It definitely attracts attention and raises questions. We have been to Istanbul 4 times, lived in Sultanahmet, looked at this building and did not understand what it is. But it definitely causes awe! After an exhaustive comment from the 23rd year (special thanks to the author), everything fell into place. The energy of the monument penetrates through the centuries!
