(not a day off), and as a result, a message arrives that I have overdue debts, and on the phone they told me that these are their rules and that everything was fine and before the 20th they came, you had to pay 16-17 and it also affected your credit history, I used many banks for at work, but this is the first time I've encountered this!

The bank's support service is absolutely non-existent! The ATM froze and did not issue the card back when withdrawing cash (the card was from another bank) after 20 calls to the support service, no one answered. The day after this incident, 5 more attempts were made to reach the bank. The expectation and attitude towards the customers was revealing!
