Murat taskan ve emir yerlikaya are really pleasant and friendly - during the dinner Murat did everything to make a great impression and he succeed in it. Отдыхали в отеле в мае 2026. Отдых прошёл отлично - отель потрясающе красивый, территория ухоженная, зелёная. Персонал дружелюбный и всегда готов помочь при необходимости. Питание исключительно вкусное и разнообразное. Потрясающий туркиш кофе и всевозможные коктейли алкогольные и безалкогольные. Музыка на пианино в дневные часы в лобби, вечерние концерты-всё это делает отдых ещё более приятным. Жили в корпусе Элеганс, с балконов потрясающий вид на водопад, и ходить никуда не надо ( если балкон выходит на другую сторону, то можно подойти к торцевому окну в конце коридора на этаже и посмотреть на водопад оттуда). Сам водопад в 30 минутах ходьбы от отеля. Также рядом аптеки, сувенирные магазины, супермаркет Мигрос, прокат автомобилей Очень не хотелось уезжать, до новых встреч Sera!

Outdated garbage! Horrible customer service, dusty furniture, entertainment is awful. I guess this was the spot 100 years ago. Not it's just an overpriced corpse. If they don't like you, they call security. Drinks are decent. Not much to do but drink. But kids are running around everywhere- no entertainment for children . Very annoying. The front desk doesn't know how to manage people. Yelling and rude. I started recording and they stopped. I checked out with my family, rented an apartment hotel and lived by the water. We purchased our bottle at the liquor store, ate at restaurants and entertained ourselves by meeting real people. Sera doesn't allow guest to the lobby so it's frustrating and confined. - like in a prison
