We took this hotel from 03.01.25 to 07.01.25 in order to take a walk around Dubai. It's a long way from the Marina, but there is enough civilization near the hotel. The choice of the hotel was based on the location next to the metro. Pros: fresh linen, towels, there is a washing machine, a large refrigerator, a stove, the efficiency of the hotel staff, the child was quickly replaced in the room from the sofa to the bed. There are enough shuttles to the shops from the hotel, but not everyone leaves the hotel, there are those next to it from the circle. Cons: we live on the 4th floor- there is no balcony, it is difficult to dry clothes without a balcony for summer holidays, the sea is far away, the breakfasts are European and the whole hotel is there in the morning, there is nowhere to sit, but they try very hard. We took it with dinner, of course it's hard to call it that- salad (always the same), soup and a dish to choose from (fast food), it's better to buy it in a store (but prices are higher than in other emirates). To use hot water, you need to press the button, it warms up, it's great in the sink, but the bathroom is barely warm, it's cold to wash, but for a summer vacation, it may not be suitable for everyone. If the question is about the price of the hotel, then we could have taken another one for only 12 thousand more expensive, then I regretted that I did not take it. If possible, I would have already stayed at another hotel. The pool is small on the roof, everything is clean but cool (in January), the water is warm, but we did not swim, it would be cold to go out.

Very good location. There are many different restaurants for every taste inside the area. Dubai Internet City metro station is 7 minutes away on foot (but in Dubai there are very long metro crossings, as soon as we reach the entrance, then walk for another 5-10 minutes, depending on the station). Near the same metro station, the terminus for the 88 bus is easy to get to Kite Beach,Jumeirah Beach. The room is nice, the view is good, there is a kitchen, but it was not used. A good hotel for your money, good location, good breakfasts, good, rooftop pool (the only one in the hotels nearby), well-trained staff, decent cleaning, refrigerator, washing machine, stove. The rooms are tired, but everything is well done (built back in the 2000s). Good location, near the Internet City metro station, bus 88 goes to the beach (however, the public beach of Jumeirah did not come to us - it's too wild, without infrastructure). There are plenty of shops and cafes within walking distance.

A very good hotel for your money! The staff is very friendly and welcoming.
The rooms are clean and spacious, there is a stove, dishes, kettle, microwave, washing machine, iron.

A great hotel for your money. Conveniently located, 5 minutes from the metro. The nice Kite Beach is 15-20 minutes away by taxi, the taxi cost is about 40 dirhams. We stayed at the hotel on New Year's Eve and New Year's Eve. He left a double impression. Let's talk about the advantages:
1) Convenient location in a beautiful area, close to shops (I recommend going to the one a little further from the mosque - Carrefour), metro and bus stop

Well, now about the cons:
1) There is no transfer to the beach. This is the main disadvantage. The one who goes to the mall leaves only at 14:10 for the clogged dirty beach. Therefore, get ready to go to the beach either by taxi (about 50 dirhams one way) or by bus (3 dirhams one way)
2) Strange room cleaning. I still didn't understand the logic of things being thrown away. Yes, something minor, but it disappeared periodically. And on the last full day, the local slippers were taken away from us, leaving us barefoot. Not to mention that they didn't give shampoo for 3 days in a row, adding lotion and gel. Yes, these are small things, but the impression depends on them.
3) We were encouraged by a Russian-speaking employee. But he's completely unfriendly. This is the first time I've seen a hotel employee who can't talk about the public transport that runs nearby. Totally unscrupulous.
4) A small pool. An aquarium, I'd say. With a high height, it is absolutely impossible to swim. Seats for 30 people, no more.
5) When checking in, instead of a room with two beds, we were given a room with one, citing the lack of them. However, judging by the number of people in the hotel, this is unlikely.

I stayed at this hotel with my family. The hotel is nice, located in the center of Dubai, near the metro. There are many shops nearby. Delicious breakfasts, there is food for children. We traveled with three children, the youngest less than a year old. We took two apartments for five days, after some requests we were accommodated on the same floor, which was a significant plus for living.
We took it for the sake of quick access to Abu Dhabi, the water park on the Palm Tree, some beaches, we did not lose, the location turned out to be extremely convenient for such trips. We didn't spend much time in hotels, so everything was fine with us.
Of the advantages:
- quick access to the subway, free parking, a large store within a three-minute walk.
- there is a stove, refrigerator, microwave.
- high-quality daily cleaning, there were no complaints.
- several transfers per day to many malls in the surrounding area.
Of the cons:
- not very tasty breakfast dishes, everything seems to be there, but it gets boring after two days. There is no normal coffee.
- there weren't enough dishes, we didn't have enough.
- the rooms have a rather tired look, old sofas with sagging pillows, worn wallpaper, but the bed is comfortable in principle.
- there is no clothes dryer, none at all, although there is a washing machine. Nonsense.
- there are no sockets by the bed, they are not conveniently located.
- the pool does not cause a desire to spend time in it, neither adults nor children.

