An amazing hotel. We're here now. From 25.08 to 1.09. 24. New. Insanely clean. Huge rooms. The sea view is worth it. The restaurant is really a restaurant.! Service, food, drinks, staff - everything is on top. Yes, dress code, and in a wet swimsuit with a shirt you will be asked to change clothes, but they are all beautiful and without wet chairs.
The pool is amazing with a view of the sea, if it's stormy, you're still at sea. The pool bar, you can take everything you want without leaving. The sea!!!!! God, what a sea. The beach is clean and sandy.
Who said that drinking and dancing are not allowed in the Emirates? Everything is cultural in this hotel. But the disco is on the top floor every day until 3.00. Sound insulation class. There is a cinema room on the 2nd floor, where children's and adult animation takes place under air conditioning.

The hotel is super modern, new, clean.
Everything is very neat, they are cleaned right on their conscience, every day the room cleaner made all sorts of miracles out of towels (elephants, bunnies, hearts) incredibly pleasant and beautiful.
They do not feed directly for slaughter, you will not dig into the food, but everything was varied (meat, fish, seafood, salads, cuts, soups) fruits only watermelon and melon. Everything was very tasty. A very pleasant chef, he always walked around the hall and checked everything. Well done staff))
The receptionist is the cherry on the cake of this hotel, she is so wonderful, there are just no words, thank you very much to her.
But unfortunately there are a couple of significant disadvantages because of which I cannot give a high rating to the hotel and I would not like to return here:
1. There is no animation as such (show in the evening), only wild drinking in the format of the fiercest disco. All the animation is Russian, at times they were just infuriating, like some kind of tradesmen. Wild games in the pool are generally nonsense, the ball was constantly flying to someone.

But oh, the lifeguard on the beach works until 7, at 7 he drives everyone out of the water, it's such nonsense))) Have we flown 6+ hours and have to swim according to your lifeguard's schedule??? I've been abroad 13 times, and this is the first time I've met such nonsense.
6. Oil is stored nearby in the ocean, and leakage is a common practice there. One day, the entire hotel was washed of oil. The hotel does not just have to warn about this, but is even obliged. I didn't find a word about it on your official website!

We stayed at the hotel in December 2023. You will like the hotel, it is clean and comfortable. The breakfasts are good, there is a choice, especially very tasty pastries and rolls in cream sauce) Freshly squeezed orange juice, others have tried it. We only had breakfast, so I can't say anything about lunch and dinner. The rooms are moderately spacious, cleaning every day, hygiene supplies are replenished every day as well. Tea, coffee and sooo delicious (liquid) cream are replenished every day. Bottled water 0.5 can be taken without restrictions (we usually took it on the ground floor, near the towel dispenser.
The transfer to the beach goes three times a day (and also back). It takes 10-15 minutes by bus. The beach is urban, moderately clean. A very beautiful new promenade with many cafes.
on the 18th-19th floor there is a spa and a swimming pool. The pool is not deep, there are sun beds nearby where you can relax and unwind.
There is a bar on the second floor, we went once - we didn't like it. Among the advantages: a hookah costs 50 dirhams, delicious salted seeds and peanuts are served with a hookah, the coal has been changed several times. Of the cons: the boredom is complete, there is no music as such, there are no people. It was only at 12 at night that the singer came on stage, and the girls "danced" (if you can call it that, rather stood with dissatisfied and bored faces). In general, the show is only for Arabs. There is an alcohol store within a 30-minute walk from the hotel, the selection is large, the prices are average (the price for a bottle of wine starts from 700 rubles). There is a large shopping center with a hypermarket about 20 minutes away. There is also a shopping center right next to the hotel, which can be accessed via a passage on the second floor. But there's not much to see there.

We stayed at this hotel at the end of November 2023, we really liked it, excellent rooms, good food, friendly staff. The senior manager of the restaurant, Elkazaz, speaks Russian well, treats guests very respectfully, and always finds solutions to problems. There is a small island next to the hotel, which can be reached on foot at low tide. It's a pleasure to swim nearby, you can see reef sharks, turtles and many other inhabitants.

