Not all slopes are open, but you can ride for beginners, amateurs, and pros. It is not clear why 20.12 on Wednesday, a weekday Non-holiday, the weekend tariff has to be paid. Moreover, it is indicated in front of the ticket offices that the price is on weekdays and weekends on 25.12 INCLUSIVE. The cashier has one answer to this question - look at the information on Instagram. What does Instagram have to do with it?! I see one thing near the cash register, they force me to pay for another. It's very unpleasant. It feels deceptive.

After reading the bad reviews, I decided not to book a room but to take it on the spot. I shouldn't have worried. The staff at the reception is friendly, check-in is fast. They respond promptly to all requests. The junior suite is a little dark due to the use of burnt wood. It looks a little gloomy during the day, but it looks great with the light. There is a good view from the balcony. There is one bed for seven out of 3 people, but it is 2.5 meters wide. The SPA area is small but cozy. The heated pool with this view is generally super. The service in the restaurant was pleasant, as well as the taste of the dishes. You can only find fault with the organization of breakfasts - the staff often runs away somewhere, there is a lot of fuss. But the breakfast itself is not bad. I will definitely stay again if I am in Almaty.

They returned 3 years later. Convenient location-I went out and immediately went to the lift. The hotel's discount on the ski pass was canceled(. The breakfasts, as before, are good. The staff is lazy. The lunches and dinners are excellent, the staff is very friendly, tips are included in the bill (probably one of the reasons). I was pleased with the new sauna with a heated outdoor pool. We plan to return.

It's great, the building is a little old, but the staff does everything possible (and sometimes impossible when there are water outages due to avalanches) for a comfortable stay. A very nice restaurant, a swimming pool and a large sauna. When visiting Alma-Ata, it is worth spending a couple of days here, walking in the mountains.

The hotel is well located, just a cable car 10 meters away, a sauna with mountain views, a warm outdoor pool. But the service is at zero. They gave me a dirty room (stubs on the windowsill, a full trash can, beds with old linen). They corrected themselves, found us a clean room. The restaurant did not bring change (a small amount, they counted it as a tip, apparently, but they have tips included in the bill, we need to bring money, we would have left them, but not to bring it at all- lawlessness.) Next, in the restaurant, an employee in the lobby by the toilet stood straight and picked his nose, looking into the eyes of the restaurant's guests.
And the worst thing is that our reservation clearly states that three breakfasts are included. My daughter had an extra.the place (bed), but breakfast for it was registered in our reservation, in my screenshot. As a result, the admin in the restaurant hall did not allow her to put food for herself, as it turned out, for an additional one.breakfast is not allowed in the place, you have to pay separately. But it means their joint in the armor. As a result, my daughter was upset, did not want to take anything, ate from our plates, and then they still demanded the amount for her breakfast from us, because in general she can not, apparently, be in the restaurant in the morning and eat from her mother's plate if her breakfast is not included😬
In front of us, the man was told off that he took not two eggs, but 4 for breakfast. It's trash. If you look at the plates, who eats how much, you are afraid that there will not be enough for everyone, then just make portioned breakfasts, not a buffet, or increase the cost of rooms with this in mind.

The hotel has no stars, and this is noticeable. The shower drain did not work in the suite, the steam room did not immediately turn on. There was simply no view in one of the rooms, the window was closed by an external structure, the prices in the restaurant were high, the staff was not always at the reception. The bathroom on the ground floor is closed at night. I was opened, there is no paper and plaster batteries from the ceiling.

The serious disadvantages of the resort are the lack of exchangers, including Medeo and shops. There are certain difficulties with the transfer to the airport, since only electric vehicles have access to Cimbulak.

The floor is stained, the wall in the toilet is not even plastered. In the shower, the taps with a blue and red mark (cold and hot water) are mixed up in places. The sauna is good, renovated, with a large window, but the screw caps sticking out everywhere are something. The water temperature in the outdoor pool is insufficient for such a procedure.

The landscape is crazy, emotions are at their maximum, but in terms of information, the staff are very greedy. The information desk is always full, you wait in line endlessly. We rented some equipment, we kept our hands from gloves for 2 days, trying to wash them uselessly, but it was also creepy.
We rented a room at the shimbulak hotel, the repairs were not completed, but people had already begun to settle in, the shower water does not go away, the wall is stupidly in the plaster in the room it is cold, the breakfast that is included in the room price is generally stupid, fried eggs, toilet paper sausage, dry cupcakes, in general, there are no positive impressions at all. I visited there in an emergency mode at six in the evening everything was closed, what's the point of staying there with a night out is not clear. In a cafe, you wait for a waiter for 40 minutes to take an order. You dump a lot of money and in the end it's not clear why.
Go there to see the mountains and that's it.
Thermos of tea, boiled eggs and fried sausages.
Then maybe I was satisfied with the visit. And so it's not what I expected at all.

It's expensive and not worth it. 2 beds, TV and that's it. There is no refrigerator, kettle, hair dryer. There is nowhere to hang towels in the shower - there is no hanger. One wall is not finished in plaster at all. The shower does not drain the water, the drain does not work, the administrator has zero reaction, the TV does not have an antenna, but there is YouTube and good Internet. There are a lot of joints in the renovation of the room. In general, repairs are required. There are not even floor mats. Roughly speaking, it's like a two-bed hostel with a separate toilet and shower. All this does not cost 50,000 tenge. Only the location and no more. It is better to make a reasonable price so that the hotel is full than to bend such prices and the hotel is half empty.