Good location of the hotel, liked everything. Also every day they brought bottles of water, tea, coffee, sugar, something else... the room has a washing machine, kettle, stove, cutlery, plates, pots and a frying pan.
Well, also a safe, towels (changed every day), disposable slippers, a wardrobe. The only remark is that there is nowhere to hang the laundry after washing, I had to hang it anywhere, but these are just quibbles.
Obviously I will go again, I liked Dubai itself, quickly got used to the climate in a couple of days, my friend got used to it only a week later that it was already cold at 28 degrees.

The hotel was chosen for our tasks - to travel around the city of Dubai and a little to other emirates. Nice apartment hotel. We rested from 12/31/2023 to 01/6/2024. There were only breakfasts. We were on the second floor in room 214. A nice room with a kitchen, a large bathroom and a large bed. They cleaned every day. Cool pool on the top floor on the roof. The view is amazing. Delicious and hearty breakfasts. I liked the hotel, I caught a good price, only $350 for 4 nights with breakfast, in my case the perfect value for money. The breakfast restaurant is too small, the food is for 4, the assortment is for 4, the pool is small and there are few sun beds, the room has everything you need, everything worked, the staff is smiling, the location is good. But for a lot of money, which most people drive for, I think it's a so-so option.

A wonderful hotel, the attitude of the staff, delicious breakfasts, shower accessories, a full set, tea, coffee, sugar of various types, refrigerator, microwave, sink, stove. A super kingsize bed with snow-white linen and a soft mattress. The rest after walking was not overshadowed by anything. There is a safe in the room, cleaning every day. The location is cool, there are many cafes around, an exchange office, a beautiful mosque. Not far from the metro. And from the hotel there is a free bus to the beach and several shopping centers. Blue Waters Beach is very steep, we went to and from it several times on our separate bus, clearly on schedule.

But... don't rush to make your choice in his favor. From the first minute you will be given to understand that you cannot count on a warm welcome here. You will be told that the room is not ready yet, and you can count on the services of the hotel from 13.00. (I was refused breakfast). They will immediately offer to pay the tax and deposit in dirhams. They will refuse to take a deposit and tax in dollars. (At the same time, the hotel does not have a currency exchange office). And so, tired of the road (which took almost a day from my city to Dubai), leaving your suitcases at the hotel, you will go in search of an "exchanger". You will be told that the exchanger is located to the right of the hotel, not far away. And you, tired and hungry, will walk among the skyscrapers in search of a sign about a currency exchange point. As a result of a survey of passers-by, you will still find a gate through which you can walk across the courtyard to the playground. You will see a market, passing through which you can get to another courtyard, where the official currency exchange office is located. On my way back, I wandered among the skyscrapers before I found my hotel. After paying the tax and the deposit, I realized that this is not all my disappointments from this place of "REST". I always start choosing a hotel by asking if there is a free transfer to the beach. And I chose this hotel for the same reason. I wanted to go to the sea right away, but... it was not there! Transfer to the beach at the First Central Hotel Suites Std Apt starts from 14.10. I was given a transfer schedule to the beach and back. Three flights each way. However, as it turned out later, the transfer from the hotel, which leaves at 14.10, arrives at the beach at 15.30 (is the location of the hotel not close to the beach?). And he does not arrive at the beach, but in the Blue Water area, from where he will have to walk several kilometers over the bridge to the other shore. And there will be no three flights back, there will be one flight at 19.00. It's amazing what to do on the beach at these hours! It was not very pleasant to get out of the water in the evening of January (the wind was 34 meters per second). Sunbathing in the evening is also, as you know, not the time. But, as you know, I didn't get to the beach on the first day. I took a taxi and, to calm myself down from the "WELCOMING, WARM WELCOME", I went to Miracle Garden.
When I arrived at the hotel in the evening, I went to dinner. I looked at the plates of sliced meat and was surprised, to put it mildly. Did you ask the waiters that there would be no more meat or fish? The menu was brought to me. I chose some kind of chicken dish (it looked like chicken giblets). The dish was on fire! My throat burned from the abundance of spices. Attempts to drink water caused an even greater burning sensation. She asked if she could order something else, change the dish. Naturally, I received a negative response. In the following days, I asked the waiters what they would recommend not to be too spicy.
On the second day, towels were taken from the room. Not a single towel was brought in exchange. But the garbage was not removed from the trash cans, although one of the baskets was full. On my call, the towels were still brought, the garbage was promised to be removed the next day.
There are probably 90 percent of Russian-speaking tourists in the hotel, and not a single Russian-speaking person from the person.
