We rested here for the first time, we really wanted to fall in love with Abkhazia, starting with this guest house. In principle, I liked almost everything - the room is large enough, two bunk beds, if necessary, combine into one, air conditioning, TV, although it does not always catch, but mostly works, there are local, Russian, and cable channels, a working bathroom,hot water is always replenished every day with shampoo and toilet paper, towels and bed linen are changed according to schedule, cleaning is carried out, although under the beds and dust on the surfaces, in my opinion, have never been wiped. There is a bedside table, a table, a kettle, a couple of cups and plates. Balcony with metal dryers, table and chairs, the entire length of the room. There is a closet at the entrance with hangers, in general there is enough furniture. The main disadvantage is that our room was on the second floor and for ten days we looked at the gray wall of the neighboring building with a buzzing air conditioner. They did not respond to my requests - at least for a few days to transfer us to another room, higher up, in order to enjoy the view of the mountains, and not the concrete wall, it really spoiled the impression... In the dining room, the food is on the level, there is a choice of two hot dishes- porridges, soups, the second, I liked the taste. But if you are used to putting a mountain of food on a plate - a dozen cutlets, cheesecakes, etc., then you are not here, here they are watching the food and will make a remark for an extra portion. They did not go hungry, but they were afraid to put an extra piece, because there were precedents. It is not far from the sea and the market, there is a Pyaterochka, various cafes,minibuses to neighboring settlements, excursions are offered at every step. The beach is pebbly, but the pebbles are small, you can walk, sun beds are paid, the sea is clean. You can relax!

We had a rest in Abkhazia for the second time and our opinion has changed dramatically for the better, including thanks to the Reproia hotel. The hotel is clean, friendly atmosphere, the food was very tasty at home. And the view from the room is just a fairy tale, the mountains are magical (we lived on the 4th floor). The room has everything you need. The only thing is that there are no shelves in the closet to put things out, but only a few hangers, so all the things were lying on the chair. But it's not scary 😉 The stairs are steep, neat! Tourists with small children and a stroller will be uncomfortable. The place is quiet, but also not far from the entire infrastructure. Everything you need is nearby:shops, cafes, canteens, pharmacy, market, the sea is nearby (my little daughter and I reached it in 10 minutes). We really enjoyed our stay, thank you for your hospitality! 😉🌞

We are still here. Quiet quiet area, 5 minutes to the market, 10-15 minutes to the center. Everything is clean, towels and linen are changed very often! Breakfast and lunch are included, not so varied, but delicious. There are no hungry people)) We chose it based on reviews, since there is no Rotovirus here, and we have been here for 6 days! We like everything! The only negative is the mosquitoes are small and biting) so it's necessary to stock up on liquid (the pills didn't help us, they're kind of tenacious here)Special thanks for the kebabs right at the hotel, they will cook you here at the highest level) I advise everyone, everything is nearby and stops and cafes

We had a rest in August 2024!!! This is the best hotel in Abkhazia!!! Spacious, clean room!!! Hospitable hosts. And what an awesome kitchen there is-it's just a delight!!! Special thanks for the chicken soup with crackers, it brought me to my senses. Thank you so much for the birthday present!!! Sooo nice!!!The shish kebab from Ararat is just a "BOMB ", the most delicious shish kebab in all of Abkhazia. Special thanks to Ararat for "Barberry". DON is love!!! You are the BEST!!! We had a rest in early September 2024. What didn't you like:
1. A lot of mosquitoes, bitten the child on the first night, could have warned or given something away from mosquitoes. I had to buy it myself + run to the pharmacy for a bite ointment.
2. The rooms below the 3rd floor overlook the neighbors in the wall, so we were unlucky with the room, we could not change to a better view. The inside is cleaned every day , more or less clean
3. Nutrition. The food is delicious and monotonous, but if you did not have time to come to the opening, then finish the leftovers from the salads. Buffet-style meals, but this is not the case, everything is portioned. And if someone ate more, others who come later may not get something. Natalia, thank you so much for watching everything, thank you for your kindness.
4. Leaving the hotel and on the way to the beach there is a pile of garbage, stray dogs and destroyed buildings. Of the advantages, the sea is clean and there are few people compared to Sochi.
From the good I can add that the water was constantly on, although the lights were often turned off, then the generator was turned on, as I understand it, this is a frequent occurrence with them.
I can't say that this is the worst guest house, but only because of the good and delicious food I will put 4.

We visited the Reprois guest house, were very satisfied, regretted that we shared the vacation. Breakfasts, lunches are varied and delicious at home. The administrator Natella is very hospitable, polite, will tell you everything, will meet you with a sincere smile at any time of the day.in general, all the staff is like a selection. There is a barbecue in the bar, vegetables are just a masterpiece. Beer is cheaper than on the beach. French fries are the most delicious, the children said, like at grandma's house. Beautiful building, well renovated. There is a balcony on which it is pleasant to sit in the evenings)) Some rooms have a stunning view of the mountains.
The location is good: near the market, shops and the embankment. Everything is within walking distance.
The area is not noisy.
We rested in May, the room felt damp, the air conditioner did not save the situation (it became stuffy, then chilly). We returned from vacation with a runny nose) This is the only drawback.

Excellent guest house, clean and cozy, the price matches the quality. Helpful and friendly staff. Various excursions are offered, but keep in mind that you will first be taken through all the tastings, taken to breakfast, and only then to the sights, complementing this with lunch. As a result, out of the 8 hours of the tour, 4 hours are just wasted. It was a huge disadvantage for us, as well as the fact that they did not warn us about it at the hotel. This was not indicated in the price list, so we decided to take a tour at the hotel, and not on the street, as a result, the same thing happened.

