I would like to talk about Renault Mais Service.... Although the work intensity as a service is high, they provide service without compromising on quality... Especially the lady named Dicle Fırat is an employee who adds value to the corporate structure who loves her job.... I wish you continued success....

On March 18, 2026, I bought a zero-kilometer Renault Clio 6 Evolution Plus car from Renault Mais Bursa branch for a price of 1,760,000 TL. April May sales consultant Saliha Beyazit, during the purchase process, this price is the “launch price”, this is the current lowest price, and the prices will increase in April–May, especially emphasizing that led me to make a hasty decision. So I bought the car by taking out a loan of 200.000 TL in order not to miss the opportunity, forcing all my financial conditions and relying on this information. However April 5, 2026 I learned that the price of the same vehicle decreased by about 115.000 TL more and decreased to 1.645.000 TL as the campaign price of the month of April. I have experienced a serious victimization both financially and spiritually due to the fact that the information given to me by the sales consultant does not reflect the truth and is used in a guiding way. This incorrect and incomplete information given during the sales process has seriously damaged my trust in the Renault brand as a consumer. I have forwarded the issue to Renault customer services, and they have stated that they have transferred my grievance to the Mais Bursa branch. Mais Bursa branch, on the other hand, did not offer any solution, saying that they could not help with the issue. This approach has further increased the victimization I have already experienced.
