness in the rooms, bathrooms and towels also stink of dampness. The food in the restaurant is very tasty, the staff is very friendly, there are a lot of Indians and Filipinos, there are girls at the reception who speak Russian, help solve all issues. The hotel is on the outskirts of the city, there is no place to walk after the flood, there is only one way out to take a taxi for 15 dirhams and go to the center to the embankment and the Safisa shopping center. The center is gorgeous and the embankment and playgrounds and cafes are many, for every taste. Starbucks, a very atmospheric Thai restaurant, a tea house and a test baskin robins with delicious double mango. By the way, the hotel is building a new building, so we will probably come back here for the gentle sea, beautiful nature and silence. I recommend it

Rooms are cleaned daily, you can refuse.
There is a safe in the room, air conditioning, telephone, TV with Arabic and American channels. Two Russian channels that you will never watch, a bath, a toilet and a mini fridge with a fur coat grown in a micro-freezer.
The room for three has only one bed, I had to sleep three (with a child).
Three armchairs, a tambochka, a table, a wardrobe.
The mattress is bouncy, turned slightly, sat up, and he jumps, unbearably.
Rubles are not exchanged for dirhams, only dollars or euros. Moreover, the rate will be much lower.
For example, 120€ at the exchange rate should be 480 dirhams, you will receive only 440.
From the hotel to the shopping center you can take a taxi the cost of the trip is 6.25, but taxi drivers round it up to 10 - 10.25 dirhams.
The prices in the store are high, before that I read reviews wrote mango 4 dirhams, nothing like the cost of mango from 6.75 to 14 dirhams, while mango is soft as jelly.
We went to the end of July, the beginning of August the heat is unbearable 39-43 degrees in the morning 36-38 at night.
The food in the hotel is more or less nothing, but mostly spicy or salty. There is very little meat, mostly fish that goes for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Chicken sausages taste disgusting. Beef is mostly in gravy, chicken is very dried, it can also be either with rice, pilaf or in curry sauce. If you ask for a sandwich in the room, you will be brought breadcrumbs from the toaster inside mayonnaise and dried chicken breast. It is impossible to eat, only in the trash.
For some reason, the tour operator sells tours only with dinner or breakfast, lunch and dinner.
Although there were guests with all-inclusive bracelets...

After Turkey, of course, it's modest here. There is almost no territory at the hotel, there is nowhere to go. One adult pool, one children's pool, the beach is closed in the evening until morning. The pool and the beach are good, there's nothing to say. The food is good, but not super diverse. There are simply huge queues for dinner, there are not enough people inside the restaurant, this of course adds stress. Our room was cleaned every day, there are no complaints. The hotel has a good sauna, spa, gym. As I said, quite modestly, but I would go again: there are still more pluses than minuses.

The hotel is nice, but: Regime! They close the beach and the passage to the beach at 19:00 at the gate - it is impossible to pass in the evening!! And at 21:00, the entire street area of the hotel is closed with an iron fence!! You can't go into the yard!!! We didn't like it, we didn't see in the reviews that there are such restrictions.
And the rest of the hotel is good: not big, clean, comfortable , the food is delicious, varied, the sea is excellent, the beach is clean, sandy, soft entrance to the sea, the view is beautiful.
From the port (which is to the right) garbage and black spots of fuel were floating in!

The buffet is very very meager and monotonous, there are almost no fruits, potatoes, tomatoes and cucumbers from vegetables. In addition to water, there are 2 more drinks. There are often not enough tables. And of course the construction site right on the beach is noisy and sometimes cement dust.