From July 29 to August 6, 2023, we "rested" in Abkhazia, the Reproia hotel. In the travel agency "Alian", Naberezhnye Chelny, we were shown a beautiful hotel in the center of Gagra. Everything is very dignified and beautiful. We agreed. And they brought us to an old boarding house, which is located in the Gagra district, 11 km from Gagra. And the building is old, damp and musty. The lights are often turned off at night. The administrator Julia is rude, does not answer questions. There's nowhere to go, it's a long way to the city. Of all the things I liked, this is the sea. Be careful when choosing a hotel. They offer one thing, but they send it to another place.

We were in the last week of September. The hotel is simply wonderful in terms of price/quality ratio! The rooms are clean, cleaned every day. Breakfast and lunch buffet, everything is homemade. Breakfast: porridge, sausages, pasta, eggs, rolls, casserole, pancakes, salad, sliced cheese and sausage-ham, tea and coffee "3 in one". Lunch: two types of soup, side dish, fish and meat in various forms, salad, compote. Everything is delicious and fresh. The market is 7 minutes away, the market functions, as far as we have seen, exclusively for tourists. To the sea, if on a normal road, then 15 minutes slowly. A beach with sun beds and umbrellas, and that. and other things for 200 rubles. There are peddlers of food-beer-fish-corn. Boats come to the shore, they invite you to one and a half hour excursions for 1,500 per person. Jet skis are bananas. Paragliding flights for 6500. Lots of cafes. The coffee on the sand at the market is great. From the cafes closest to the hotel for dinner, I recommend Mon Cafes, wonderful khinkali, solyanka, etc. In the courtyard of the hotel from 17 to 22, shish kebab trout, very tasty. The bar has beer-wine-chacha-juices-water. Coffee will be brewed in the morning.
A few words about Natella. She is just the SUN, caring, attentive, solves all issues, perfectly organizes excursions. Points of excursions around the city at every turn, but we took them from Natella - no misfires / problems, everything is great! We went to New Athos and jipping in the alpine meadows, I really liked it. Each tour starts with 3 stops: wine-cheese-honey. Tastings and sales. People are friendly and sociable.
In general, a solid five for the hotel and a TEN for Natella!!!

But in terms of relaxing on the balcony that overlooked this cafe, this is a disaster.... Sometimes tourists do not recognize the time and scream until late at night, the administrator did not react to this in any way. They should have certain orders. The hotel has a buffet: for Abkhazia, it is in this hotel that the food is very tasty. I was in several hotels in Abkhazia, where they liked to put national spices. It is also cozy and homely here. It takes 5-7 minutes on foot to the market, 10 minutes by walking to the sea. The receptionist Natella is very attentive to every tourist, so you will feel like a family member in this hotel!

On the territory you can eat barbecue, drink delicious coffee and other drinks. The sea is 5-7 minutes away at a leisurely pace. On the way to the sea there are grocery stores, cafes and a market. A huge thank you would like to thank the administrator Natele. I met him like a family. I took excursions from her. A good, kind, caring person. She makes very delicious coffee, I recommend it to everyone. In general, I was pleased with both the guest house and the people who work in it. Thank you very much for a wonderful stay, a good attitude and interesting excursions. Abkhazia is a little fairy tale. It was with pleasure that I returned to this guest house to rest. This guest house was our salvation in the night search for a place to spend the night. Moreover, it was so good that we (five adults and two children) decided to stay in Gagra for three days, with the plan just to "spend the night". The rooms are comfortable and clean. There is everything you need (towels, kettle, refrigerator, mugs, plates, soap accessories, iron in the hall) And if there is not enough, then you can ask😉 The employees are responsive, hospitable, sociable.
Special thanks for the delicious trout on the grill👍 for all the further travel to various beautiful places, I couldn't taste trout better (although I tried many times😉)
The only fly in the ointment was that the water in the shower could get hotter sharply - we had to adjust. And the toilet bowl barrels required repair - the button was not always pressed, or it did not rise back up.
But in general, we are very satisfied with the view from the window to the mountains, and the location - near the sea and the fruit market👌

It's just a magical place! The rooms are simple, without frills, but everything is there! If you need something extra, they will always help and find it. Our balcony in the room was overlooking the mountains and the wonderful scent of jasmine and tangerine trees, divine..The location is excellent, close to the sea, market and shops. It's not far to walk to the embankment.
But the most important thing in this guest house is the staff! I have never met such hospitality anywhere else, spending evenings in their campaign on the terrace was a pleasure and I did not want to leave them at all!!! Now I'm planning my next vacation in Abkhazia and only with them!)

I would like to thank the administrator Natella, who quickly got her bearings and helped us to tell us about the situation. She was also always polite and hospitable, which is also very important)
But, unfortunately, the same cannot be said about the other hotel staff. Being guests and tourists, we faced rudeness and rudeness from the host side. Both precedents occurred in the dining room of the hotel. For the first time, we were rudely informed that lunch time was already over and we needed to leave, as the staff would be eating now. The second time, a remark was made that we put too much food on the plate and that there were other people besides us (there were 20 minutes left before the end of breakfast, there was another couple in the dining room besides us). In both the first and second cases, we apologized, because we didn't want conflicts, because we came on vacation.
In my opinion, this attitude towards guests is unacceptable, but it is probably useless to explain anything to such people, so we concluded for ourselves that we will avoid this hotel and will not recommend it to others.

Clean, daily cleaning is carried out, there is a kettle, a refrigerator, only breakfast and lunch in the hotel (not tasty at all, and there was always not enough for everyone) a separate respect for Natella. A man with a huge soul. The yard is quiet and calm. Kebabs are on fire! The fish is super. For your money, it will go. Recommend.
I just need to wash the tiles in the bathroom. As it is, it is very clean.
