I am currently in this hotel, the room is clean, the staff is polite, the room has everything you need: towel, gel, shampoo, hair dryer, safe, refrigerator, kettle, tea, sugar. The room is small, of course, but I rested alone, I'm fine. I didn't see any bedbugs (which I was afraid of after reading the reviews) The Blue Mosque is a 15-20-minute walk away, and there are all the necessary shops, tents, and cafes nearby. For 3*, this is more than good. And then you go to see the city, not to stay in a hotel!

I liked the hotel. I was glad that everyone speaks Russian). Convenient location. The sea, the embankment, the metro, bus stops, the historical center are within walking distance. The room is clean, cleaned every day. There is a safe. There were not enough hooks, hangers for jackets in the hallway. Yes, and in the shower. I was quite full for breakfast. Eggs, cheese, sausage, olives, vegetables, lentil soup, jams, cupcake. And great tea. Coffee. Milk. In general, I would have come again.

One of the advantages is that good, responsive guys work, and the location is convenient. Metro, Sultanahmet Square, Grand Bazaar, Suleymaniye + are a 10-minute walk away. There is a good embankment nearby. One of the disadvantages is the condition and cleanliness of the rooms. We moved into a room on the ground floor, where the wallpaper was coming off the walls from the humidity, and the corner by the window was black with mold. A very dirty bathroom, where everything, including the mirror frame, had a distinct long-term plaque and a layer of dirt, and was clearly washed in passing and extremely rarely. In general, everything is very tired, including the bedding in the pellets. Old repairs can be understood and forgiven, but cleaning is going badly. After our request, the guys offered us a couple of other rooms to choose from, we moved into a cleaner and mildew-free room, but in a week we managed to observe how poorly the cleanliness was maintained, the plumbing and the floor were cleaned. Perhaps the three stars in Istanbul are some special three stars and you need to make a discount. Breakfast is very meager - lentil soup, cucumbers/tomatoes/olives, bread and eggs, instant coffee from the vending machine. It's enough to have a snack, but don't count on a sumptuous buffet.
