I liked the hotel. The location is not in the very center, where there is noise, hubbub and crowds of tourists, but in a quiet area (Fatih). Near the Marmara Sea embankment, shops, fruit stalls, prices are cheaper than in the center. But it's also a 15-minute walk to the very center, and it's better to return to the hotel from the mountain (it's more pleasant to go down when you're there all day). The hotel understands Russian well, the rooms are small, but clean, comfortable, the plumbing is also normal, not very tired, the breakfasts are monotonous, but it's enough for 6-7 days. A new chef was hired during our visit, and she brought some variety: she added a sum and a bowl of porridge to the daily routine, just like in kindergarten. Next to the hotel there is a canteen for locals, very tasty and affordable (we ate there several times). I would definitely return to this hotel.

I liked the hotel. I was glad that everyone speaks Russian). Convenient location. The sea, the embankment, the metro, bus stops, the historical center are within walking distance. The room is clean, cleaned every day. There is a safe. There were not enough hooks, hangers for jackets in the hallway. Yes, and in the shower. I was quite full for breakfast. Eggs, cheese, sausage, olives, vegetables, lentil soup, jams, cupcake. And great tea. Coffee. Milk. In general, I would have come again.

I am currently in this hotel, the room is clean, the staff is polite, the room has everything you need: towel, gel, shampoo, hair dryer, safe, refrigerator, kettle, tea, sugar. The room is small, of course, but I rested alone, I'm fine. I didn't see any bedbugs (which I was afraid of after reading the reviews) The Blue Mosque is a 15-20-minute walk away, and there are all the necessary shops, tents, and cafes nearby. For 3*, this is more than good. And then you go to see the city, not to stay in a hotel!