The hotel is at the level of five stars!!! Room cleaning, meals, staff - everything is fine. There are Russian speakers among the staff. Nice warm pool. A bus took us to the sea, we went a couple of times, then took a taxi, the cost was about 15 to 18 dirhams. Because there were not enough seats on the bus, the second bus had to wait 20-30 minutes. It is forbidden to ride while standing on the bus. The food at the hotel for the first 2 days was not bad because there were a lot of athletes. After their departure, the menu changed, it became much poorer. Mostly tourists came. After that, there were no free sun beds by the pool, of which there are about 12 pieces in total.
There are no sunbeds on the public beach, there is no place on weekends, we went to another one where there is no one at all. Locals don't go there. We rested in this beautiful place from 15.01.24 to 25.01.24. I liked everything. The location, the mountains, the sea, the length of the coastline along which we walked every morning and met the sunrises. Some of the staff speaks excellent Russian and English. Russian Russian disco music, Russian karaoke. The staff is very attentive, they will always ask how you are, how to help. There was a variety of cuisine, and dinners were held in Peruvian and Mexican styles. Crabs, mussels. We highly recommend this beautiful and quiet place.

Bottles of water, tea, coffee, cream, sugar were placed daily. There were also disposable slippers, gels, shampoos in the room. In general, everything was necessary.
A bus takes you to the beach 3 times a day. Towels and water are provided. The beach is wonderful: the entrance to the water is gentle. The sand is dark in color, pleasant. I observed small fish, a turtle in the water, and numerous crabs on the coast.
The breakfasts are just great.

The hotel is average lousy, because it is very obvious that the owners are squeezing the last juices out of it with minimal investment and cost. Don't expect a wow effect. They were constantly messing with the cleaning, instead of the usual sets of two towels, for some reason they left only one large one. About all inclusive is also a separate story, it takes a long time to describe everything. If you go there at a price of, let's say, no more than 150K rubles for two, then it is possible and normal.
I've read the rest of the reviews now and here's what I want to add: all the excitement about the new hotel is not about this hotel but about Royal M Al Aqah, this is a hotel of the same chain but it is located on the shore and it is really new!

Now about the cons. The hotel sells tours where the beach and transfer are announced. There really is a bus, in the morning to the beach, at 14.30 back. But there is no beach AT ALL. There is a city beach, but it is closed and the guards did not let us go there, referring to the fact that oil was spilled in the water. To the right, from the city beach there is a wild one, where we tried to swim. With my ability to swim and love of the sea, I had fear, probably for the first time in my life. If something happens, no one will help you, because no one is there. Locals drive cars, don't come out, sit inside, then leave. Honestly, it gets on my nerves. Once the girl was all burned out by jellyfish, and once I saw a snake. I probably don't need to tell you that I didn't get into the water anymore. And once I reached the beach on foot. It took me almost 2 hours. This is for those who wrote in the reviews that they went to the sea on foot. The city of Fujairah itself is boring, there is nothing to see there. The hotel is located on the outskirts of the city. It's a very long way to the sea, probably 1 hour walk. But to go to the sea through the city center. There is a central mosque nearby.We didn't rest at the hotel, but we went there to the pool. I didn't like the pool, it's small, local women swim in it in their clothes. From the hotel there is a passage to a large supermarket and clothing store. Two outlet stores where you can shop.

we rested from 07/23/2023 to 07/31/2023 - we were lucky with the weather, the ocean is magical, the rooms are beyond praise.
The food is monotonous -yes, but delicious. They were not hungry. I liked the general restaurant more than ala kart (we had ultra all inclusive)
Many thanks to the animation guys led by MOMO and manager Vagdi, they made our vacation unforgettable.

We had a rest from March 20-27. It is a very tiring journey from Abu Dhabi. We arrived late, but we really liked the hotel, large room, facilities, cleanliness. The politeness of the staff was off the scale. No one was extorting money. Water, tea, coffee, cream in the room. There is a shuttle to the sea, but only once a day. Those who came with children were not happy. There is no entertainment. Ramadan. We had enough. Three hours at sea. In the evening we went to Fujairah Mall, the transfer from the hotel directly to the shopping center. Special thanks to the hotel administration for complimenting her husband on his birthday. We came from a trip to Dubai, and the room is so beautiful and delicious! It's nice!

I really liked the hotel. The hotel is not the first coastline - keep this in mind so as not to get upset. But the hotel has an outdoor swimming pool with a bar on the 19th floor, a bus goes to the sea several times a day and brings it back for free. On the 14th floor there is a separate hammam with sauna and Jacuzzi, and a shared gym with a gorgeous panoramic view of the city and the sea. The reception liked the staff, they speak English, but they understand well and on the first day of arrival we were already late for dinner, and the management went to meet us and brought us so much food that we couldn't even eat it. Because we were with a child, we were in 20 minutes.after checking in, they brought an extra bed, but we refused it, because there was enough space in the room. The waiters are very friendly, you can see how they try. From the hotel on the 1st floor there is a passage to the shopping center - it is very convenient to go for a walk there. They work until 10.00 mostly. I recommend it to everyone. Have a good rest!
